This place is dump. I’ve had bad experiences here before, but today, I felt like I needed to leave a review so people are aware of what type of business owner you are dealing with. I bought a tobacco product, opened right in front of the owner and it was full of mold. He immediately started screaming saying he doesn’t give refunds on tobacco products, even though it happened even before I left the store. I’m not worried about the 8 dollars that he literally stole from me, but he is selling products with MOLD and refusing to refund or exchange them. Next time you go in, you can get a sense for how filthy and nasty that place looks and smells, just take a look at the carpet and ceiling. Not to mention, the owner is a piece of work.

With $10 a pack cigarettes I spend about $25 and roll my own for 2-3 months!

In & out quickly with ease! Boss ALWAYS has what I need at a far more reasonable price than the other big-wig shops in town. Identical items for $10 cheaper than Outer Limits & other shops.

Call before you go here to make sure someone is there. Wasted a bunch of gas a few times to drive over here and there was a “be back later” sign. Other than not being open during regular working hours consistently, the owner is a good person, prices are reasonable and flexible.

Super new layout, clean, big and a great HUGE selection!! This is easily the best smoke shop in Oceanside now. Great cigar selection, the really REALLY take care for the cigars unlike the old place/owner and they have great price. Even better than Cigar Grottos too.

Its a very nice, simple smoke shop, with great service great prices and a vast majority of brands and items that you would expect.💕To the most stunningly beautiful and awe inspiring auburn haired goddess that works there: When you greeted me it was as if everything felt not quite normal, because I felt stronger and weaker at the same time. I felt excited and at the same time, terrified. The truth is I didnt know what I felt except that I knew what kind of man I wanted to be. Ive been going here for a few years. The clerk is friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are great.They maintain a wide selection of cigarettes, cigars, pipe tobacco, pipes, hookahs, water pipes, lottery tickets, and pocket knives. There is a small walk-in humidor.The water pipe selection isnt as large as the head shops, but its a very good selection for a local shop. Its certainly enough for a rastafarian starter kit.

The guy at the counter was really lame, he wouldnt sell me a bubble even tho I called it an oil burner. Also I went but there at like 8:05 and he was in there with the lights on but wouldnt sell me a pack of smokes.

I went to the smoke shop knowing nothing about tobacco pipes and the guy was nice enough to talk to me for 45 minutes to help me make a selection. He wasnt pushy or rude. IDK who these other reviewers talked to but I was very happy with my experience. and Even when I went back to buy more tobacco, I still had a nice time.

Customer service is excellent. Wont shop any other shop if I can help it.

Im honestly baffled nobody has mentioned the a**hole behind the counter yet. I eat at I Love Pho every week or so (which is the best pho around btw.) I stop in here to get smokes or lottery tickets, the clerk has been so rude ever since the first few times I came in. I assume because I looked at a few water pipes but didnt buy one, I wasnt rude in any way so I have no idea what his problem is. After a few months of buying smokes from the guy he quit giving me an attitude and has gone back to just a normal miserable human being demeanor. The cigarettes are cheap.

Selection is ok but prices are really high for the quality.
