I enjoy the little pictures on the seal tab that is one the drunk when I order online but it is never full! If I’m gonna pay $7 for a venti … I would like to get a full cup at the least

The outdoor chairs are hard to sit on when the weather is lower than 70 degrees. they were cold! A nice neighborhood coffee shop otherwise. I look forward to returning more morning meetings with friends.

I ordered decaf black 10:30 am. After waiting 4 minutes, I asked where it wasI was told the were doing a pour over. I complained that I didnt a pour over. Then they said it brewing. Another 3 mins. I got the coffee. It was very weak with little flavor. With tax it cost 2.86 tasted like dish water. Last time for me at Starbucks.

The male barista, without a name tag, told me yesterday that I couldnt order a Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino... said the season was over. I questioned why it was still on the menu, he said they hadnt changed it yet. To make the visit more pleasant, I waited 15 minutes while they made online orders... not another person in the store. Too many other Starbucks in the area that provide great service. I purchased two pumpkin based coffees shortly after... at another location.

Super helpful folks as we were having a minor emergency. We were well takne care of.

Nice start to a quiet Saturday. I wish the store music was toned down to keep it that way. Friendly, helpful staff. Drinks just right. I suspect the hand dryers in the restroom are mounted too high to be ADAA compliant.

Very pleased with my experience. My barista was named Hope and she was super friendly and accommodating. She made me a drink I was curious about so that I could taste it to see if I liked it enough to order it. I really appreciate people in the service industry who go above and beyond what is expected. Now there is no newspaper at all! does someone not understand a newspaper and coffee go together! fortunately there are alternatives.always dirty both inside and out. cigarette butts, coffee cups, napkins and other trash outside. inside stuff all over the floor. rarely has a newspaper. recently renovated and still dirty with poor service. trash inside and out and of the five service people they all ignored a new customer. the place clearly needs a good manager!

This is the Starbucks closest to my home. Ive been here numerous times, but this was the first time since the plague started. Motivated because today was free-holiday-cup day. The iced venti peppermint mocha was up to standard. I let a young woman go ahead of me while I was tryimg to find my card--no good deed goes unpunished; it took her almost ten minutes to place her order, which evidently rivaled Einsteins theory of general relativity in complexity. The barista comped me, which was embarrasing, as I was short of cash for a gratuity. Card-based economy...

I want to give a 100* for one of your Employees * Arlette*.She went above and beyond helping me figure out what I wanted.I saw how busy she was and was trying to hurry yet she said : Take as long as you need . We only want you to be happy.She told me her favorites and I watched her and she was Smiling and treated everyone the same.Major kudos for her. She is Definitely an asset to your company and she loves her job I can see.

Literally the most disgusting Starbucks I’ve ever been in. Straw wrappers and napkins all over the floor and the bathroom looked worse than a rest stop bathroom. After telling the cashier that their bathrooms needed some attention and toilet paper, we were told that they’d be clean “within the hour.” You can spend your money here, but you can’t use the restroom!

Every time I take my tea addition, Starbucks pulls me back in. Delicious!

The employees at this Starbucks are amazing! We ordered the Black Forest mocha frappuccino and even though it was not on the menu, they went above and beyond to see if they could make it.

Friendly staff here. Mobile order your drink during the morning rush to avoid the long lines. Starbucks Reserves are also available here for those that like the variety.The new community table setup that runs down the middle of the space makes it great for setting up shop and getting a bit of work done; same goes for the bar seating on the right side. You still have lounge seats and tables along the side for folks looking for a little more comfort and privacy.Dont plan to take any calls here - it gets super loud in here during their normal hours.

Excellent service. They even recognized me from a while back and made references to that trip there. Seating is nice, so is lighting. Overall just a very relaxing place.

They either need to close the “dining room” during Covid and not expect people to take their mask on and off after every sip.

After waiting 20 minutes for my order and watching other people that came after me get their drinks I decided to ask. Instead of being polite the employees were rude and acted as if I was in the wrong. This location is the worst.

I visited three other stores in the search for a Clover store. Unfortunately it seems theyre phasing the Clover out in this market district. The store seemed to have just gone through renovations recently and it makes it look great!Everyone was so professional and attentive, even when they were obviously slammed and their new system didnt seem to be working properly.Regardless, their coffee master (I didnt catch his name) was very helpful and recommended I get the Christmas Reserve blend. He took the time to prepare a pour over sample and I have to say the coffee is so smooth! I bought a pound and prepared it in my new French Press and it is exquisite!Definitely happy with my visit!

