Bought a 2014 Ford f150 didnt have it a month when it broke down call then thry had me bring it to them even though we paid extra for the warranty they said it wasnt covered and they wanted to charge me $160 to fix it so I fixed it myself it was good for a bit then same issues now truck is in lemp mode and cant even drive it so now paying for a truck I cant drive tried to cancel the contract I was denied and told I had to go to a different car lot and guy wont even talk to me this is bad business all around will never do business with them again and will make isre I dont refer anyone to them sad thing I know they can and will probably delete this post

Prestige Auto is the place to go. when car shopping although you there for cars the people are good, atmosphere is homey from people like Brett and Eric and entire staff down to the office resembling a home. They made my first car buy a simple an unforgettable experience, also was open to answering all questions I had to ensure me the deal was a fair one. Ps Brett got a eye for matching folks and cars he’s the guy to see, and prestige auto is the place to be! I strongly recommend their services.

I strongly recommend you go elsewhere to purchase a vehicle as they are not thoroughly inspected and here is why. I recently purchased a vehicle from Prestige Auto Sales. A couple things were discovered that made this car unsafe to drive. CV joint bolts all around were only hand tight per my mechanic. One of the bolts were sheared off making the car unsafe to drive. By the grace of God we were no in an accident. This was an expensive repair. Then the bolts for the oil pan we’re missing. These people I will never do business with again. Take your business elsewhere.

Do not put your family at risk by purchasing a vehicle from here. The U Joint on my husband’s car went out, driving down HWY 90. The bolt sheared off. Destroying, the tie rod, axle and the wire for power steering. The auto repair shop was shocked at the junk yard parts put on the car and even worse nothing was tightened and it was all loose. Their warranty they sell isn’t accepted anywhere local so you will foot the full bill. If you value your life and the life of your family, never buy a vehicle from here. It’s a death trap.

Haha do yourselves a favor before you buy here and go look at the actual value of cars.You can buy a brand new 2021 Ram 4x4 with the Cummins engine with allllll the bells and whistles / off road package for under 70k.The 2021 fords start under 50k.What a joke, I hate scammers and these prices are exactly that, a scam.

Just purchased a vehicle from Prestige Auto Sales in Ocean Springs MS. Had a very pleasant experience with Levi our sales representative. But then after the purchase it turned into a nightmare. Bought this vehicle in November and have had it in the Dodge dealership 5 different times and it still isn’t fixed. Problems everywhere and they said the car lot that sold it had to have known about the problems.Good customer service before the sale! Not good AFTER the sale. Be sure and get a certified mechanic to check out vehicle before purchasing! Wish I had!Oh and by the way we bought the extended warranty thru this car lot and of course everything that was replaced was not covered by this warranty. I do not recommend using this “car dealership”. they put me in a car that they knew i couldn’t afford just to call me 4 days later and tell me that i had to return it because of how much i owed on a down payment still. eric told me that i had until march 3rd to pay the rest of my down payment before i left. then when i got there to figure out when i get my tax refund because i did their little “file your w2 and leave in a car” deal. and he refused to call the “tax lady” and even said they he didn’t call her in the first place for me. but when i was there getting the car he called her nonstop until she answered. and when i said i would wait for her to come in at 11 like he said he told my boyfriend he would have us escorted out by the police.i’m not even going to mention the way he raised his voice and sweared at us.very unprofessional and a waste of time.

Okay so here we go. At first everyone was sweet they were so helpful. The moment something went wrong it was an act of Congress to get anyone on the phone. When asked for receipts no reply. When asking about the warranty I get the run around. Lied to about the 200$ Referral. My husband was treated like dirt. My friend got a truck from there they replaced the parts with junk yard rusted parts. When he called about the front end messed up. Threatened him to pick the truck up because of one signature needed. All in all this place is a joke! Their vehicles are way over priced and half of them we checked had more than one light on the dash oil leaking under the hood. I can definitely say I will never be going back.

The worst dealership on the coast. Purchased a car a couple of weeks ago and didn’t even have it 3 weeks. The guy Eric had my car towed because he asked for my bank account password and I didn’t give it to him.. Sending me threading messages the whole time I got the car... Now I can’t get my car, my down payment or nothing. They told the police they don’t want me on the property... I need a lawyer

Super happy with my experience at Prestige. Great used car dealership.

Friendly staff but wish I would have listened to my gut on this dealership. My boyfriend was referred to them but I felt like the cars were way overpriced. We ended up leaving with a 2015 Mercedes.. not even a month after we had the car we had to get a rim repaired because it was cracked & one month after that we had to get a wheel completely replaced. The guy we took it to said it had prior work done to it. It was cracked in two places & he said it looked like they bought some type of adhesive (probably about $20 at Home Depot) to do a quick fix. He said there was so much “gunk” he couldn’t really tell what else was done to it. We also had to replace a tire because it was so old it was stripped completely down & another tire was on its way to be the same because it was so cheap. So within two months of having this vehicle we had to replace 3 tires, repair a rim & replace another rim for a total of $1300. If you buy a car from this dealership Please don’t make the same mistake we did & have the car looked over first.

Brett will treat you right hands down! If they don’t have something there he will do what he can to get it and put you in whatever you want!

Dearship will do/say anything to get you to buy vehicle. Once purchased they treat you horrible and harass you. Eric (financial manager) told me he was going to come take the vehicle from me because the bank sent a check and they hadn’t received and was going to take my trade in vehicle to the junk yard. Money for trade in and title have not been sent to bank after a week of purchase and signing paperwork.

Prestige is the place to go. Lee and Jamie are the best people, even Mr.Rick. They will always do their best to make sure no one leaves their dealership unhappy. I know I sure left happy in my new car. I never thought I would be able to get MY own car but they never gave up until it was done. I appreciate both of them more than they will ever know. Id give them no stars if I could. I negotiated a deal on Facebook and when I arrived the manager basically refused the deal when I got there. I canceled a night of meetings to buy this vehicle.I was still willing to test drive the vehicle. I went to crank the vehicle. It was dead. I went as far as asking how it ran and the manager said, I dont know how it runs. Im only the manager. Needless to say, I left. If I were you, I would pay a little extra than to give people who are clueless about their products any money.
