Have had several phones and tablets repaired here as i have 4 teens. every time it breaks again within 2 months. not quality parts. no warranty. no discount 2 months later. always charges my kids full price and the repairs are always $100.00 or more.

Needed the screen replaced on iPhone XS. They replaced the screen, however, the Face ID did not work after that. I went back and he took a look at it to see if there was anything he could do and he tried to re-calibrate it multiple times with no success. After that he kept trying to convince me that it worked, and when it didnt work, he would not take responsibility for it. The Face ID worked before I took it in, with the cracked screen, and after he fixed the screen it did not work. I would not recommend going here if you have a phone that does Face ID. I cannot speak for other models of phones, but it seems like they dont know what theyre doing with these ones. The positive quality about this place is their service is fast, but the quality of work is compromised because of it.

I came here to get my screen fixed. It is pricey. The customer service is great and the gentleman did it while I waited. I totally recommend it. And parking is super easy.

This store should be shut down. We were quoted a price of $50.00 and a one day repair, three days later still it was delayed and the cost suddenly jumped to $140.00 . We asked him where he sourced the replacement camera he intended to install and he put us on hold for 8 minutes then refused to tell us. We said we would pick up the phone as we did not want to take a chance with him since he would not tell us where the camera came from. He refused to give me my credit card back when I would not give him the pin until I looked at the phone and in fact my husband said they had never done any water remittance. Still he made me pay him fifty dollars for doing nothing, I am telling everyone we know not to go to this store. I have a video of him refusing to return my credit card to me, it was extortion,

OMG, Bee and Sam and truly the best at what they do. I was having problems with my Laptop and Bee took care of me like I was family. Sam showed great customer skills. I would for sure do my electronic business here in the future. Oh and great price on top of all that..

They were a good price. They did the work fast and efficiently. I called them and showed up same day and they fixed my phone in a matter of minutes while I waited. The store I previously went to took hours which turned into me having to come back multiple times and every time they fixed one problem it caused another so I came here instead. They took care of me and actually completely repaired all issues with my phone.

Horrible place, DO NOT come here. I visited this place because of the good reviews it had on google, but it was the wrost decision ever. I took my Note 4 to be checked out, the guy kept it for three days and did nothing to it. When I finally decided to pick up my phone, the guy had the freaking nerve to charge me a $27 diagnostics fee, diagnostics for what?????? He had three days to check it and did not do a dam thing to it. All he kept saying was we are waiting for parts what parts? Whats wrong with phone I asked?, but this guy had no freaking clue. If your looking for good service....you are NOT going to find it here.

Beware! If you want your screen replaced dont come here. I had an iPhone 5 screen replaced here and within 24 hours a small stress fracture appeared in the screen from just being in my pocket. Their is also a film on the screen that makes it impossible to see with your glasses on. I called and they will not stand behind their repair or 60 day warranty.Do NOT spend your money here unless you want a cheap and defective screen put on your iPhone.

I wouldnt recommend this place . i got my crack screen fix then 2 months later the touch dont work and he wants to charge me again to fix what they made a mistake on . 2nd my phone had no damge on it but when he gabe it back after looking at it its all of sudden cracked around the edges of the home button . i wont come back here i know that for a fact ...

Needed a screen replacement .. was at the higher end cost wise and the screen stopped working .. right after their 30 day warranty ..Felt like the gear wasn’t replaced with a quality screen either ..I called to try and get it fixed since there is no damage and it’s faulty gear ..I was meant with terrible customer service ..Told to wait multiple times, broken English, and when asked for who I was speaking with and their supervisors name didn’t want to tell me and then gave me The same name ... ????Honestly, I would suggest trying to find another place unless this is your only option ...
