Love this shop! They always have all the beach supplies I need for myself and family. And the prices are are the best on the boardwalk.

I found this to be an average boardwalk shopping experience. The store has a little bit of this and a little bit of that and I found a novel that looks interesting for reading at the beach. The salesperson was a middle aged woman who was neither friendly nor unfriendly. After reading the other reviews, I probably wont stop in there again. But my personal experience was not bad.

Fun and the sun!

Was very disheartened to see how the owners treat their employees. The one boy straight up told me how sorry he was that we as customers had to see that. I told him I was sorry he had to work there. He said it’s miserable. They had a help wanted sign in the window and it’s easy to see why they can’t keep employees. The owner was yelling at everyone including a family with young kids. She was the worst example of a manager I have ever witnessed. She shouldn’t be allowed to own a business on the boardwalk.

As a former employee, I have spent the last 4 years witnessing the most irresponsible and down right insane actions that a business owner could take. Here are a few highlights to let you all know, what goes on behind the scenes.You never know when you are going to work. Each day is different, the owner tells you a specific time tomorrow and nothing else. No set schedule is posted or shown to employees so that other plans can be made with either family or friends.Payment is almost always late. He starts off by telling you it is bi-weekly, then payday comes and for about another week or so he gives you the run around on why he cant pay you. I have gone at the most an entire month without payment. They also hold empty promises of pay raises midway through the summer.The one owner is a complete psychopath with what I am considering bipolar disorder. For being a store centered around kids and fun at the beach, god forbid if you bounce a ball or play with a toy. When she isnt around I do not enforce this rule because I see it as, if a kid loves it so much they might get it. She also has a knack for yelling and screaming at customers as well as their children for little to no reason. One review states that she yelled at a kid for trying to find a tshirt that fit her because she was taking too long. All these reviews are true. On several occasions we told her about the reviews, she said she did not care about the responses and completly blew them off.Dont shop here. Dont work here.

Owner is the nastiest store owner Ive ever met. My kid....keep in mind this store claims to cater to kids.....was touching some of the merchandise and the lady yells for him to put it back. As we get ready to leave she makes a comment that people dont like to be told what to do...…...Im proud of myself for walking out, but it took every ounce of restraint for me not to go off on her. Had my kid there, and didnt want to embarrass him or me. But shes a nasty lady, and good to see other reviewers feel the same way. So it wasnt me. Shop elsewhere. She doesnt deserve a penny of anyones business.

The owner the woman is very disrespectful to employees and clearly doesn’t care for them she yells at people and is very rude. I have gone into store to shop for beach stuff and hasn’t been a pleasant experience in there its also hot they have fans going but doesn’t help at all. I feel bad for the employees because they always are getting yelled I noticed help wanted sign doesn’t seem like they can keep workers doesn’t surprise me. Working conditions are also bad store has no air conditioner or and fans just blowing dust around store and floors. I dont know how she runs a business by yelling and screaming at her employees and even customers. Definitely should be reported to City Hall its very bad way to run a store. Workers seem like they don’t enjoy working there and seem very nice but dont get respect they deserve by there “boss” should be -1 i feel bad for employees there as well.

This store is such a joke. Dont waste your breath here. The owner the woman will probably yell at you before you even step foot in her disgusting, unhygienic, moldy, dusty store.

The owner is very unfriendly she treats her employees very trashy and is yelling in store mostly at her employees who literally look like they hate it there. I would never expect a boss to be such a joke

The owner said he does not back anything he sells. If there is a problem with it, it was the customer fault. No policy stated, husband handles complaint because wife is rude and sneaky

My daughter came running out of the store to me crying after the owner the woman yelled at her for not knowing what size T-shirt she was. I’ve heard from other customers that she has a reputation for yelling at employees and other customers. I am infuriated that the woman is allowed to run her business like this, let alone run a business at all. Me and my family will never bat an eye at this store again for however long it’s left open which I don’t assume is very much longer.
