If I could give zero stars I would. The staff seemed genuinely uninterested in their job and had me waiting at the store after I had called in my paint beforehand. I’m a professional working for a company and there’s no excuse to have me waiting in the store to have paint mixed on the clock when it’s a charge account the paint was ordered on.The worst part is the didn’t even know what account to charge for because they never looked it up when I was on the phone making the order in the first place. And for that they acted annoyed and rude with me!

Honestly this store is an embarrassment to the Sherwin Williams Brand. The employees here need to undergo a customer service treatment course to learn how to interact and respond to customers. Their machines need a serious update to because according to their POS 10% off is greater discount than 15% off. And they refuse coupons based on your age and gender profile. What a disgrace to society.

The staff was so very nice as well as helpful. The color paint I purchased matched perfectly with existing paint on my wall. I would definitely purchase from this store again.

I was just at the Oceanside Store, and it was a breath of fresh air. From the moment my family walked in, Shane was there to help us out. Since he just painted his son’s room, he knew exactly what tools and how much paint we would need for our daughter’s room. He went through the different products and their finishes and even showed us examples of the quality and performance in the store. His friendly attitude made him easily approachable to ask questions. The prices were lower than I thought they would be and I will continue to do business here. Thank you Shane for your time and expertise.

Stopped in for tester paint and coincidently they cant make any however if I purchase their gallons they can make that. Hmmm crazy. None of the oceanside stores would be able to closest would be Carlsbad ugh..

Ive come here before, no problems.This time Ive been waiting outside for over an hour for then to open up. The sign on the door says, on lunch will be back shortly. No one has been back. Lights are on, doors are locked. No one answering thebphone. Another person came up and walked through the rain and stood there for a minute trying to get someone to come open the door.Totally disappointing. Just because its raining doesnt mean people wont come through for supplies.

That they have a person who will come out to your house and help you decide on colors. We had a house fire and are painting all the inside walls and ceilings.
