I have used this location since July several times for internet and printing capabilities, as all other UPS Stores do not offer this service, ( Drive from Long Beach). I have never had a problem with service or employees knowledge or anything else. All negative reviews are people just being negative to be so.
Awful. Believe all the bad reviews. Unless you’re buying something, they don’t care about you. Hate that this is the one closest to my house. Doesn’t matter how nice you are to them. If they feel like you’re taking longer than lightening speed, they’ll be rude and try and shame you into not coming back. Then act fake nice when you act disturbed by their rudeness. Biloxi UPS is the best.
Awesome staff, Ms Devin was very friendly, and helped me out this ole country boy! If you need any office supplies or just a fax such as I did, I highly recommend them! Very professional staff!!
Hands down the most helpful group of ladies working at this UPS. I needed some invitations printed and another UPS store made it seem impossible and treated me like I was being difficult but when I brought my invitation to this store, it was a piece of cake. I also could tell I was going to get the quality of service I needed with a friendly face.

Awesome customer service! KRYSTINA not only helped me package my awkward box, but took the time to explain the shipping process & gave me alternatives for my unique situation. I appreciate her welcoming & acknowledging customers as it got busier & letting them know that someone would be with them momentarily. Even with the line, she was very composed & continued to give me A-1 customer support. It’s worth paying more for UPS when you get that level of customer service and shipping support. You definitely don’t get that at the post office anymore.
I visit the UPS store in Ocean Springs, MS 2-3 times a month and have for the last several years. I’ll admit, I have somewhat of an Amazon Online shopping addiction, so with that comes the need to frequently return items. Every time I visit this location the staff is always so pleasant, helpful and attentive. They go out of their way to ask how my day is, ensure I have everything I need before I leave and get me in and out very quick. The store is always clean and smells so good. I now live in Moss Point, MS with a UPS store much closer, but still come to the this location because of how they treat people. Very pleasant experience.
Ive always had a positive experience dealing with the staff. For several mths Ive been shipping more items than usual and Ive had to utilize their Notary Public services quite a bit. They are always friendly, and efficient. Ive checked their prices against the regular mail and theyre about the same. When they say overnight they mean overnight. Ive also received thank you notes from the manager thanking me for using their store, which Ill continue to do so. Im sure if I had a problem they would do everything needed to make it right. I think they deserve 5 stars.
Worst UPS store Ive been to. Very unhelpful, I guess that explains the poor rating.
Always friendly even when busy. Every effort made to get in and out. Honest about costs and delivery times. I prefer this store to other delivery options.
$22 for 50 single sided black and white copies. Biloxi UPS store only charged $10 for 100. Tried to tell me the more I got the lower the price. She checked how many 100 would be.. $35!!!!!! Go to any other UPS store!!! This one is price gouging.
I went into this ups mail store today and Jordan was there. Though it was busy and many customers all with different needs he had an excellent attitude. Kept everybody relaxed with his witty and charming personality. As a lead customer service agent for Delta Air Lines I learn to measure my experiences because Delta set the bar so high. I was impressed by Jordan and I hope his manager share this with him.Thank you

I’m shocked at the low ratings honestly. I went in and waited in line as the clerk was super sweet and kind to the people ahead of me. She printed out stickers for the customer’s two children and gave them candy. She was extremely nice and I wish I had her name to call corporate and brag about how wonderful she is. I came in after work to drop off a return and left in a better mood than I came in with. Just seeing that generosity she gave those children gave me hope for the day, even if I was in there for only 5-10 minutes. Great experience. If the store would like to comment and let me know the clerk’s name who did my return around 4:50 PM Oct 27th, I’d love to leave a rave review to the big bosses!
Horrible horrible customer service.. Half if them dont even know all the services ups has to offer. And when u go to show them that they do offer the certain service like hold your mail. You get told that they dont hold it all they do is return to sended. And their the rudest group of people ive ever came in contact with.
I cant believe how rude the staff at this location is. Kristina McKinley who claims to be a lead was extremely disrespectful when I ask about services offered. She snatched my package when I asked to watch her label and tape my package. If it wasnt for my tracking information I would really be concerned if she even mailed it off. I asked to speak with a manager, she said we dont have managers Im the lead today. Which implies she isnt always in charge but she refused to let me speak with anyone else. If you look at the reviews for this location youll see other dissatisfied customers. UPS needs to assess this location before they lose valuable customers. Under past ownership it was such a nice place. This new ownership will not give you the cheapest shipping cost. I went in the other day and asked for the cheapest. I got the talk about how I was wrong. Then was told the reason I need to spend more. This happens every time I go in there. If you try to even get the cost of the cheapest you will get an earful. Last time they sent it with a signature required - I never asked for it. Didnt want it. And just so everyone knows - Your package is not insured unless they pack it. Only for loss.

