Nice store and friendly staff. Would have been nice if they didnt let me order something for pickup that wasnt in store. Drove an hour to get to the store only to find out I need to cancel that portion of the order and get my violin elsewhere.

Went in for cymbals for a drum set & a new stool. Im a beginner & the guy was great explained things to me, * had patience with me. Prices were good too. Highly recommended

My daughter is getting lessons at Oceanside Music and Arts. Now that it is under new ownership, I find that the scheduling is far more flexible. Jessica is always courteous and professional. She goes out of her way to accommodate us. The instructors (weve used Ben and Cristian) are highly competent and encouraging. We feel confident that they provide exemplary service based on the great results weve seen so far. I highly recommend this exceptional music school.

I went in tonight to pick up my order and was delighted to walk into live music. I soon found out the musicians were students performing in a recital. The culture inside was warm and inviting.I was helped by Jess who was not only lovely but went above and beyond to help me with my order. Jess was clearly a team player putting my order (a box nearly the size of both of us) on a push cart and took it outside to my car in the rain while in a dress!! We both worked together to find a solution to get the oversized box in my car. She was knowledgeable and knew how the contents would be packaged inside. We opened the box and placed the contents in the trunk.I loved this place and the customer service was spot on!

I went here one day in a desperate search for reeds for my kids saxophone! I went to three different music stores to find one but THIS store helped me so much!! The managers name is Carli or Karla I believe she was super helpful! Very nice spirited and enjoyable to be around! We need more people like her, she takes care of her customers well and shes super well with children!! Awesome store 10/10 will come back for future needs. I live by other music stores but I’ll go out of my way for this store.

I can’t tell you how lucky I feel that my daughter is taking piano lessons at the Oceanside location. Her instructor, Mr. Paul, is so patient and knowledgeable! She started when she was almsof 5 and he is so good with her. Even the other teachers and staff members have such a warm disposition. And the manager, Jessica, is a doll. Always with a smile and so polite over the phone. My daughter likes to play the drums while she waits for her lesson and the staff is encoruaging her and answering her questions. My husband had his guitar repaired there and it was very well done according to him. I’ve told many people about the location. They have a wide selection of books and music related gifts. I recently bought some items for my music teacher friend from the store and she loved all them. If I could give the staff and teachers ten stars I would! Thanks everyone for all you do!

Thank you for introducing my granddaughter to the world of piano! Special thanks to her instructor, Louis. He is patient and encouraging! My granddaughter loves him. All of the staff is always lovely and helpful. I highly reccomend this music school!

Man, 10/10 customer service!! Was looking to buy a clarinet that one time& Charlie and Emily helped me out big time. Love those guys. Didnt end up buying but they’ve got some sweet instruments there! Carli the manager was great too. Think there was another guitar guy there, plays Wonderwall on cue if you ask. Anyway great store!! Atta boy Charlie, sorry I didnt end up getting that clarinet!!

My granddaughter, Kailyn Kelly, is in her 5th year of music lessons with Ben. He has been a wonderful, inspiring teacher who has taught her to not only to play 2 different instruments but to enjoy and appreciate music. He is an outstanding role model. I highly recommend the school to our friends and neighbors.

Weve been nothing but happy with the new ownership. Jessica, the manager, is a pleasure to deal with and has helped us out on more than one occasion. The store looks beautiful!
