Everything start good, good attention from the guys on from desk, I leave my truck for aun oil change, then called me to confirm vehicle it’s ready to pick up.I noticed the invoice say oil 5w30 and my vehicle required by the manufacturer 0w 20 also in the begging I mentioned that to the guy.After asking him about the reason use that oil instead the right one, his answer was no worries was added the right one, that it’s for inventory purposes.So far I don’t know if was used the right one or not. Probably have to pay again in another place to do it again.

Every time I walk in I get treated poorly. Walked in 3 different times and I get the cold shoulder. There conversion about football is more important then my time.

I had a great experience there. I sent my 16 year old daughter and my mother in law to have the oil changed on our car. They gave her the correct information and she got a great deal. Purchased 4 new tires from here in 2019 with a manufacturer warranty for 3 years and roadside hazard warranty. In less than 2 years 3 out of the 4 tires needed replaced. Somehow none of them were covered under either warranty. We decided to purchase one new tire. They lost the tire cap, and replaced it with a cheaper one of theirs without telling us. Also, when they “test drove” our car to hear the sound we were explaining to them, their workers drove around for 20 minutes. Even though you could hear the sound right away it required 2 different workers to drive at seperate times and enough driving to waste our gas. We know bc we have a camera inside the car, in plain view. But that did not deter them. We were told we may be able to get some money back for 2 of the tires after we pay for them, and submit proof that we’ve performed a balance every 5,000 miles. Then wait 4 weeks and maybe get some money back. Ive never balanced tires so often, and they did not tell us this when we purchased warranty.

My Camper tires were showing some bulge when I left the campground to head home. This was the second place I stopped at on my way home. Decided to get all 4 replaced and these guys got us in and out in an hour and a half. Excellent service and very friendly techs. total bill $413 and change.....If I could give them 6 stars I would!

I ran over something in the road and walked into this location with no appointment. The gentleman up front was super helpful and they brought my car to the back right away! My car was done within 30 minutes! I am so grateful for this location because without them I would of not been able to drive anywhere. They are amazing with great customer service!

They did a great job fixing my BMW X5. Originally took the car to Fields BMW Winterpark on 9/11/21 and got bent over and left with a car all messed up, no one at the dealership cared either. then Action Gator fixes the car in 1 morning for less than 500 bucks. Great service, will continue to do business with them. Watch out for dealerships my fellow Americans they dont care.

Each person I talked to and worked with was pleasant, friendly, and even threw in a smile and joke or two. I felt comfortable there and confident that they wouldn’t try to charge me for additional services I didn’t need (unfortunately a stereotype that’s all too true when a woman goes in alone). Honest and fair. I blew a tire and since I needed it other local places wanted twice the price. Petro wanted 270$$$$. And that didnt include instillation. Another 78$. I picked up 2 good used virgin tires for 250. Talk about fair! He has a good selection of new tires also. You will not be disappointed with the service.

First time using Action Gator Tire. My husband called to make sure the 2 tires we needed were in stock. They were. We arrived about 430 on a Friday and they were able to get it done while I waited which was only about 45 minutes if that. Thank you to The Sherminator and the Tech that mounted the tires (sorry I didnt get his name). Well definitely be back.

Action Gator Tire was a God send. I had a flat on Hwy429 made it to them maybe 20 minutes before closing. They changed my spare and didnt charge me. Of course I tipped the guy who put it on and helped me get home. 5 Star experience Thank you

The staff at Gator Tires in Ocoee were fantastic!!! I was losing air in one of my tires and when I pulled in they told me it could be a 2 hour wait- I was in and out in 45 minutes even though they were very busy.This was after I was told by Tires Plus that they couldn’t fit me in until the end of the day-7pm or make an appointment for 3 days later.I know who will get my business in the future- thank you Gator tires!

We just bought an RV and needed Nitrogen in our tires. The process was quick and easy and the parking lot was easily navigated with our 25 foot rig. The service men were fantastic and we were in and out in less than an hour, with no appointment. The thing that really impressed me was I asked them to inspect our tires and let me know if they needed replacement. Most aces would have taken that opportunity to upset. They did not. Needless to say when we do need tires Action Gator will get our business for both our rv and our cars.

They were very nice and reasonably priced. However, my car had the same problem again the next day and now I have to take another day off work to take it in.

I had come from out of town on a quick trip and discovered a nail in my tire. They plugged up the tire in a jiffy! I was in and out in less than an hour.! It was very inexpensive. I will recommend this place in a heartbeat!

Went in on a Sunday without an appointment. Needed an oil change and someone to check a rotor out for me. The guys had me in and out within 45 minutes or so. Went above and beyond as I had my daughter with me and they made sure to put something on the television to keep her entertained. I was highly disappointed with the tires that came on my new vehicle. They had poor traction -- especially on wet pavement. When it came time to replace those tires, I went to several tire stores and told them my problem. None gave me a solution, except to upgrade the brand of my tires...which the brand they recommended didnt make tires in the size my vehicle came with. I asked about putting fatter tires on my stock rims. They told me the numbers on the tires and what they meant and encouraged me to do the math to figure out what size might work. I am NOT a tire or a math guy, so I bought the same size tires in a different brand they said might work better. They didnt. And they lasted only 20,000 miles! So I went to Action Gator, where Don helped me and showed me fatter tires that would work. THANK YOU, DON! I love them!