I ordered a cocoa cloud macchiato, grande and over 3/4 of the cup was just foam! I didn’t notice until I had already left the store or else I would’ve demanded another drink. I have ordered this before and it was never like this. Unacceptable.

I went there another time, cause I was in rush otherwise i didnt make this fault decision;I ordered lemon citrus mint tea, when I received it it was white and sweet, which was weird; when I told this to the supervisor he said I made this myself how come you said its not the signature drink! I said you can try it! he rudely asked a barista did you put lemonade in it ? and she said with the same ruddy manner said NO I put milk in it instead of the lemonade!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and without any apologies he said Ok it happens Ill give your money back without offering me to fix my drink or make another one, I didnt need anything but a regular appology!I can accept their apology even now if someone say only SORRY!

I was there mid afternoon to get just a regular coffee and it wasn’t particularly busy but somehow I got stuck waiting for someone to acknowledge me. The tallest barista kept mumbling take your time to no one in particular and I almost thought I had become invisible lol. Finally some other employee noticed me and asked if I had been helped. I said no and he got my order. He also apologized to me for waiting so that made me feel better.

On this trip, only needed 3 items (pine cones, 1/4 inch wide ribbon, course string) and ended up finding only 1. It took a while to get run up as they had only 1 check out clerk.

Not much in side seating. Most tables taken by people using computers.so dont plan on meeting for coffee unless you want to brave the elements and sit outside

I ordered with the app to save time, but ended up having to waste so much time at the cash register because they didnt have the bag of coffee beans that I ordered. Apparently this location is about to be renovated so they stopped reordering coffee, but failed to update the app to mark the Veranda Blend as being sold out. They couldnt even refund the credit to the app. Instead they fumbled around trying to find a gift card to refund me. Horrible experience!

They are not following the line for orders. I just saw they picked the tickets randomly and it sucks almost 25 min and didn’t get my latte.

They get their orders right and fast. Even my extra water was quickly given. Not they quietest place though

Slowest Starbucks! Great place to go to if you want to be late. Always under staffed. No improvements in 6 months.

My almond milk double espresso was practically cold. That said the coffee is decent. Busy place but feels a bit lifeless. The cold coffee wasn’t appreciated.

The app ordering is down to a science at this location. Also recently renovations make for a very chill vibe if you stay to sip.

I go here a lot since I live down the street and I am always satisfied with the service there. Friendly employees and they are very fast. :)

Everytime I go into this Starbucks its an long wait to get my order taken regardless if its busy and then always mess up my drink or it tastes wrong, also not to bash on them even more but they let the food orders pile up, so even when you get your drink you still have to wait for food that should of come out ten minutes ago, and this is from another Starbucks employee

Best staff out of all the Starbucks they joke and have so much fun than other Starbucks and there service is very fast, I have been to many Starbucks i the world but i prefer this one better than any other one and they have hands down best drinks and best manager & staff

Great service. This place can get really backed up in the mornings, so I would recommend using their phone app to order ahead and have it waiting when you get there.

Order the same coffee by mobile order every day. Never two the same. : out of the last 5 times, wasn’t even close to the order. Some of the baristas care; most of them do not. It shoes. One of the staff is an incredibly rude jerk who should not be interacting with the public. Sad that this is our neighborhood store.

This review is on customer service, atmosphere, and the building.Wow. Its rare for me to give 5 stars, but I was very impressed at my visit. Granted, Ive only been here once and it was to buy some coffee and cakepops for my coworkers, and I didnt eat or drink anything. If I go back, I will update mu my review.Its located in the shopping center with Giant and CVS. The store is vety clean and spacious, and there is a lot of seating. I went during lunch time (12ish) on a Thursday, and it had some people but there were plenty of places to sit. They also have outdoor seating available.It provides a nice place for an informal business meeting or chatting about work. Its also a nice hangout place to just chill. You can also bring some work and your laptop to get some things done--they provide free wifi.The service is phenomenal. My cashier was Peggy, and she was the amazing. She should set the standard for people dealing with customers. She was upbeat, bubbly, kind, and always had a smile on het face--which put a smile on my face. I had 2 transactions--one to buy a gift card with a credit card and one to buy cake pops with my app. She was very patient and overflowing with kindness. Thanks Peggy!
