I came here to see if there was a solution for my tinnitus. When it is quite I can hear a high pitch ringing sound. It bothers me at night when trying to sleep. Dr. Rubin did a hearing test in a quiet room and he was able to chart my hearing loss. He gave me a hearing aide to try. I took it in the quiet room and like magic, no more high pitch ringing. I highly recommend Dr. Rubin. Im thankful I have an option now to get piece and quiet again.

Ive had nothing but outstanding service at Northeast Hearing Center. Two years ago I had my hearing tested there and, as I already suspected, I had significant hearing loss and needed hearing aids. I had a range of choices and no pressure to select any specific brand or model. Im very happy with the ones I got, and especially so with the frequent checkups and occasional adjustments I get at Northeast. Max Rubin, the audiologist I see, is extremely thorough and efficient--and a nice guy to boot. I highly recommend him and Northeast Hearing Center.

Very grateful for NE Hearing Center! It is right off Dixie Hwy near Commercial Blvd. Dr. Rubin is so wonderful. He is fully of great energy and told me about these blue tooth devices. I was skeptical at first, not sure etc. but I tried some for a few weeks and was blown away. I can hear at the gym, I can hear in a group setting, I can hear at work and answer phone calls, I can hear my phone calls through the blue tooth, all times that I usually ignore hearing or struggle . He is a trustworthy person- go and see what he thinks you need and get them! and see if its something worth it for you! SSOOOOO so so grateful.

I came to Northeast Hearing Center For a hearing test which was free and produced a detailed chart of the tones and volumes I could hear. The audiologist recommended a specific hearing aid, which I tried free for thirty days. The quality of the merchandise and the service were both very good. I am a Happy Camper

I have been a client for about 5 years. Having to wear hearing aids was not something I looked forward to, but Stephanie made it simple and she was able to allay all of my concerns. When she left I was worried about adjusting to someone new, but Max has been fantastic and while I still dont like having to wear hearing aids, he has made the process very tolerable. I have worn hearings for 25 years. Both Dr. Rubin and the receptionist were very friendly and helpfu. I have gone through quite a few pairs of hearing aids as well as audiologist. I was more than pleased with Dr. Rubin and the set of hearings aid he sold me.In the past I would have go back 5 or more times to get the hearing adjusted on new hearing aids. With Dr. Rubin and the new one I only went back one time for a further adjustment and that was planed. I carefully reviewed local hearing specialists about 2 1/2 yrs. ago and decided to go to Northeast because I liked the idea that it was independently owned and operated by a highly qualified lady. I was not disappointed. I was interviewed, examined, tested and spoken to in professional, adult terms. My questions were answered and various options discussed and her recommendations made. With the owners guidance, I made excellent choices and have been pleased since. I go in for follow-up reviews every months and an updated hearing test every 18 mos. My hearing aids have been excellent with no problems. Battery replacement and/or maintenance items are cheerfully dispensed at every appointment at no charge. The office staff are also welcoming and helpful at all times. Northeast Hearing Center is an outstanding service provider to those of us needing hearing enhancement and I like and trust the personnel. I highly recommend Northeast.

Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable, they laughed at my jokes, and a good time was had by all.

This was only the second time Ive had a hearing test, and this time was so much more easily understood, through, and helpful than my previous time. I really felt like I left there with a better understanding of my relatively minor hearing loss, as well as my options to correct that.
