I wouldnt get any services done by an employee that drives like he is crazy, this guy almost hit us and slammed on his break in the freeway, just so we hit him and then proceeded to insult us when he was the one that almost hit us first and then try a second time. Heres a license plate that we were able to get.

We have used Moorco for years. When Dan Moore came to my business and went so above and beyond a normal service call, I was really impressed. Not only did he fix the electrical problems in minutes, but he cleaned the entire system for better air flow.

My main A/C just went out during our current heat wave. I had Moor send a service tech out to my house. He declared the old unit dead and charged me $125.00 for the call. I asked him for a bid to replace the unit. He assured me that someone would get back to me in a day. One week went by. No word. I called again. We were dying in the heat wave. Someone will give you the bid in a couple of days. Another week went by. No word... no contact at all. No phone call explaining why. We called Sears. We received a bid and installation with in a week. Now- that is service!

I recently bought a house and needed to move numerous duct work throughout the house ASAP a weekend before we moved in. Moor Co was able to schedule me in and go above and beyond in their service. Would HIGHLY Recommend them and actually have to neighbors who have also used them and are very satisfied too. Great people!

I used Moorco for both my business and home for A/C. At first the units seem to work fine, but with regular maintenance and less than 7 years later, my business units dont cool the space at all and my home one chugs and chugs and doesnt cool enough. I have had a different A/c guy out to look at all the units and determined they are working fine. All I know is that I paid a lot for my units and expect them to work efficiently for many years. Plus, when they removed old duct from my home they smashed my old return and left it under the house with a bunch of other debris. Not happy with the units or the service!

Bob and Moorco are the best. I have property in Oceanside and recently needed to have the furnace looked at because of a bad thermostat. I had one local hvac company come out and give me an estimate for over $3,000!! They told me I needed to replace the entire system and that was that.....I found Moorco and he came out for nothing. He ended up finding that some parts were loosened that really have no business being loose. I realized it might have been the other guy who came out. Anyway, Bob fixed that and took care of my problem for only $250 !! He was upfront and honest the whole time and saved me $3,000! Its hard to find service and honesty like that these days. I highly recommend Moorco.