I tried to UPS a little plastic kids cup and the Ocean Springs UPS wanted $102.23! I told the staff that I was in no hurry to have the cup delivered. They did not give me another price! They certainly take advantage of people who do not know their options. This happened more than once. They charged me a couple of hundred dollars to send a plastic wall decoration to my daughter. Beware of the large female that works the counter in the Ocean Springs UPS. I avoid the entire store.
I recently went to this UPS store on Bienville Blvd in ocean springs to ship my first ever package. I had no idea what it entailed and how to package or ship any items and Kristina and her coworker with short blonde hair ( I did not catch her name unfortunately) were fantastic. They were extremely helpful, friendly, and very polite. It was fast easy and great service. I highly recommend this ups store!!! I will always come back to them any packages I need sent off!
Waited 20 minutes for the rude lady to tell me she couldnt print a shipping label for me, instead I would have to pay for it by using their computer. I was returning something that was damaged which wasnt even my fault! This place is ridiculous. Terrible service and prices. Will never return to this location.

I went over to the UPS store in Ocean Springs on 10-27-2020. I did my best to stay positive. I was trying to send back an Amazon package and the woman ( blond hair ~ I did not catch her name ) made the process to send a package back to amazon into a Rocket Science task. I asked her if I could sit down at a lobby computer and use it when my wife txt the necessary info to me. She told me I had to send it to my email so I opened my txt up & screen shot the info and sent it to my email . Then I attempted to open it up for a print out at that computer I was sitting at. The women had a cow in front of a half dozen customers telling me (after she said I could) I could not use that computer. She was as helpful as a dead rock. I simply left and went over to the D’Iberville UPS store. I was in and out in 3 minutes. The difference in customer relations was like night and day... Do not go to the UPS store in Ocean Springs especially since it’s close to Halloween . The help there is whitch like in nature!!!
What. Wait. Faxing 10 pages to Pascagoula cost me over $25.... Next time Ill just drive.Used to do a lot of business with them before I retired... Now the staff are sloppy looking an less than professional. Ill just buy another land line so I can fax it myself.
Rude staff! Website states they ship USPS but they could care less in assistance with that carrier. I wish I didn’t have to go here to return my Amazon purchases but it’s the only option in Ocean Springs. Guess I’ll drive extra to Kohls for Amazon returns.
Staff is always very professional. FYI buying a book of stamps will cost you $15.00 for 20. That is 75 cents each when the actual cost is 55 cents. I was told the upcharge is for convenience. Had I realized I would be paying an additional 20 cents per stamp I would have purchased them at the grocery store or made a trip to the post office. Just a little FYI for people

