Nice store. A lot of merch. I would have loved to spend money here, but NO SERVICE. At 10:00 this morning I walked into the store and stood around for nearly 10 minutes and did not see 1 sales person on the floor to help me. Another lady came in while I was there. Still no sales person when I left.

Told I wasnt allowed to shop there without a mask on even tho they were not providing any like most stores are right now, and I had just previously bought a shirt there while not wearing a mask 2 days earlier. The 2 teens working there were extremely rude about it. and because of them I will not be shopping with this company anymore. Academy sports has a bigger and better shoe selection anyways.

I have been in this store a number of times and have received excellent customer service. I finally took out the time to write a review to let everyone know how great this store is. Will, the store manager does a great job helping me with what I need. He is polite and very enthusiastic about his job. I have been to different store locations but he has by far been the greatest. Keep up the great service Hibbett Sports! I hope to one day go in and someone tells me that he has advanced in the company.

Hibbetts Sports In Ocean Springs Walmart shopping center great store for its size quality of clothing could be raise just a little bit more. The customer service is beyond recognition for the guys that work there they even offer to do some online shopping for me cause I was looking for certain item everything I try to wear is either Mississippi state are cashel where With no logos Hibbetts in Ocean Spring gets all 5 stars and if I could give more I would.

Didnt see anything I wanted to buy so the staff accused me of stealing as I was trying to leave. I DIDNT EVEN WALK IN WITH A PURSE AND IM WEARING SHORTS AND A TIGHT FITTING TANK TOP how am I gonna steal something? Ill never return here again. Unprofessional.
