Highly satisfied. Very friendly service, prompt, courteous, no pressure, and very informative. I scratched the passenger side door against a parking garage post and damaged the paint with denting, the plastic on the bottom and the window frame. Looks like new now.

Extremely satisfied. I called and talked to Don and explained that I had very minor damage to my car. Don made it simple, very simple. He asked me to send him a picture, I did he called me right back with a very fair price. He explained that they were very busy and to surprise him and bring the car in next week. I brought it in on and Monday, he explained it would be ready on Wednesday. I said great and he called me on Tuesday to pick it up. No Baloney here, just fantastic work and Don is extremely polite and Friendly. I didn’t have to set up an appointment and fill out any paperwork prior to getting my car repaired. I didn’t receive a 100 e mails or text messages telling me about my car. Don made it simple. Wow can’t believe I found a body shop that keeps things simple, gives you a fair price, does great work and all with a smile.

Don at Color Crafters is a lifesaver!!! I moved out to California from the Midwest on my own back in February and realized I needed to buy a car. Less than 2 months after having bought my first car, someone hit it in a parking lot, smashing the headlight and tearing the bumper off in the process. Don went above and beyond to make sure that my car, and myself, were taken care of. The quality of his work and his professionalism are unmatched. My car is an old girl, and I swear he made her look 10 years younger! Not only that, but he was incredibly friendly and kind throughout the process. I truly cannot recommend Don and his team highly enough.

The Paint did not match the rest of the car. Its darker and easy to tell it was in a crash. Disappointed but I dont want to deal with it. Plus it took a month.

I have used Color Crafters now on four vehicles. Ever time I have been there and had work done, I have been taken back by the quality of work they do. No other body shop in town has the specialized equipment these guys do, nor the knowledge. Their warranty on all the work they have done for me is always lifetime warranty! I would like to personally thank the crew, Samir, Rania, Daniel, & Lael for the excellent work you guys always do, and the amazing customer service! Dont fall for the cheezy chain body shops your insurance wants, go to these guys and get the best job done (better than factory in my case)!
