Terrible experience Ocoee location !!! - multiple times I have tried this place with lackluster results. Printed my business cards and when I got them they looked grainy and poor quality. Tried again with a full color book to print and after at least 10-15 back and forth with the staff they kept saying my bleeds, file sizes sizes were wrong -I sent the exact same file to another printer in town with no problems at all they said it was perfect and they printed it beautifully. The other printer was also a much cheaper price and printed a perfect booklet for me in 3 days- NO HASSLE.

Terrible customer service from Paul Roy!He was clearly more interested in talking rather than listening, and being right, rather than doing the right thing!Our company went to this location for a reprint of brochures as they closer to our offices. We approved a reprint that was sent to us not realizing that the colour of the actual brochure was very much distorted in the email we received and the brochures actually turned out pink rather than the original grey. (We are a cement block company and the original brochures were obviously grey like a cement block.)I pointed out the problem immediately and instead of saying I understand, let me see what we can do! Paul was more focused on telling me about his expensive printer and that the previous Minuteman Press did a poor job, and maybe we should find another picture for the front. Bottom line, he was completely unhelpful...actually arrogant at times in his defense of pink brochures, and quite difficult to reason with. In 45 years of business, Ive never encountered such poor customer service.

I had a very small print job that I thought might get done faster through a national office store. The quote from the office store was $55 and one week. Minuteman Press in Ocoee did it for under $20 and within one day. Their staff was incredibly responsive and professional. They have a new, loyal customer in me :-)

They are very cordial and professional. The prices are very competitive. I was pleasantly surprised at what they quoted me for the quantity and the quality I got. I will certainly go back to them and I recommend them to any one who is looking for quality and value. The magazine came out beautifully.

They always help me out when I’m in a rush before a conference. Quality work and service and they still help me even after many urgent orders. Paul and Desiree are amazing.

Best printing shop Ive ever worked with, hands down! These guys were cordial, fast, efficient and even delivered my direct mailing to the post office for me. Then when I had exceeded my daily limit on the USPS website they offered to just pay the postage for me and have me reimburse them! Who does that anymore?!?! These guys are a cut above, a class act and a tremendous pleasure to work with. I will ABSOLUTELY be using them exclusively for all our business printing needs in the future.

By far the worst print quality Ive ever encountered. Used this location for the first time to print tri-fold brochures. First it took over 10 days to get the order. It was like pulling teeth attached with attitude from Desiree the entire time. I requested premium brochure paper and I received the lowest quality paper I have seen. The seams all cracked. Also, the blue on my logo came in two different shades of purple. The images themselves were very blurry. Instead of them trying to fix it, Desiree tried to say that the proof was the same quality. When they pulled up the proof..... well lets just say that I was right. The proof was completely different. Clear and accurate colors. She wanted me to wait for the owner. 10 minutes later he still wasnt there. So I left telling her to have him call me. By the next day, still no phone call. What a joke and I had to pay a deposit. Based on the reviews I have read about this location, they seem fake. There is no way this printing service does quality work. I have been ordering and purchasing flyers and brochures for over 15 years as a real estate broker. I am new to the area and I thought I would give these guys a try. Big mistake and waste of time and money!

We use Minuteman press for all our printing needs at Smiley Face Braces. And we do a lot of printing and promotion! They are super nice, efficient, and our collateral looks great. That plus the pricing is awesome. I can’t recommend them enough.

I will never use another printer! Everyone at Minuteman Press is outstanding! I am located in Rhode Island and still use them over anyone else in our area. Paul runs a fantastic business and I would highly recommend!