Not happy with my service at all from here. I shouldnt have to turn my a/c on high and maximum to get an little cold air. Its a brand new complete a/c system on the car. And yall changed out the evaporator on the car. I put an gauge on it and it gets no lower than 60° on high and maximum Im very disappointed in Tony and Sherman at action gator tire. And to have an $900 bill at the end of it all.

I got a flat tire on the way home from work and all the shops were closed or about to close when I called them. Out of everywhere I called Johnny, with Action Gator Tire was by far the nicest and most helpful. The team did a great job and Johnny was great to work with. I definitely recommend them!

I just updated this to a 5 star rating. I decided to give another chance after a bad experience 6 months ago. What a difference in service. Pat was excellent in taking care of me and they did a huge favor for me to get on the road quickly. I am happy I decided to give this location another chance and am able to now give them a well deserved 5 star rating.Made an appointment 5 days in advance for oil change and tire rotation. Showed up 15 minutes in advance of appointment time and was told that my wait time could exceed 2 hours. I was able to call another Action Gator who fit me in and ensured my wait time was minimal

I went to Action Gator Tire at West Colonial Dr, Ocoee, Fl. to repair a tire puncture from a nail. Ive heard from my son this shop was a good choice and boy he was right, the service was stellar, staff and crew were very friendly and my cars tire got fixed fairly fast, not to mention that I was expecting a big bill but these guys were super honest to tell me this was an easy fix, so it almost cost me nothing! a rarity round these days, right?... All in all I do recommend this shop any day of the week...they rock!

I would avoid this place at all costs. I just brought my vehicle for an oil change (Action Gator Tire ocoee) and they charged me $79.95 but Action Gator Tire at Hamlin the new location charged me $69.95. Why would the same company in two different locations charge me different amounts for the same oil? I will no longer be doing business with this company and I will find another body shop for all of my vehicle needs

Action Gator Tire has been our go to shop for car maintenance and repairs for years. We took our old Jeep in recently and they repaired the coolant system quickly and for a reasonable price. This shop is reliable and great to work with.

I was referred to Action Gator Tire through very close friends who have gone to Don at Action Gator Tire for 30 years. Don answered the phone when I originally called, & talked me thru all my tire options. The price he quoted was $30 less than what I had already been quoted elsewhere.He told me to bring my car in at 3pm the next day.. My new tires were installed quickly & efficiently. However, it was discovered that my TPMS sensor had broken off. The part was ordered and I was told to come back to have it installed. While I was there they also graciously installed a new tire valve on my spare tire too.The entire experience was great from start to finish. I will tell anyone I talk to to be sure and give Action Gator Tire a call anytime they need tires on the furture!

Not good at all. This is the 3rd time we have been their to have the same tire looked at and still has not been repaired. Still leaking air. My wife will be bringing it back as soon as she can. Cant even do the tire rotation cause my wife and I would not feel safe with the tire giving us the issue and moving it to a steer position. Please help solve this problem. Thank you. Would not want to see my wife get heart in an accident do to a tire that you have replaced on the vehicle that we have brought to your attention 3 time know.

I ended up there for my 2nd flat tire last week and it was less expensive than the first place. They were very good, the guy that did the service kept me informed and even showed me how the nail split my tire causing it to need replacement. I would go back, but hope that I won’t need to, since I was only visiting the area.

Got new tires and in pretty quickly and they work fine but two out of the four rims where scuffed up through the clear coat. Not what you would expect from a tire shop.Edit. I’ve been bring my cars to action gator tire on west colonial drive in Ocoee Florida. Both cars being Mercedes when something does need to be replaced it’s nerve racking trying to find a reasonable price and also a great mechanic to do the job right. The European car mechanic the have will is a great mechanic. Always has my car fixed the same day and always takes good care of me. I recommend action gator tire and highly recommend will. I know when I’ve found a great mechanic. My father owned 3 automotive repair shops back in Boston so I never cared to learn to fix cars myself but I do know a great deal about cars but I definitely know when I find a great honest shop. This was my 2nd time going to action gator. The first time was for tires and they took care of me. When my car wouldn’t start this week they were the first place I thought of. I was able to get it towed and they called me within a couple hours and told me they want to keep it overnight. First thing In the morning they called letting me know what’s wrong and how to fix it and gave me a quote. They helped me so much seeing as I was furloughed for so long. Great place they work on winter garden police cars so that definitely says something about the work they do the only problem I have seen is the fact that they take forever to do simple things. 2-3 hours just for an oil change plus they tax hard on labor cost a 25$ part needed to be changed with 160$ labor fee where I got it done some where else for 100$ flat but other then them taxing on labor and how long they take they always get the job done and efficiently and are very friendly people
