Dropped off our scrubs to get embroidered on 10/19 and we walk in the place is a wreck and the employees were eating burgers and fries and ketchup. I felt gross like they shouldn’t be eating like that in front of customers and touching new clothes. We gave them our info and they didn’t really seem to care. So today, 10/27, I went to pick up the uniforms, as soon as I walked in the lady was on the phone on a personal phone call and didn’t acknowledge me. I stood at the desk for a few then she came by. I told her I was here to pick up my scrubs I dropped off over a week ago. The lady was flipping thru a bunch of spiral notebooks with colored marker in them all which was very sloppy and unprofessional. She couldn’t find the info I gave them last week and got back on the phone and sent another lady out, I told her I’m here to pick up my embroidered scrubs I dropped off last week. She did the same thing: flip thru multiple notebooks and acted lost. So then she went in the back where they embroider stuff and brought out a plastic bag with my scrub shirts. “Are these it?” Yes that’s it I said. They haven’t even started on them. They were in the same plastic bag I dropped them off in. She said I could have them done by Tuesday, I said no I needed them done before that. I’m going to be out of town until Monday and needed them done today. She then said well I can have a couple done by 4pm today. I said no they were supposed to be done already I needed them to be done before Monday. I’ll just take them home. The lady didn’t apologize or anything. I don’t know how this place is still in business that is very unprofessional and bad business. Don’t waste your time here.

The ladies at the shop were very good to do business with. Their prices are very reasonable. Also, their service was fast. The shirts and hats they did for me were extremely well done. I will continue to use their services. I highly recommend that anyone looking for embroidering to be done, stop in at thier shop on Washington Ave. in Ocean Springs. You wont be disappointed.
