Great tasting ice cream & toppings. Service was excellent! I believe the young womans (who helped me) name is Kacie. She was very professional. She was helping multiple of us customers at the same time. She was very pleasant and informative (based on her experience)of the flavors of ice cream and even helped me with sides to bring home to my son. Thanks again Kacie!!!Also, the gentleman that I just spoke with (to ask for females name) was very kind as well. Great establishment all around! Highly recommended from my son and I.

I gave it a 1 star for the owner. Hes really rude and could care less if you were there. I was quoted one price for my daughters cake and when I got there it was almost double. Not okay! He stated its because they quoted me wrong. I had even double checked the price when they called to tell me it was ready. Ugh!

Looked around a lot for an ice cream cake but no one had stock though they sell them. But this place is great was a small cake cost about 23 and she was able to squeeze in happy birthday ... Good job 👏 ! The small girl at the cash counter was also very friendly helped me get the cake into the bag. A nice outlet with great n friendly customer service.

Their shakes here are to die for. They are so good. This location has been clean every time Ive gone in there. Friendly staff and always a good variety of consistent and seasonal ice cream flavors. I love coming here for quick dates or just to grab a quick desert.

We come here often. Some of the associates know what we order every time. Today the owner was there and a new friendly scoop specialist. Had to ask for more topping on banana split scoops. Bananas were too ripe. The big disappointment was the ice was Very soft. The front door was left open( no no without a fly fan over door header), it was warm inside store. Associate asked us how everything was (our granddaughters had ice cones)After wed been there a while. She apologized and walked away. Owner was no longer in front ...sure hope she told him our concerns.We will go back, hoping the situation is back to normal. Baskins Robbins is Not soft serve! The flavor isnt the same when is!!😫

Got my daughter and ice cream cake for her birthday. It was delicious, and they had so many options at affordable prices. We went to dq and the prices were ridiculous. We had the Chocolate Cake with mint ice cream yum. Definitely will be back.

There is always a random, nice, polite and courteous teenaged kid working when I go in there. Its never the same one. Thats really cool and I dig it that these kids are working, going to school and preparing themselves for real life after high school. And props to the owners/management for hiring these kids and keeping a clean, well maintained and relaxed atmosphere. Keep up the good work!

Love this place.Its a great little place to pick up ice cream and dessert with the family. So many different varieties and all the ones Ive had have been delicious.The Frozen Hot Chocolate, was really good, too.The rainbow cookies were fantastic. The staff there are also really friendly and helpful. Theres limited street parking, but a parking lot in back.There are games, and activities for the kids to keep them busy, while mom and pop have a conversation.Highly recommend this place.

It was a little expensive compared to disfruita but in the end, they have great ice cream. There wasnt a large line, service was good, and its a good place for families. Plus, they had a thrift store next store. I would go here again.

I just visited Baskin Robbins @ 1112 S Coast Hwy, Oceanside. Sunday May, 21st, 9 pm. I had the worst service by a representative by the Name of Anna, I was the only person there, I needed to get my order correct so I called my daughter, once I did this Anna started a very agresive and rude demeanor towards me, I asked her if something was wrong as a concered person, she said I hate it when people dont have their order ready and need to call to get it I am honestly very happy my daughter was not with me, she might have been a bit scared at her attitude.I have been going here for many years and now I am sad to say I might think about it twice before going, specially if my daughter is with me.

I cant remember ever complaining online about any place. However, I just came back from a late eve. run to the Oceanside BR. I was craving a banana royale. I was waited on immediately by a perfectly courteous young lady. This is not my beef! I thought it was really light as I carried it out. But Holy Cow!!!! Where was the ice cream???????? Cmon it was all whip cream! I swear I was lucky if I got maybe 5 bites of any ice cream! Baskin Robbing is Baskin in the Robbing! $5.69 for a lot of nothing! Was I supposed to supervise the scooping of the ice cream?? I WILL NOT BE BACK, EVER! I will go to Rite Aid and make my own from now on. (Rite Aid is right across the street) No more late eve. runs to this establishment for this gal! If you have a craving for ice cream. Dont go to Baskin Robbins! Save your hard earned money for a place that deserves it! Now I still want some ice cream..... suggestions??????
