Staff were not helpful at all. I came first but the second and third customers were attended to first. Very disappointed with the service this time. This is my 3rd or 4th time to come to this store to rent an instrument for my kids.

Staff was exceptionally helpful and patient to help my son find the right size cello and accessories to get him started. Highly recommend.

Beware of their return policyI have rented 2 violins for my kids regards to school full year events. when returning the equipments back, they havent do prorated basis even though 2/3 of month earlier. when i contacted their customer care, they mentioned after 10 days they will charge full month of rental price and that is their policy. I was trying to reach the manager of the customer care the person i spoke to but they sounded rude and not getting any response.I recommend try search some other place for your need, and make it is a last resort.

Charles is the cream of the crop in terms of guitar knowledge, personabilty, and helpfulness. Charles and I play completely different styles, but he took the time to listen carefully to the music that I am aiming to play, and recommended a guitar and pedal combo to help me best emulate that style. I would recommend Charles to anybody looking to buy a guitar, or simply to have a conversation to help determine your needs. The guy knows his stuff and cares to help you get to where you’re aiming. I made one of the best purchases of my life thanks to Charlie, cheers mate!

They have charged my account 10 times in the last week. Beware of giving them your account information. We have tried calling, they’re never open on time and do not return messages. I have Filed a fraud claim!

We love my daughters teacher and the staff is always helpful. I also like that you can trade in an instrument for another when youre renting, if your child changes his/her mind. The only downside to me is the size of the facility and lack of soundproofing. You can hear everything going on in all the other classrooms which can be distracting.

Hassle-free rental process in store thats what their brochure says. But it seems Charlie didnt get the memo. With three kids, Ive been a customer renting from Music and Arts since 2011. I should say my experience was always pleasant with another store that I used to work with for several years. Today, it was the first time doing business with this store because its now the closest after moving recently to the neighbor. We walked in to rent an instrument for my daughter and everything was fine until the check out. We had Charlie helping us at the register but he was rude and disrespectful. All it took was a stupid comment and we left the instrument and the entire store. Any store/company keeps such disrespectful person among its staff doesnt deserve our business. I will find another store and get real hassle-free service.

Poor customer service: so far three attempted fraud charges after the return of the rental instrument! Extremely overpriced for musical instruments. Most staff is trained in sales but have no music-related knowledge. Never again.

Knowledgeable staff who always seem interested in helping a customer. Prices are very competitive, even with Amazon.
