I was initially happy with my install of granite countertops in September of 2020. The price and the install were good. Unfortunately I am disappointed in the lack of customer service so I can’t recommend them. I have a minor seam issue, and I contacted the store 5 times. The first couple of times I was told someone would call me to come by. After the 5th call, I realized I was being blown off. I moved on, and it’s not worth my aggravation.Honestly, my issue was very minor and I wasn’t helped, I can’t imagine what would happen if a customer had a major issue. I Wanted to support a local business but I won’t be recommending.

My granite was installed in a timely manner and to perfection. The whole experience from the first day I walked into Bella Italia until completion was great.

This place is amazing, without a countertop for 5 weeks thanks to covid, emailed 8 places, they responded in 1/2 hour, two days later my countertop is installed.
