I ordered shirts from New Wave through Colleen and she was FANTASTIC. Not only did she get me quotes and proofs in record time (of 6 different shirts), but my order was ready in HALF the time she originally stated. Back story: I wanted shirts Id had before with a previous company, and made an attempt to order them from their vendor... but after 6 days of back-and-forth emails & calls over something that seemed so simple, I decided to check if New Wave had the shirts I wanted.
