Stopped to print 2 papers in color from my USB drive. As Istarted to look the printer I was told Ill get help with that. Apparently they dont have ink. She claims to be having problems with her printer after I waited on line. She even offered me in black. I told her they dont need to be perfect. They are just pre-paid parking, but I need them in color. She said I could comeback another day...really!I got my prints at the FedEx store, no wait...
Gladly. Please don’t go here if you need something printed- go to staples or a library. I spent half an hour using the computer at the front of store, with a mix of waiting for the computer to load and restart to it just processing very slowly. Compared to another store I went to, you have to go to such great lengths just to get something printed. Note I’m not a senior citizen- I’m only 28 and this is probably the worst experience I’ve had with a computer since I saw my mother on a MacBook for the first time.
The staff here does Anna amazing job for how busy the store is. The manager is especially friendly. Would definitely trust them with getting your items to where they need to be.

I wish I read the reviews before I used this store for Amazon returns. Horrible customer service. They hung up on you if you call with a tracking problem.They do not return the items on time ...or at all, I am yet to see if they will actually post the item that I returned or if they say it is lost in transit.The item that I have returned there it is not showing that has ever been dropped off...even though I have the drop-off receipt .I will never use this store again, this store and the people working there are horrible..shame they dont have 0 stars for a review!!!
Went in to return spectrum business equipment after 3 different visits to 3 spectrum centers. Joseph was quick, kind, friendly and informative. He was follwing covid restrictions and dealing with some rude and disrespectful customers with such grace. Thank you for your professionalism and kindness. You are doing a great job and you are an asset to this business!! Continue to Ignore the miserable customers theyre just unhappy with their own lives :).
I came to this location quite a few times and have to admit, this review is long overdue. The young man, Alden, is SUPER nice, professional, patient, courteous and always understanding. I cannot tell you how many times Ive walked in there unprepared with my stuff but he takes it, and is sincerely helpful. He is always consistent with great customer service!! Thank you, Alden.
There services really are above the average. Most professionals would counteract trades, agreements or the senselessness of others. However, this store and its employees does not. If you, the reader, are to come to this store, Asia is one of the top workers there. Without a doubt, each are special in their own rights in delivering timely aid. I just left this location to do some amazon returns. I brought 2, The first he scanned the code and took it, the next he said the label needed to be printed and bring it back. I asked why he couldnt print it. He said I could email it to the store and he would print it off, but gave me attitude. Went through the motions and got it emailed.... then he charged me for the computer use and the paper... he could have told me that to begin with. Not AFTER it was done. Giving the bad review for his attitude and lack of customer service.I understand that its busy this time of year. And I am sure he is underpaid. But it was a terrible experience.
I m surprised, I never had a issue returning an Amazon package but it seems this store has their own rules, they wanted to charge me to print the Amazon return label when I have my barco de and also usually Amazon doest require to use a cardboard box so this store does, definitely first and last time I come to this ups.
Supposed to open at 10am, line outside at 10:15 and no one there. Seems like new management is needed.

First time I went into that store I was told they don’t do US mail. Next time I went in they said they do US mail.This last time I went in there was a sign on the door stating they would not service people who parked in the Fire lane. I didn’t park in a fire lane but what does it matter to them where I park?The guy said I was in the fire lane and I said I was not. The curb I was at was not painted red. The curb behind me was red but where I was it was just Concreat not a fire lane.Now if I park in a fire lane and a police officer didn’t want me there, would they give the ups store a ticket? No, they would give me one, not them. So again, why should it matter to UPS where I park?Rude and they don’t WANT to help you or do their job!

I first started using Amy-Ruth & Walkers UPS store on Knollwood many years ago to receive the urgent & widely variable deliveries for my medical device business. They always delivered. Quickly it became evident how easy & convenient it was to all all my mail & packages delivered. Think about it, how often do you need a signature for a package during the day? The UPS store on Knollwood handles that easily. By turning all my mail over to this service, I never had to stop service when on vacation. There were no more packages left on the porch in the rain or overnight... Using the UPS store for all my mail services has been one of the best personal .& business decisions I ever made.
Awful customer service. I came in for an Amazon return, which is a very convenient service. But the attitude of the clerk is inexpiable. I dont know how the store makes money from the relationship between UPS Stores & Amazon, but take it out on someone else.
Be careful coming here !!!!. The photos provided on the site are not this store but stock photos from UPS stores in other locations. I went here 2 weeks ago to have 2 documents notorized and it was $8.00/ item. Today, without any warning it was now $10.00 for the first one. There is no signage why would i think to ask if the price went up 25% (2 dollars on an $8.00 charge prior). I had many more documents to notarize but now there is a trust issue with this location. Different owner than the prior shipping place that was here but not much changed in service or upfront pricing.
Went to do an Amazon return. They charged me to put it in a box and to print a label even though on Amazon it says that i dont need a box and label.
Brought in my pre-packed package in a UPS envelope with a prepaid shipping label, try to make things quicker and easier to drop off.Then I ask for a new envelope ready for my next shipment, The store people refused! They are so CHEAP compare to Fedex store, such a night and day difference!!!
I found this store when I had a bad experience with a large chains printing for business cards (not UPS). After waiting over a week at the other store, I learned that they had not been printed and it would be another week or more for them to re-do them. I needed them within a few days for a conference, as I was down to my last few. The owner, Rafael, understood my situation and how important it was for me. He went out of his way and bent over backwards for me to have my cards done. I will never forget him for this. I am so grateful that we have this store in our community and very appreciative of the caring nature of the owner and his staff. I wholeheartedly recommend them!!

Ridiculous. I went on Saturday at almost 10:30am and they were closed (online says they open at 10am as well as the sign on the door) wait around for around 15 mins at this point theres a crowd in front of the store. Called the number knocked on the door and still nothing. Waste of time

If you happen to come to this UPS they want to charge you even for the Amazon labels. Nowhere have I ever been charged for that.
