Went in to get old change. Usually have had no problems. In & Out in 15/20 minutes But Cashier was flaky. Mechanic did something wrong & my vehicle wouldnt start afterwards. They tried to say I had a dead battery but it was a new battery. Wasnt a happy person. 45 minutes

I was asked to move to accommodate a customer on a different bay and when the next bay opened, they did not accommodate me even though I was next in line. Terrible customer service. Did not even attempt to apologize for the occurrence.

I got the full service oil change which is supposed to come with some services that are listed on the paper they give you. On the paper it says they did the services but that’s a lie for example, it says they added washer fluid lol I literally have no washer fluid! DONT RECOMMEND why offer the full service if you’re going to be too lazy ( or whatever the case is ) to do it ? Places like this will try to play you just because you’re a female / young as if you wouldn’t know anything about a car.

So I’m just gonna say that everytime me or my fiancé have been to either this location or the gautier location they either don’t have the oil or my fiancé is hit on by one of the workers to a point she won’t go back! I will say if you do the survey the district manager will call you within minutes to help resolve your issue! But I will never go to American live fast again! It seems to be a headache everytime! Never have I been to an oil change place that I have to go get my own oil and then come back! If I wanted to do all that I would do it myself!

Went through, professionally greeted. He also placed his mask on after seeing me with mine. Quick and friendly. Allowed me to observe as they changed my oil. I watched them check things carefully and replace the filter. He also showed me the new oil that went in and properly showed the dip stick after car was started again. Gave both him and the guy underneath the car a tip. Great service.

I actually showed up a few thousand miles too soon and they checked my oil advised that it was still good, topped it off, cleaned my windshield, aired my tires and sent me on my way without a charge.

These mechanics NEED to put air on the spare tire whenever they are doing the other four. Why don’t they do it? We don’t have to remind them that. That should be automatically because is part of the other tires.

I want to know why was I told you only one oil change price for 61.99 after my oil was changed. Ive had two ppl to call to verify your price and told you guys offer basic oil changes as well. Ive been there several times in the past and Ive never had a issue.

Excellent customer service! Drew went above and beyond to ensure my twenty year old vehicle was safe and secure. I asked him to check the belts. Not unexpectedly, the belts were old and worn. He recommended I take my vehicle to the store in Ocean Springs where the manager had more expansive mechanical skills . Within less than two hours I had my oil changed and a new belt on my van at two separate stores, and all for a very reasonable price. I am very pleased with the service and value of American LubeFast!

I came to get an oil change and waited in line 25 minutes. This Caucasian women pulled up and immediately an attendant came to her car and helped her. I told him I was here first and has been waiting. His response was she only needed to be topped off. How did he know I didn’t only need to be topped off? He never asked. I waited an additional 10 minutes before anyone came. While waiting another white person pulled up and was waited on. I think it’s the color of my skin the reason I waited so long. I was racially profiled.

Fast friendly people. Was heading out of town and they found a crack in my oil filter housing Ordered one from a local parts store and got me back on the road in under an hour.my car was losing a half quart oil between changes and had run almost out on a long trip.saved my car from a blown engine I have no doubt.

First as a woman that has been going there for years Im used to the up selling, just change the oil and let me be...next I psid for full service and not only did they fail to reset my oil change reminder, they didnt vacuum my car. I paid over $60 for oil change, I got the additive plus oil change. I will not be going back after 5 years of loyalty...who ever is managing is too busy doing other things than running a business! Walmart can have my $$$$$.

They are a great group of guys!UPDATE: While I was getting my oil changed they accidentally broke my dipstick and we realized that it was gonna have a be ordered from the manufacturer... The guy asked me if I would be ok with him getting it from a junkyard and I said that was ABSOLUTELY FINE... He took my number and gave me his card and said he would let me know when he got one but to feel free to call and check on it... I did call after about 2 weeks and was told that he hasnt located one yet... Its been about a month or so and still havent heard anything back from them... I really am disappointed because they seemed like such a great group of guys... I think Im gonna call corporate...

Brought my own oil and filter, they changed my oil and checked and refilled my fluids. When they checked my engine air filter they were a little too forceful on the cover, trying to force it in and out and putting the cover back on, plastic is delicate and it could have broken (Main reason for the 4 stars rather than 5). They did try to upsell on some things that didn’t need to be done but they weren’t forceful about it. One thing I do like is that they yell out whatever they’re doing and how everything looks which is really nice. I got home and rechecked everything to make sure everything looked good. I double checked the fluids and checked my airbox and noticed some scratches when they were forcing it open, screws were tight as they should be. I noticed that they did spill some oil on my engine cover, no big deal, it wasn’t much so I just wiped it all off with a paper towel to keep it from staining the plastic. I guess it’s kind of what you get when you go to a fast lube place like this one, I usually change my own oil. Overall, if you want a quick oil change and fluid check, I would recommend this place. Personally the next time I visit I will ask just for the oil change as I check my own fluids and other things regularly, even if it means paying the $29 for the full service but not actually getting the full service.

Good place for an oil change, I purchased the advanced oil change. They checked fluid levels, lights, and tire pressures. Seemed like alot of customers coming back to have their oil checked for a top off, so prolly a good idea to check your oil level after you leave.

They worry more about up selling, paid for the full service, didnt get my tires filled, didnt get the inside carpet vacuumed. It is only time when they will be out of business, it happens to all of them when they dont care about the customer and more about the profit. Take your vehicle somewhere else or visit the dealer it will be cheaper in the long run.
