Small portions. 13.99 for a sandwich. Omg what a letdown. These people are price gouging because theyre the only bagel place open late. That doesnt mean they have the right to take advantage of people. Never ever again will I even think about giving this crappie overpriced deli my sandwich. Dont be fooled by the pics. The sandwiches look nothing like what they show online. Save yourself some cash and look for food elsewhere. Good day to all and to all a great night.

Employees have a problem with both listening to orders and reading orders online. I always request a bagel WITHOUT cheese and always get cheese in my sandwich. There is really no excuse when I put NO CHEESE PLEASE in the instructions of an online order and say it loud and clear when i order in person. This has happened to me too many times in the past few months i went to order. Wont be coming back, would not recommend and i will find another bagel spot that doesnt constantly mess up my orders.

The best bagels but the help is not what it used to be. You either wait a long time or a simple order for a dozen bagels with only 2 varieties and written down-was Wrong!

EVERY time we order online they do not get the order correct. Just received an order and the entire order is wrong. Asked for swiss cheese and turkey bacon. They gave american cheese and regular bacon. Bagel was not scooped out like we asked it to be. Coffee was black, though was ordered with skim milk. Its as if they didnt even read the order!! When called, the manager scott acted like it was no big deal and told us to contact uber eats. Its not uber eats fault though. Uber eats didnt make the food though, so it makes zero sense that they are blaming uber eats. It would be nice if they took accountability for their error and attempted to fix it. But nope.Last time we will be ordering from here!!

With everything going on with this pandemic you would think they would be inclined to taking orders over the phone for a pick up at 4am! I dont see the problem. Then you wanna emphasize over the phone we dont normally do this but I will do it this once. I dont need a hand out. Get with the times and accommodate your customers.

While the bagels are very good, they are also very expensive. I paid $12 for 6 bagels... no butter, no cream cheese - just plain bagels. Thats the most Ive ever paid for a half a dozen bagels... even in the city.

Rude customer service on Mothers Day. I know they are busy but it didnt seem like they were ready for any kind of question. Not the first time with this store. They lost a customer.

They make the best paninis. You can either order from their menu or make your own. It takes a while if you are ordering hot food; usually a 10 minute wait, but its so fresh/tasty we honestly dont mind.They are are open 24 hours, making it the best place to get a warm meal anytime of morning/night. We eat here a lot and highly recommend it. Prices are reasonable too. We love two-four!

SHOCKED!!!!I always eat at this place 4/15/20 I went there the older man that was working that day took used the same gloves he touched the money with to touch all the sesame bagels. He was looking for a soft one. I asked him to change his gloves he was acting as if I was asking for a lung. He changed them yes but with all that’s going on they should know better.They have tongs there and no one has ever used them. Good place to eat but you have to pay attention to how they are handling food.

Great food and service

For 12 years Ive been coming here whenever we need bagels or breakfast sandwiches. Over that time I have learned theres also some pretty good lunch and dinner options, but the breakfast options are supreme. Theres a reason the line is so long on weekend mornings, but these guys are such pros at keeping it moving and keeping the jokes running during the wait, you hardly notice it.Everything Ive ever had here has been 4 stars or better. You cant beat this place and its literally always open so come on down.

Great food great service. No problems with parking. Can eat in or take out. I have been coming here for years on my trips to and from Long Beach and is possibly the best spot to grab a bagel. Can get crowded so expect a slight wait. Staff is courteous. Recommended.

Absolutely terrible experience. They need to get it together with their Uber eats app. First time I ordered from them they forgot an item and when I called them they had an “that’s not my problem” attitude. Second time I ordered tonight and somebody was actually on the way to pick it up they suddenly canceled my order and accused me of canceling it myself while also charging my boyfriend’s card. Then when we called and showed up to the place to show them that we were charged for the food the man behind the counter had the audacity to raise his voice at us and accuse us of canceling the order making it our fault. I will absolutely never use this establishment again and I would urge anyone in the area to go to the one in Long Beach because the staff at the oceanside one has terrible customer service and a major attitude problem.

This is place is the absolute best. Everyone there is so friendly, the pastries are delicious, and there are so many things you can choose to eat. From salad, to fish, to sweets, I personally just found this place and I.LOVE.IT!!

Sandwich were great

Nice place, clean. However, I asked for a chicken parm panini and got something else (chicken, pesto, & roasted red peppers). I was never asked what side I wanted, but was given macaroni salad and then when I asked for potato salad, he gave me an entire other container and charged me for it. HE CHARGED ME 5 cents for a bag, which I thought this state was NOT doing at this time because of COVID, & when I went to get my son Oreos, they were expired!!! I was extremely disappointed with this place and didn’t feel good afterwards and ended up going home and not even going to the beach, which is why I came here.

Ive always been leery, but tempted to visit this cafe-- Well... I yielded to my temptations and Im thrilled that I did-- This place is a MUST! The jam packed menu features all sorts of sandwiches and salads-- that nearly mirrors the line of patrons which is literally out the door! When visiting a bagelry, I usually look for an egg white and spinach salad... Well LIBCs did NOT disappoint!!! Neither did the selection of fresh bagels-- When informing the gentleman behind the counter that I wanted two pumpernickel to go-- he inquired Plain, Onion or Raisin?Yup... Im glad I went♡
