Weve found what we wanted there every year when we go to Ocean City. Since we are always getting there at the end of the season its pretty much picked out, so i can only give it a 4.

Friendly and helpful staff, but items (even with the season ending) are really overpriced. I just cant see myself paying $60-$120 for a beach chair or $72 for a beach rug.

Bought a telescope beach chair via amazon sold by island beach guys. One arm had a defect where arm is rivited to frame. I called and spoke to Yvonne asking if i could swap it out for exact same item. NO PROBLEM...in fact she sent me a prepaid ups return label via email in about 2 minutes, and SHIPPED ME the replacement chair within 2 hrs ... BEFORE I shipped mine back let alone received the chair back. And its coming next day. All this DONE...within 24 hrs...chair returned, chair shipped...no paperwork. NO hassle. Yvonne is GREAT. The best selection for beach chairs and carts.

This place is the biggest rip off ever. There merchandise is overpriced and the employees act like they know nothing. They offer a coupon for $5.00 off of $50.00 and my chair was priced at $49.00 and they would not honor the coupon. I purchased the identical chair in the local Super Fresh Food Store for $15.00 less. Do not buy anything at this store. This was my first visit and will be my last.

Incredible customer service! Ordered a beach cart and one of the wheels was the wrong size. I didnt unpack the box until we arrived at our vacation rental. Their customer service shipped the new wheel overnight, to my vacation address, (during hurricane Arthur and July 4th) and I had it the next day for our week at the beach. Its rare to find that kind of customer service in todays online market. Thank you IBG!!
