My husband purchased his first stub nose type truck from Century and probably made 100’s of calls, texts, and emails to them asking lots of questions. I can say first hand as someone sitting on the sidelines, that the customer service was outstanding. All his inquiries were promptly handled. They never made him feel like he was bothering LOL (even though he probably was). Anyway, he purchased the truck. The process went smoothly and “we” always felt they were with us 100% of the way and even afterwards. Staff was friendly & accommodating. We would recommend Century truck .

If you wish to have the worst transaction of your life than this is the company to hire to build or purchase a truck from. Frank and frank will lie to you continuously about what they say they will complete for you. Then give you the lousiest workmanship you can imagine for truck up-fit fabrication. Stay FAR FAR away!

Do yourself a BIG favor go somewhere else to buy a truck nothing but empty promises. Frank will tell you every thing you want to hear to make the deal. When theres a problem no one responds. Just lies. Typical used car salesman full of BUNK. Youve been warned STAY AWAY!!!

Over years of hard work i split a full length crack in my right side chassis rail, it couldnt have happened at a worst time considering prices of metal are so low and business is so so slow i called 3 co. astra welding who quoted me $4,000 and said at least a month, guardian gate co. in queens $3,500 and 3 weeks to a month. Last was century trucks i was going to buy a 2007 international and switch bodies frank asked why i explained i could not keep a truck down for a month. Frank looked at my truck and said bring it in. I said when a week 2 weeks he said no right now, he fixed my chassis and fish plated it with grade a steel and had it back to me in 4 days, He could have easily pushed me into a new truck instead fixed mine in 4 days and had me back on the road for half the price, that in my book is priceless! Frank i sincerly thank You and your staff for the professional welding and great work she is running strong and is paying back her dues, any towing you need or anything else dont ever hesitate its on the house!!! The least i can do... Thanks!!!!!
