They will increase your rent every year. An average of 30%. If you move out of your unit before payment is due. They will not refund you your remaining balance.

Storage King has the best people working for them and the most to offer their clients. I cannot thank Alesia enough for all of her help with our storage needs. She has gone above and beyond to help and we think Storage King is the best.

Very impressed with the cleanliness and security of Storage King USA in Ocean Springs, CA. The staff is also very helpful arranging for rental contracts. The facility has carts to make moving in easier. Highly recommended.

I am very impressed with Storage King. The office personnel were very friendly and gave me several storage options. They took me to my storage unit so that I would know where it was located. The unit is well lit, clean and I am very pleased with all the safety protocols in place.

Climate control unit flooded. Asked for refund. I paid cash but they said couldnt give cash back. So was mailing check over night. Its third day and no money and impossible to get ahold of anyone from store.

Worked here laying asphalt for the facility, very large area and plenty of space for your every need. If I owned an RV or large boat, this would be my choice to store it.

Great place staff is the best

I have been renting the same unit since 2013 since before storage king bought the property. I moved away and was coming back to begin cleaning out. A two+ hour drive and 8 galloons of gas later I find a red lock on my unit. I paid on July 8th. When it slipped my mind in June and called the person said that was unlike you (and thank you so much for sending a courtesy reminder before adding the late charge but I guess that would be too much like customer service) but I paid the amount on June 16th with my first late fee in a long time. I tried the main number and they said they would try to reach out to the manager and the manager would get back to me if they could, so another hour wasted waiting on the call that never came. Back when it was family owned, they came up in the middle of the night when my unit was broken into and helped (and they charged a LOT less). Now I cannot even get ahold of someone an hour after they close. So five+ hours and sixteen gallons of gas completely wasted.Changed from 1 star to 3 star due to apology call from manager. She was sympathetic and professional. While before this incident my opinion would have been 5 star, yesterday was frustrating.

A+, high-end facility with state-of-the art security, 24 hr access, and live camera video feed. The full service amenity station with pressure wash down, vacuum, air, ice, and dump make it quick & easy after a long day. There is even a cleaning service on site so you can just drop off your boat. Highly recommended.

Amazing facility with state of the art security. We feel very comfortable leaving our RV there and love the convenience of the full amenity station with the wash-down, pump out, air, and ice service!

Great friendly managers there I met the couple there taking care a clients boat they were accommodating the whole time I was there and working safe place to lock your boat, car, trailer or truck etc...
