They were nice about bringing out stuff from the back for me to look at. Overall the shop has a good vibe, and prices are fair. They have the best inventory I’ve seen for a very long time. He also has a sharp sense of humor, so that is always a plus! You end up leaving knowing more than before you came in. Their gold jewelry specialist Jennifer is fantastic also... on my last visit she helped me process some jewelry I wanted to sell for scrap, and she was super informative about the various pieces and what they were really worth. This store is one of those rare places where you know you are dealing with people who are honest and aboveboard. The store also has a fantastic selection of coins for sale which make great gifts. Came into the establishment with some coins and some jewelry. No customer service very kurt and blunt as if they didnt want my business. I hate going into establishments where im not greeted first. Im sure I wont be back and regret going there in the first place. Excellent service is the key for me and neither one of them had any. Its too bad

Young gentlemen was informative and the store had good price. But slightly rude, and sarcastic. Would want to come back for the price, information and location but would think twice with customer service skills and atmosphere in the store.

I found these people 5-10 years ago.On a 1-10 scale they rate a 12 for honesty, integrity and a friendly placeto do business. Fortunately you do not have to believe me. Count a stack of mixed bills, write down the total sum on a piece of paper. Ask if they would run them through their machine. They handle confidentiality well.Norman Needes.

I save my broken jewelry, scraps and bits and sell them when the pile gets big enough. Ive come across several unscrupulous buyers in my time but this is not one of them . The gentleman behind the counter was courteous and knowledgeable . i received a very good price for my items.i had to bring my 3.y.o and he was very helpful and kind with her..ill definitely return.

I took some coins and jewelry in and felt a little overwhelmed by both men. It was a little like tag team and I dont think I got a fair price on all my items as they rushed it. I believed I was told there was 32 ounces of 18 karat gold for $500. Some of the jewelry had diamonds and beautiful stones, which they dont include in weight or money. I am regretting not getting a second opinion before I sold. I didnt get a receipt either which is also kind of questionable. My recommendation is to get a second opinion and always get a receipt!

I went to the other guy in Oakland, and was told some mealy mouth lies and bs,then I went to these guys and I was very pleased with the cash I got for some silver dollars.I think they are picky though. I believe I tried selling something else once and was politely told,nope. (as in lets not waste each others time, eh pal?) Anyway- trust is most important,and I trust them to let me know if I have trash or treasure.
