Hello world.So, I am writing this review about my experience here.In my time I know I am the only mechanic I can really trust. These guys will be the exception. VERY TRUST WORTHY. Not many mechs have a moral value to actually help the customer, these guys are AMAZING. They will beat any price within reason. They are really understaffed but will work with you to get you back on the road in no time.THANK YOU GUYS FOR EVERYTHING.

Can’t complain at all they did a great job today, went to get a tire plugged. Didn’t know if it was a slow leak, nail or what, but in and out in less that twenty min, and charged less that $30, I’m with all that! Oh and it happen to be a long skinny nail that was hiding in my rear tire, I thank them so much, I was tired of stopping to get air every other day!

I need to have 1 tire replaced. I called, got pricing on a tire, seemed reasonable so I made an appt. Now, when I called, I asked about other fees besides the price of the tire. I was told about a disposal fee and another nominal fee. When I went to check out, the price of the tire went from $56 to $109. When I questioned it, I was informed that there was a $30 installation fee, and another fee or 2 that they failed to mention ahead of time.The tire was already on. I really didn’t have a lot of recourse. I will never go back there for anything and I will also warn everybody I know not to go in there. I feel incredibly ripped off.

Tire Choice came through! Took my van in for a mystery noise; they replaced the AC system, but when I picked it up the noise wasnt resolved. I expressed my dissatisfaction and frustration since that was not cheap! I brought it back a couple days later to leave for the day, and they completed the job with above and beyond customer service and kindness. Ive been a customer for years, and will continue to give Tire Choice my business!

Bad customer service. Took car in with engine light on. They say it needs Catalytic converter. They change the Converter. That cost $1400. A week later the light came back on. They said it needs two new oxygen sensors. They change the sensors. That was $365. A week later the light came back on. I went to a different auto tire location and they said you need to change it with a OEM catalytic converter. Went back to telegraph location they said they will order an OEM catalytic converter and call me when the part is in. This was six months ago. Never have I heard back from this location saying the part is in. before I took the car in the first time I know that car was not leaking any transmission fluid. I had just changed the engine oil myself. This is a shady shop. I had to get rid of car because of transmission slipping. Tried to get my money back at lest for the two sensors with no success. Do not go here. Manager is very short with words as well. Not very customer friendly. Then customer service responds on my review online like they care after I just got of the phone with corporate and called the exact number they asked me to call in response to my review. What a joke this company is.

I found my new shop ! They were truthful with me and quoted me HUNDREDS less on struts than Meineke on Lemay . Staff and manager were awesome and got me in and out quickly ! Thanks so much ! You have my business from now on! ❤

If I was able to give 0 stars I would. I dropped off my car to this location on Telegraph road with the expectations of having my car fixed with prompt and courteous service. Needless to say after 4 days of having my vehicle, the initial problem was never fixed nor was my car ever test driven (based on speedometer) to verify the initial problem or to verify the issue was resolved. I called the corporate office to make a complaint and needless to say they flip the script and made it seem as if I was the perpetrator. I do not recommend anyone go to this location as they will rip you off completely.To top it off, the initial problem was only suppose to take a few hours to fix.

Great shop! Austin was super helpful from the get-go, fielding all of my questions expertly and then following through with great service when I stopped by the shop. Ted was also very helpful and a nice guy. All the techs are very professional and the shop hours are very convenient as well. Would recommend this location to anyone.

The experience I had at Auto Tire in Oakville was the best most professional customer service I have received from a mechanical service establishment ever. Honest and Informed Attention to the customers needs are of upmost importance with out over selling the customer something they dont need. I would recommend them to anyone who has left another Mechanical service and felt like they didnt matter or were treated like they didnt know what was good for them to try this place. You wont be disappointed.

Called at 6:20p last evening to inquire about a tire patch my wife needed for her van. I wanted to get it done that night so that she could get the kids to school the following day without worry. It was too late in the evening to take it in and they were booked anyhow.I was told to have my wife bring it in the next morning after dropping the kids off at school. So, I put air in the tire and she made it with enough air in the tire to drop the kids off the next morning prior to heading here for a patch.Upon completion of the patch, she was told there was no-charge and was apologized to for not being able to fit her in the previous evening.THAT is how you take care of your customers. Well done. Theyve earned my business the next time I need work done for my car.

I don’t live anywhere near here anymore but I drive 30 miles for the great service. Ted is an absolute professional. Very knowledgeable, helpful and honest. You got a repeat customer from me and my family as long as I’m in the St. Louis area.

Very happy with my service. I was the last appointment for the day. The technician or the manger never made me feel like I was a burden. The date of my visit was 2/26/2020.

