I would never ever shop at this store. I have never meet a more rude staff in my life.Forget the consumer, they don’t care about you.They make a sale and that’s it.Customer is always wrong.Had an issue with something I purchased and the same day came back to store 6 hours later to ask for a replacement. The hat I had purchased for my daughter had an issue. Just wanted to exchange hat.All I got from this lady was complete ignorance. And she explained that because my daughter wore the hat for a few hours we can’t resell it. People try hats on all day long in this store and others. And the guy with the mustache was a dork as well.My suggestion is never ever buy anything from this store

Do NOT shop here if you don’t want to be wrongly accused of shoplifting!!! My sister and I were wrongly accused of stealing one of their tacky magnets (terrible blurry quality that looked like it was illegally printed off of google images) while we were in line to BUY a bunch of other items. Even after we proved we didn’t steal they continued to treat us as if we did with NO apology whatsoever. We ended up leaving and not buying the merchandise. Looking at the other reviews this happens quite often. Hope this place changes how they treat customers and deal with things in a gracious manner instead of being extremely unprofessional. Never stepping foot in that place again and you shouldn’t either

I visited the store with my cousin, needing a new hoodie or two. We found what we were looking for and more:) Fairly good prices, a good selection and the quality of the items we purchased is good. Also, the woman who rang us up was helpful and pleasant. My one suggestion would be to offer more sizes for larger people. Im big, and I like to buy sweats that are much larger for comfort and in case of shrinkage. There were some oversized sweats, but a larger variety to select from would have been great!

I have been going there for years! They have the best designs on the boardwalk and better than other boardwalks at the shore!The customer service is great!I am handicapped and they really help me out!

I was yelled at and accused of stealing when I was not. I got kick out of the store and was being eyed down the entire time. I am infuriated that such people would accuse a shopper of stealing.

Went down last weekend during a trip with my cousins. I bought a pack of 4 bracelets and an anklet, both of them are very nice and I like them a lot.I also bought my sister a $20 shirt that had a wave on the front and back. 2 days later I put it in the laundry and we washed it and the small wave design which also said Ocean City, had fallen completely off! All of it, not a trace on the front. Thankfully the back still had the design but I was very disappointed with the quality of the shirt. Not worth the $20.

My fiancé & I were on the boardwalk & the weather got cool & foggy & I was cold so we stopped in & he got me a sweatshirt hoodie & I have worn it many times since I got it & the compliments I get are abundant.

Poor quality products, horrendous customer service.Yesterday, I was shopping with my brother, my friend, and my two cousins. After our group bought more than 50 dollars worth of merchandise, my 12 year old cousin was accused of shoplifting an anklet that she had already bought and was going to wear out of the store. Either an employee or the owner asked to see a receipt, which the cashier had thrown away, so she had to verify with the cashier that she had already paid for the anklet, which BROKE THE NEXT DAY. I was then accused of shoplifting a keychain simply because I was a teenager, and two employees cornered me and loudly yelled at me while threatening to press charges. They then would not listen to anything I said and made the police escort me out while we waited for our parents to show up. This was a traumatic experience which ruined my perception of the Ocean City boardwalk, where I have been traveling to my entire life. (They ended up not pressing any charges, but the events were completely unnecessary)

If I could Id give this place a negative 5 stars. As a seasonal visitor of Ocean City New Jersey for 18 years Ive never have had a worse experience. Some friends and I were just shopping and one of the older employees assumed that since we were young we were going to shoplift. Two employees corned my friend and I and accused us loudly of trying to steal a keychain. we hadnt even left the store or were close to the entrance but they involved two police officers and illegally checked our bags. They threatened to press charges on us and accused my other friend of not paying for an anklet that the cashier allowed her to take the tag off and wear out. Their staff is insane and I wouldnt recommend buying anything from here.

We usually go here. Run of the mill place. But its consistent and we got some comfortable ocean city clothing.

There are several parents of children with schizophrenia whos children were in your store and seen your horrendous t-shirts making fun of a brain disorder that has impacted every part of there lives . like these children dont have enough struggles trying to get thru the day. I strongly suggest you educate yourself on the illness as it REALLY is and not how the media portrays it. Look up Anderson Coopers schtzoprania simulation video and watch it then maybe you wont think this brain disorder is so funny.

I needed a sweatshirt on 7/1/17 & we found one that I love & found my fidget spinner which I absolutely love.

They wouldnt print anything on an item that wasnt theirs. Last season it was not a problem. Tasteless, tacky, trash!
