Amazing employees that are extremely patient. They went above and beyond to help me find shoes for my son for a wedding. I never was aware of this business but will be back for sure. Thank you to the 3 employees that were there today to help. Customer for life

Love going there to purchase sneakers

Had great customer service in this place, we had at least 3 employees ask us if we needed any assistance. We left from other stores like foot locker where not 1 employee greeted us, to Jimmy Jazz so it was refreshing.

The place 2 get the hottest looks of the season

Nice store but they dont carry ladies shoes.

Some people that work at this store think someone owes them something. The customer service is non existent and the female employees act as if someone should bow down to them. Ive shopped here a few times with the same feeling each time. Needless to say I wont return until jimmy hires more jazzy employees because all the ones they have now are lackluster.
