Some staff are great, sadly some are not. The company owes me money (after weeks of hounding them I was sent me the paperwork from accounting to acknowledge it, over $2,000! ). It is 3 months since my last delivery and they havent sent me either a check or refund to my credit card yet. Buyer beware.
BUYER BEWARE!!!! Spent $25K on refrigerators to just get lied to about the delivery date. We ordered specific models because of the availability. NOW they tell us we have to wait 2 more months! That would be 5 months in total. WE WOULD NEVER BOUGHT FROM YOU IF WE KNEW WE HAD TO WAIT 5 MONTHS!
Pitch is all talk and no show. The customer service is absolutely repugnant and the corporate number is completely useless as they just forward you back to the showroom that youre dealing with which in this case has offered horrible service. Pirch does a great job creating beautiful facilities but there staff are extremely under trained lacking basic customer service skills. After ordering over 10k worth of product to send to Bermuda for one of my many projects I have not been able to find help in locating missing product. Ive had 5 people effortlessly attempt to assist me with this matter only to end of in the same place. No one will return my calls or emails and I am unable to contact their corporate offices. I am very displeased and will NEVER order with them again and will do my diligence to be sure everyone in the design community in Atlanta knows not to deal with them as well. No one has attempted to resolve this matter. As of today it is still unresolved. I called the Atlanta location in search of the corporate number and front attendant Tasha left me on hold for 10 minutes only to get back on the phone to tell me her computer froze and asked if I wanted to speak to a manager. I kindly stated I would prefer the corporate number and she placed me back on hold to find her companys corporate number. It is clear that Pirch Atlanta are trying to get by on their complimentary drinks and beautiful facility because they simply lack. I strongly advise shoppers to not order from this company.
PIRCH was a recommendation from my contractor and immediately I thought overpriced. They were not. Their price were comparable to other vendors. I worked with Chris G., who was great!! He offered suggestions and let me browse without pressure. He also provided several options based on bundled purchases and my personal price points. Chris was wonderful even after delivery when I had a question about installation of the appliances. The hand-off from Chris to the scheduling team was also a wonderful experience. They emailed to introduce themselves and called to confirm MY preferred delivery date, even though I added more items to the order. Prior to the purchase, I read the reviews for PIRCH that indicated the delivery process was problematic. That was NOT my experience. Delivery called me 30 minutes prior to arrival, got to my home on time, and checked to ensure all pieces were accounted for. I feel well taken care of and couldnt ask for better service. I would wholeheartedly recommend the Glendale location. Thank you!!

Really high-end, well laid out showroom, friendly and attentive sales people on the floor. The follow-up with email quotes and options is a little variable, you need to do your homework (can we call this a 4.5 star review?). They did a great job with one of the incentive programs and also hooking me up with a 12-month same-as-cash payment plan, but I narrowly missed an 18-month option under a promotion that I wish theyd told me was going to end soon when I started to shop there. They did match other vendors prices which made working through them an easy decision. Great follow-up and flexibility on the delivery date, which we had to change twice.
Everybody is very helpful here at the warehouse. Always easy to find my order etc. Usually I let them deliver and install, but once in awhile I have to pick up a single piece.
I had an amazing experience with my San Diego Salesperson Edwin. Amazing, very knowledgeable, matching prices and worked with a complicated design and took his time. We decided to add a bathroom remodel at the last minute and we checked each item to see how long it would take.Customer service/delivery hasnt been very good, plus promised delivery times have been delayed twice on several items. Ive had to pick up late items myself from their warehouse because when the delayed part came in, it wouldnt fit on the next delivery truck. Our vanity has been almost a month delayed from the promised date and is holding up our entire project.My recommendation would be to make sure you have time for delays in product later than they have promised.
We chose Pirch to buy and replace our cooktop. We picked top of the line call Wolf professional. Probably we could save a few bucks by choosing other vender. The main reason that we chose Pirch is that we liked the fact that Pirch employee was going to install the unit in our house. With no surprise they showed up at the time and date they promised and installed it with highest standard of professionalism even though there were some complications and it took much more time to finish the job than they anticipated. We are very happy about it and we are enjoying the cooktop with much peace in mind. Obviously this is not to underscore the professionalism of the sales personnel in the show room who sold the unit to us in the beginning. I know I will go back to Pirch whenever I need something like this. My first experience with Pirch worked out just fine.
I have had the run around with my order. I was told everything would be delivered on January 20th and I pushed it to January 27th. It is now February 6th and my order might be here on the 8th. This is pushing our remodel timeline back significantly and no one can give me an answer or make this right. I am 6 months pregnant living through a remodel in our master bathroom. No one has any sense of urgency or care to make this right. I was also not made aware that the products I selected had a color option. I am extremely frustrated by the level of customer service for spending so much money.
I have posted my thoughts on Yelp, Google, Houzz and BBBDo not go there! They draw you in with the eye candy but all you get is lip service instead of customer service. The worst customer service I have ever experienced, ever.They make promises they dont keep. They literally do not return phone calls or emails, you have to chase them for everything.I purchased $20,000 of kitchen appliances. When i was ready for delivery they couldnt deliver the product that was shown and paid for months ago. I had to cancel my complete order and go to ABT in Glenview where you get treated like a customer should. The whole story is way to long to report here. Stick with ABT they excel in service and have great pricing. Different culture altogether. Dont make the same mistake I did, go to ABT or anywhere else besides Pirch. Look at the other reviews Im not alone. This was classic bait and switch. P.S. I dealt with Ryan Moore in Oak Brook, Il. until I was handed over to Alice Romaowski who initially was responsive but I had to chase her down as well to get a call back or an email answered
Horrible with service ! Waited 10 days after making a service claim just to get a call back and that was after 3 calls into the service department of which I was disconnected or hung up on 2 times! Now I have to wait another 10 days until someone can get out to fix my refrigerator. DO NOT BUY from Pirch, the added service year they give you isnt worth it!

Do not order from this company - run to someone else. Did not notify me of an important 10% off promotion, which would have saved me over $1500. I found out from the manufacturers website by accident that there was a huge promotion going on. Also, advertised they had free delivery, and then passed on $95 delivery charge from manufacturer claiming that its standard. So, it isnt free delivery.
