Today I upgraded 4 phones and added a new Apple Watch to my account.Being in the IT industry and have had iphones for many years, I knew what I was up against in terms of time and effort to do all the upgrades and ensure that my account was updated correctly and charged accordingly. Drew was outstanding as our salesperson. Very patient and took the time and focus needed to get the job done and ensure I was informed of all my benefits and options as well as to communicate all of the costs and fees. By far this was one of the best experiences at a Verizon store Ive had in a long time. Thanks again Drew for all your help!

The store in ocean City is the best! Avin is the greatest. Anytime me and my husband come into the store all the time and he is able to help us. We own a store down the street and we tell everyone we know to come to Verizon and ask for him. We don’t know if he is the manager but he should be.

I have to say, I am quite impressed. Firstly, I was acknowledged the moment I stepped in the door. The manager, I think his name was Shawn, was very knowledgeable and I was able to make my decision as I was very indecisive the first step in. Secondly, I must have come at a great time because I got 2 new activations with $50 off each of my smart phones added. Pretty stoked as well to have 30% off my accessories. I would highly recommend this store to any of my family and friends. Very professional.

He is professional and so knowledgeable about the phones and is always able to resolve my questions or problems and relieves any anxiety I have with getting a new phone. FLAT OUT LIES TO YOUR FACE!!! Bought an ipad and go the Hum as a Free device that could be cancelled at anytime per the sales rep. Now being charged $10 a month for 2 years. Might be best in ocean city but better off driving off island. Negative 5 stars . Ignore the one...google needs to change the options and recognize the zero

Was told phone wasnt broken... I said Why do I not receive calls from my son they say He just doesnt call could it be true? No!!! Greg loves me I know my son calls me. He has to or else Im alone

This is the best wireless service in Ocean city, all of the employees there are very helpful.

This store should receive ZERO stars. They lie and sold me a used phone and said it was brand new. When I realized it had already been used I brought it back to the store the same day and they would not let me return it without paying the restocking fee. They said there was nothing they could so about the fact that they sold me a USED phone. These people are liars and scamming people. Do not go there!!!

My husband and I were in your store on Monday, September 23, 2013. My phone had frozen and we could not figure out what to do to fix the problem. We entered the store at approximately 7:45pm and there was one representative working. She greeted us when we arrived and said she would be with us in just a moment as she was waiting on someone at that time. After about 5 minutes she asked us if we simply had a question or did we have an issue. we told her what was wrong and she said that that should be an easy fix and while continuing to do what she needed to do for the other customer, she took my phone, keyed into her computer and all the while kept a dialogue going with both her customers!! Solution = my phone works and the other customer was still being helped as we left the store. We truly want to thank, ERIN FRICKMAN, for courteous, efficient, timely and effective customer service.