Ordered a package from a store and the driver came into my community twice but did not deliver my package. When I called I was told he attempted to deliver but was unable to. The address I gave was correct.
Extremely expensive! They have the worse customer service. They charge 1000 percent for what a box should cost. This should be illegal.
Terrible experience. I called to ask how much they charge for notary. They said $5 per stamp. (I could have gone by the bank and done it for free...) But I thought $5 was a reasonable price and I had a package to mail...so I decided to have my 7 signatures notarized there. Thinking $35...right?No. They charge a $5 fee for each notary stamp AND a $5 clerical fee for EACH stamp. So $10 per stamp.So...my 7 pages alone cost me $70 plus tax. They failed to tell me this until I was ready to check out. Complete rip off. Also I needed to print my label. I could have easily printed it myself at the computer they have there for practically nothing. But, the she lady behind the counter said she could do it for me much faster/easier and asked me to just email it to her. She charged me $3 to open the email and then charged me again to print the label. You should be more up front with your pricing and give people the correct information when you are asked. I will not be back.
Best word to explain my visit to this UPS store would be “Painful “No long line to wait in still took 20minutes.I don’t believe it was her first day but clerk was incredibly slow and confused.In the end transaction was $12 more than the post office.Next time I will go to Post Office.
This is the last place you want to do business with involving UPS stores. Clerk said there is a charge to make a hard copy of the Amazon return code on my phone and the conversation went down from there resulting in me taking my Amazon return packages to another outlet that focused on customer service.

Great Service! I have been to this business several times during lunch and they have never been closed. Perhaps you are thinking of the main UPS place in Gautier. They close for lunch.
I was very disappointed in this store, and I have used the UPS stores in Gulfport and Pascagoula without any issue. I felt that they were trying to make me spend as much as possible. She gave me the next day option first ($170!) and I had to state twice that I wanted the cheapest option before she “found it”. I know UPS delivers daily, so that shouldn’t have been an issue. Also, she insisted on knowing what was in the box, which I have never had to answer before. It was not anything liquid or hazardous. The entire process was lengthy and frustrating. I should have taken my package elsewhere, but was trying to get it shipped and it was a holiday. I won’t be back to this store.
I walked in to get electronic finger printing done. I had questions about the process and Ashley (front desk clerk) seemed bothered that I was asking. Upon figuring out what was required and moving forward with the process, Ashley literally saw someone walk in and interrupted me by shouting “May I help you?” to the new customer. She then walked away from me to help him leaving me dumbfounded by her disrespect. I walked out and refuse to use this store in the future.
They were very helpful and courteous to me. Wonderful customer service.

I’ve been here when they were busy and slow. Every time I’ve been to this UPS Store the staff has treated me with courtesy and respect. I’ve used their notary, fax and shipping services, all were issue free.

I was returning something to Amazon and they said I should have received something I. My email. So as I looked for it he Shooed me over to another area And told me I was rude because I was unprepared. I asked who the manger was he said he was the owner. I was embarrassed and I left and went to another store

I am giving this store a 1 star because of the lack of professionalism. They lost a package that we were expecting that was valuable. When we retained proof from usps that it was delivered to them they said we are a ups store not usps. I laughed and said it doesnt matter whos service was used to ship it. it was shipped to our box at your store. I went to the store twice and explained to them I had the delivery confirmation and showed them the mapping from usps showing it was delivered to them on a specific date and that it must have been placed in someone elses p.o. Box they said they would not have done that with it having our name on it. They would not accept our proof from usps and said it wasnt good enough to prove it was shipped there. Are you kidding me ? However the next week they call saying they have the box. I asked how they found it and she (the owner Gloria) said another po box owner had called saying they received it incorrectly. She NEVER said Im so sorry you were right, I apologize, nothing. when we picked up the box she had a smirk on her face and handed us the box and didnt say anything about it. not a word about the mistake or an apology This was a $700 item and she was not willing to take responsibility for that was her companies mistake. Either way she could have been more helpful to try to locate the box. I have decided not to use this store anymore and this was not our first mishap. The last one cost us a ton of money also. Just an FYI if you insure a package sent to them and it gets delivered to them usps will not pay out for the claim because it was delivered as promised and then your stuck with nothing because she is not going to pay anything

Quite possibly the worst customer service that Ive ever received. I drive to the DIberville location now because of this. It was bad before and with new owners, now its worse.
Went in to copy some papers and before I could finish my sentence she cut me off and said we dont copy things that big and told me to go to amaerican printing and when I asked where it was at she rolled her eyes and said Ill Google it while the other lady laughed at me.
Its bad when the management is as childish as children and are older women...
