Last minute stop in from out of town to pick up some bibs, guys were super nice and helpful. Told the guy at the counter I was heading to Santos and he took the time to let me know about the trails. Highly recommend this bike shop!

The staff actually cares and will talk to you. An employee made a mistake when i called and drove there....they made it right. They do not have some1 answering phones that knows nothing....including what they have. The employee answering phones actually knows bikes. Knows the stock and can answer questions without having to transfer....unlike another popular local shop that straight up didnt know what they had on hand and then lied about it.More than happy to give them my business and trust them with my bikes

Called to ask for pricing and got a kid who was short and snappy aka borderline rude, not a good first impression so decided to go with another bike shop in town that had great reviews and very friendly staff!You DONT get a second chance to make a first impression!

Obviously the business has been around for a long time for a reason and people working here are helpful and friendly! They will be seeing more of us.

Great service and shop. Stopped in after chatting on messenger. Low pressure but showed me what I wanted to see and informed me of the differences.Didnt purchase that day, but talked more on messenger the next day while I decided which way to go. Paid for over the phone and then delivered within an hour.

My first experience with Brick City Bicycles began last year December 2015. I purchased a bike for me to get into Mountain Bike riding and they get me completely set up with everything I needed. They shop set up my bike perfectly and when I needed service, they were always very accommodating to my needs. As a result of the outstanding relationship, I just purchased three more mountain bikes, two for my two daughters, and one for my grand-son.I love all of the staff from Thomas, Anthony, Todd, and Mike in service to Steve Mace who manages the operations. Charlie and the folks here know bikes. They provide professional advice without the attitude some bike shops exude. They genuinely want you to be able to be out riding and enjoying the ride. The shop has a great selection of bikes, accessories, and clothing. But the friendly, focused service really makes Brick City special!

Ive taken my old bike there a few times because its one of the bike stores closer to where I live. Ive made some small purchases and had minor repairs and adjustments made to my bike. Ive been happy with the work which was done on my bike and the time they took to answer my questions to make the correct purchases for my bike. As far as I can tell, its nice, friendly local bike shop and very much a part of the local bike community. Depending where you live and the weather, the ride to Brick City Bicycles can be a very pleasant ride through the historical district. There were a couple of times when I was glad not to follow through on their suggestions for purchases. I pretty much knew how I wanted to set this bike up.

Great bike place. I was there for a repair, but it looked like they had plenty of bikes and accessories to choose from. The repair person was extremely polite, knowledgeable and helpful. The price for the repair was very reasonable too. I definitely recommend it if you have any cycling needs.

Best place to buy bicycles. Anthony was very patient and giving of his time. We bought two Specialized Roll bikes and very happy with choice. But it was because Anthonys expertise, fitting adjustments and extra time to make sure we got the right bikes. We feel like we got a lot of attention and a great deal. Plus a Kuat bike carrier were having a great time.

I have used many different bike shops over the last 12 Years; however, none even come close to the experiences I have had with Steve and his crew at Brick City. As an owner, steve is incredibly knowledgeable and customer focused. He listens carefully to what I want or need then finds the perfect solution for me. I have never felt “handled” or “sold”, rather I have only felt heard and understood. In addition, any questions I have for his mechanics are ALWAYS answered with a “No B.S.,” incomparable knowledge of the equipment they sell and service, as well as bicycles in general. Although I do most of my business with Brick City via telephone due to proximity, I have NEVER been anything less than absolutely astounded by the service I receive there. The Bikes appeared nice, I miss Cannondale that were American made until they outsourced to China like everythingelse these days . Specialized is a reputable brand apparently.For a few hundred bucks you can get a quality bike from this place .Going to make an acquisition soon from Brick City, I really like the place and they were helpful.

Great service. I had stored my two Land Riders in our Northern Illinois home garage for over 12 years and had used them very little. We moved to Ocala Florida and needed to have them serviced. Read great reviews online about Brick City and drove past a bike shop that was more convenient and closer to our home. I had both bikes service and made an additional purchase of helmets, got home and rode both the bikes in a Florida rain. They performed better than I remember them. Brick City is great. I dont live in the area and they had the exact bike I wanted. I put it on layaway. After a change of jobs it took a little longer to get the bike than expected but they held it and worked with me. I finally paid it off and they shipped it to me. Its been a pleasure working with them. Highly recommend them.

Knowledgable sales staff and great mechanics. I was able to purchase the right bike for me within my budget and every time I tweak something on the bike the bike mechanics are quick to diagnosis and fix the problem. Came in with a bent rim, popped tube, and ripped tire. Anthony quoted me about 75$....at the time I had half of that and couldnt afford what I needed so he provided me a temporary clever solution. Its simple, Brick City Bikes Will deliver....EVERY TIME.

Lost my Garmin at the Santos race so because I try to buy from my LBS as I have many times at Brick City I bought one from them. It was a factory refurbished Garmin Edge 520 for $249 . When I got home and opened it I found that it was missing the mounts as well as the tether. I checked the Garmin sight and found that the parts should have been included plus Garmin sold a brand new version with all the parts for the same price. I called the shop and Mike offered a lot of excuses but after checking Garmin site himself agreed to swap the unit I had purchased with a new one with all the parts. I told him I would be right up. After a 30 minute drive I arrived at the shop and Mike nonchalantly informed me he just happened to sell the unit he was supposed to save for me. I did get a refund but Mike’s attitude was that he could care how much I have been inconvenienced. Have been going to this shop for at least 4 years but being treated with such uncaring disrespect I have spent my last dollar there. BTW I also bought a bottle of Gu hydration tabs that I later noticed were beyond the expiration date. There are other shops in Ocala, stay away from this one!!

Great service, comfortable atmosphere. Went in not sure if I wanted a bmx or mtb, they didnt try to sway me one way or another, which was great. Limited selection of brands tho, its just specialized mountain bikes, and a more affordable haro model. They just got into the bmx end of things, but I got what I liked and am very pleased with Brick City Bicycles!! Now that I know they have a nice selection of specialized bikes, I will more than likely return for a bike for my fiancee. SUPPORT LOCAL BIKE SHOPS DO NOT BUY ONLINE.
