I should have read the reviews before I placed an order. After 2 weeks they have not shipped my order. But, they have charged my card 3 times. I got them to remove the first 2 charges but they then charged me for half of my order. I finally received a tracking number but they have not shipped anything in 8 days. They do not answer their phone and you cannot leave a message. It takes them days to respond to an email.Their prices are not that great, after all of their discounts, their prices are the same as everyone else. Bad company!!

Charged my card 10/3 but have not received shipping confirmation and cannot get any answer on the phone. Update 10/10/18: I have just been able to reach them on the non 800 phone and they were courteous and the rear shocks are on back order until 11/2/18. This was an accurate statement as I confirmed availability with other suppliers. I will hold any judgement until 11/3/18 which is when they should ship this order. If there are other issues I will post them.

Ordered shocks for my RV on 4/26. The websites indicates they are located just outside of Memphis. I live in Florida and wondered why I was being charged FL sales tax. (why not be truthful on the site?) Today is 5/1. I called the 954 (Florida) support number to check the status of my order. The person who answered acted like someone just kicked his dog. He had no interest in helping me and could not provide an ETA on my order. Turns out they do not have the shocks and they are being dropped shipped from the manufacture. He said I would get an email once the manufacture shipped the parts. So much for the 3 day shipping program. Crossing my fingers I get the correct shocks soon... **Updated 30 mins after initial review - Added 1 more star. Got email from Jimmy with the Tracking Number. Ordered shipped on 4/28. Appears the automated email customer tracking number process didnt work.?.

Horrible service. I was stranded after a suspension failure. Ordered parts from these guys and one showed up for a different vehicle. I called them and ask for a replacement to be sent to friends close by in Tennesee. I explained the situation and how I was strained, they sympathized and then shipped the item to my billing address halfway across the country! I imminently called them but it was too late. out on the truck and the only one they had in stock. I called the distributor they contracted to send me my part ( They wouldnt tell me who it was but I used UPS informed delivery to reverse check the senders address and get their phone number.) It was Konis Warehouse direct in Hebron Kentucky, about 8 hours north. I borrowed a car and drove 16 hours round trip, big gas $, plus buying the replacement$$. Koni is amazing, they allowed me to buy the part and pick it up IN PERSON that their factory. Super friendly people that bent over backward to let me into a shipping facility and handed me my part! Koni is amazing, no so much shock warehouse. I got back and installed the part no problem. A week later I arrived home and took the part that Shock warehouse sent me and returned it with RA number for the original order. I waited over a month with no response. I emailed the guy that gave me my RA number, no response. I then finally got ahold of someone on live chat (if you get someone to answer your call youre lucky) and they worked thru the order and sent me a refund, It is worth noting that I had to do 100% of the work. No refund was going to be sent unless I looked into it. The guy that called me on the phone to figure out the refund was comically douchy, cutting me off every time I tried to explained something, and actually said yayaya I know let me talk. The people I talked to were gruff and obviously frustrated by the whole thing, not realizing I put two extra work days into driving to get the parts they fed up once sending me a wrong parts, twice buy sending the replacement to my billing address. Overall every single part of the order was a bad experience from order to delivery to quality control of parts, to customer service, to returns. All get 1/10. No one needs to buy here

I would give them -5 stars if it was an option, Horrible rude customer service. They are thieves. They will not work with you and will blame any issues you may have on the customer. They have very sklow shipping and flat out lie when you call. They do not answer the online chat. They took over 5 weeks to issue my refund and when I did receive the credit it was for $80 less then originally paid. I tried numerous times to cancel and when I emailed them received nasty responses from them saying it was my fault.Do not do any business with this terrible business. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. Not only do they lie, they are rude and will rip you off.

This place has had 13 complaints at the BB Bureau (with mine being one of them) since 1/13. Ordered shocks (using advertised coupon) and after 2 wks no word. Inquired with owner who said they just came in this morning and would be sent out promptly. I explained the urgency of the situation as I was driving out west at the end of the week. I asked if he would overnight them and he told me the beggars cant be choosers and furthermore told me he was cancelling the order and literally hung up on me; leaving me in the lurch.Even though the prices are attractive...DONT USE THIS PLACE!!!

Horrible they still have not given me my refund for a bad part they sold me, and they dont answer there phones, I am in the process of filing a Law suite, they have a man who rants and Raves on the phone, its a unbelievable what me and my wife is going through over dealing with these people, keep away people! Its a very bad business

Shock was to be picked up and they shipped into an old address. Was told new shock will be there on Friday. Showed up Monday and still no shock. Was told they would call tomorrow when it gets there. 2 weeks later still no shock.

DO NOT BUY from these guys .Thieves. Shady business practices. Charged me a $100.00 core charge on shocks that they wont refund. I made Many phone calls and was promised that they will send out return shipping labels. Then I get, Sorry, you have to call the manufacturer for a core refund

Terrible service, I do not know if they play with peoples time, its painful to know that they do not care about your time and do not give importance to what you need, I do not recommend it for anything
