I went to get a covid vaccine here. The vaccine process was very quick and easy and I recommend getting it here. My reason for three stars is because of customer service. I tried to bring my girlfriend in because I’m scared of needles and the lady really did not want her to come with me and she was a little rude about it.

Awful customer service at the pharmacy. Ive been using this exact pharmacy for a decade - well before it was a Walgreens (it was a Rite Aide previously). At first I was told my script would be filled by 6pm (3 hours after drop off). Then I was told 7pm or I could take my prescription elsewhere. Since it was only 1 hour later, I figured I could wait (by the time I took it elsewhere and had it filled it would be an hour wait at least anyway). So then at 7pm I was told it would not be ready to pick up until 10:30am the FOLLOWING day. People need lifesaving meds...dont jerk people around like that. Their only solution was telling me to either wait or take your prescription elsewhere. Unacceptable. I had severe pain from an nasty intestinal infection and without the antibiotics I could have went septic and wound up back in the hospital. They showed ZERO compassion. The male pharmacy tech was about the rudest person I have ever encountered. He has no business in the healthcare/customer service industry. Walgreens has officially lost a decade long loyal customer. I wont even go there for my vitamins and supplements anymore.

My son was seen by a specialist near Jackson, MS and this pharmacy refused to fill my childs prescription. The pharmacist said that the Dr. was out of walgreens range. When I asked what their range was, she said um about 25 miles. I wasnt asking them to go above and beyond, just to fill a prescription. Im not sure how they stay in business when they are turning away new customers. Also, with covid going on and everyone using Dr on Demand not everyone will be receiving prescriptions from a local doctor. This policy really needs to be reavalluated.

The last 2 times Ive needed help at this pharmacy, the pharmacists working here have been phenomenal. Great customer service and theyve gone way above and beyond whats required of them to help me get my prescription. Its been difficult due to an insurance change I had a couple of months ago. Theyve helped me every step of the way, even though the problems Ive had were not their fault. Keep it up guys! Im so happy to see this location improving!

I really do not reccomend this pharmacy to anyone. Walgreens gets stuff wrong when it comes to prescriptions. There is always such a long wait.

Gave their pharmacy a shot despite the reviews. Before I get hate I havent had a bad experience yet, long waits sometimes maybe but they know you by your name when youre a regular and they are the only pharmacy on the coast still open after my work shift ends so I cant complain.

As usual long line and everyone being told their prescriptions werent filled yet to come back. Never had this problem at CVS, but my insurance requires I use this pharmacy now. Horrible service!

This is the most ridiculous Walgreens I’ve ever been to!! I’ve literally been sitting in this drive through for over 30 minutes waiting because they are so slow!!! This location was much better when it was a rite aid and quite frankly I think I’ll look into switching pharmacies! This isn’t the first encounter I’ve had with this problem!! There’s been multiple times I’ve had to go in and it’s been much faster it’s just more convenient to go through the drive through sometimes!!!

Popular opinion; Walgreens Pharmacy is a hot dumpster fire.Why have I been in their drive-thru two days in a row waiting for the same medication with an overall wait time of 45 minutes and counting so I can talk to a pharmacy associate who seems less excited to talk to me than I do to her?If you are like me and terribly annoyed by the run-on paragraph above, hell even if youre not even slightly bothered by it.. then its safe to say Walgreens isnt for you, because Walgreens isnt for anyone.(Update: 1h 12m wait time)

I have an upcoming surgery to correct a herniated disc in my neck. While I wait the doctor has prescribed me pain meds and upped the dosage a couple of times resulting in multiple trips to the pharmacy. Aside from the first one they have all resulted in me making multiple trips for a single prescription after Grant, and some other little guy with glasses refused to fill them before calling the doctors office. I can see doing that once, but this everytime stuff has gotten old. Now were within couple days of the surgery and my doctor sends me back for one more prescription to deal with the pain from the surgery itself while I recover. He proceeds to treat my wife like shes some sort of drug addict (I asked her to go because I was hurting and didnt want to drive), and even accused her of bringing in a copy of a prescription as if it werent real. Were probably going to continue this round of prescriptions with Walgreens just because the doctor already has them on file and Ill need it, but were definitely changing pharmacies after this.

I am a leukemia patient, who is in horrible pain. My husband went to fill my pain medication prescription, and was told they were to busy to fill it. Meanwhile there was no one even being helped in the pharmacy. They told him he could come back tomorrow and they would fill it. He left, and went to another pharmacy because I shouldnt have to suffer because of their laziness.

Wouldn’t even be using this pharmacy if CVS accepted my insurance, but they don’t anymore. This is my first time calling Walgreens and I’ve been on a 50 minute wait call and they ended the call on me without even answering lmao. Time to call again and wait another hour :)

If I could give this pharmacy a 0 star, I would be more than happy to because I asked them to refill my Moms seizure meds because she was out all weekend. They said come back tomarrow at 2. Here I am still sitting here at almost 2:30 with a loooooooooong line. They said were short handed right now.

Been sitting in front of store since opening time (27 minutes ago). Doors are still locked and employees are walking around in the store. How do you compete like this???

If I could leave no stars I would. Abysmal customer service and terrible management. Pharmacy doesn’t follow hygienic standards and techs frequently cough into their hands instead of elbows while assisting customers. They are ALWAYS out of stock or lose their orders. That may not sound terrible until you have the flu and need it ASAP. Staff will leave during high traffic times when the line is backing into the shopping aisles for lunch or shift change. Honesty it’s a pretty pathetic business. I urge everyone to pull your prescriptions from this nightmare of a place and go elsewhere.

Imagine a decent pharmacy cause this isnt one lmfao. Burnham Drugs in Gautier is way more efficient and theyre not globally known like Walgreens is. Customer service reeks and theyre always full of it. Prescription ready in an hour? Nah fam you get there and they havent even started on it. Might as well shut down the drive thru. Not like anyone gives a damn to check the cars there and see what they need.

Horrible service. Rude employees. Long lines then telling people they’re out of their medicine AFTER they have said they were in the process of filling their prescription. Made us pay without putting our insurance in because “she could not figure it out” then we had to come back to get a refund because my insurance actually covered the medicine. Laziness! Please do yourself a favor and use a local pharmacy like Coastal Pharmacy or Garden Pharmacy.

Terrible! Do not get your medicine here because they will tell you one time and then you have to wait because they are not well staffed. Its been 4 hours from when they said it would be ready.

Have a question about side effects for a prescription fillled at this store and am unable to reach the pharmacy. Stayed on hold for extended periods of time.

Terribley long wait, employees didnt seem to know where anything was, or what they were doing. Prescriptionso are all over the place laying on the floor in little to no sense of organization.

Wait time ridiculous people are rude they take you off of hold to put you back on hold and Walgreens has copays just because they are Walgreens! My Medicaid covers EVERYTHING with no copays because its pregnancy Medicaid. I called Medicaid and they confirmed I should have no copays.

Told us the medication was filled to times drove up and it wasn’t ready. The pharmacy area is filthy I don’t recommend this place.

Terrible experience with the pharmacist Grant! He is smug and very rude. They are not friendly when you need to ask a question.