Worst experience Ive ever had at an auto repair shop. Three purchases: all negative.1.) Tires. 1st appointment, day 1. I was quoted over $100 more for a set of tires than from another shop in area. AutoTire matched within $20. When I picked up the car, I was told they didnt have the exact tires I signed off on, so was I given comparable tires. I was never called. No authorization given from me. Research revealed when I got home tires I was given had 40K warranty, 20K less than the tire I was suppose to get. NOT comparable.2.) Blower Motor. 2nd appointment, day 2. After a jaw-dropping $570 bill for replacement, my cigarette lighter doesnt work now. The only outlet for power. I immediately call & am told to mention it next time I was in.3.) CV boot. 3rd appointment, day 3-4. Original quote included a new axle that was put on order as Im told they cant just repair the boot. After drop off, Im informed they have the wrong part. But, good news, they have someone in the area that will rebuild the axle... butll cost more than the original quote. Car was not ready until after 4PM the NEXT day! Was never told they would need it overnight. I had to call them! Multiple times did I remind them of the cigarette lighter. Still not working. Close to $1,500 all-in.DONT RELIVE MY NIGHTMARE! GIVE ANOTHER SHOP YOUR PATRONAGE.

Did $1500 work when appears simply needed battery replaced. Thank you AAA. Caused wasted time and money on a car I said I didnt want to put more money in. Ended up with fuel pump and tune up. Needed a battery only to get it running and solve issues I brought car in for.

Made appointment last week for today September 29th @ 9:00am to tire looked at. Showed up for appointment and 3 customers waiting in line, no technician on duty yet. Was told it would be awhile before they could look at it. This was the the second time I have made an appointment and they were unable to service my vehicle.

They worked with me to schedule a oil change that fit my schedule best! When I got there the man asked if I had any coupons and said that he likes to make sure people get the best deal when they come to the store. Took about an hour for the oil change and they checked the tread on my tires and brake pads!

Great service from Austin. He helped me with everything. And made sure I got in and out ASAP. Will definitely make sure Austin is there before I stop in and not Ted.

So the shop is called AutoTire but they can’t do a simple job like take off old wheels, mount 225/40F and 255/35R on after market 19 inch wheels? It’s so easy to do but sales person was super rude and kept rolling his eyes at me the whole time I was there ... told me it’ll be next week before they can ever look at it ??? Retarded or something ??? I used to work in a tire shop when I was a kid mounting low profile tires on crappy tire machine with out any issues ...

They said they changed my oil and than found out later, that was not the case. We called and asked if the car was ready at 3pm, answer was yes. When we got there at 4:30, they had just pulled it in to get it done. Gave the oil change to us for free, but nothing was done .... we found out later.

More than capable mechanics plus mike and bill are awesome folks up front. They will never sell you something you dont need and will not over charge you for services.

Was in a jam on a weekend I noticed that I had a egg shaped lump sticking out of my back tire. I called every place on telegraph for help and the guys at auto tire were the only ones. They ordered the tire and got it put on in a day got me back on the road with no headache. I will never go anywhere else for anything they earned my business for life.

Personnel were friendly, courteous and the work was done on time and the price was right.

Ok, was my favorite place till I (in my opinion) caught one manager trying to pump up my bill saying something was worn out that they had just fixed only a few months earlier AND sold me a lifetime guarantee on that upsold part. Brake calipers in my opinion are the most over replaced scam item on a car. Brake shoes yes.. calipers not so much. Hard to trust any repair shop anymore since most of them are forced to hit sales quotas.

I brought my Car in to get new Tires they sold me the tires that I wanted at a fair price and never tried to sell me any thing extra. When I took it back to have the rotation done it was done fast.A couple of month later I had a clunking noise in the front end. The ford dealer would not even look at it for 3 days. They pulled it right in and told me what it was. Didnt charge me any thing for the service. Since it was not dangerous I was able to make a appointment at the dealer to have it fixed under warranty not not worry. Great honest people and I would highly recommend them.

Terrible front desk managers. They told us to bring in our car at 9am, we showed up and then they tell you we have no slots. No apology, just a blank look.

I hate almost every coperate owned Auto repair shop in the oakville Area, this one including All the others like to charge a $150 Diagnostic fee All they do Is look at what is wrong with your vehicle and they have made an easy $150.00, So before you take your vehicle in, think of what other shops you can go to that do not charge this BS.

Put the tires on well but never mentioned that it was rubbing pull out of the place and it’s poring smoke out the back from it runing almost popped the tire and they took over 2 hours when it was the only car in there
