Five stars because if you’re coming to Starbucks you already won know it’s going to be expensive to know it’s going to be good. And if you come to Starbucks complaining about the price then don’t come LOL. Inside is clean and nice and the staff handle the crowd wellUpdate. Change to three star because there is no caramel in my caramel macchiato. You failed me Starbucks I paid extra for a coffee that wasn’t made right.Shame on you lol

Awesome people awesome service at this particular Starbucks. Not a big Starbucks fan but my wife is so I went with and Im glad I did. This one may have single-handedly changed my mind about giving the other ones another try.

Even during getting swamped with orders the staff doesn’t stop moving to get orders out and doesn’t break under pressure. All off the staff I’ve worked with have been super kind and make it a super pleasing place to visit

The store has shut Off mobile ordering for the past several weeks now ! they put a sign that they have changed hours till 3 PM I went at 1 o’clock and the door was locked I knocked I could see them and they’re like yeah no one showed up sorry ?? This has happened multiple times. But it helped me learn that stone creek has a Mobil app. 😊and will get my business going forward

Starbucks is definitely not what it used to be. They used to have top notch customer service. The coffee is disgusting and the service isnt much better.

I stopped by today and entered a very busy atmosphere. I didn’t expect anything more than usual service however I was blown away. Gage is a remarkable employee. I have visited many Starbucks and have never been treated so nicely. Even though he was very busy, he made me feel extra special by directly handing my drink order with a genuine smile and greeting. It’s hard to come by people who genuinely want you to enjoy your day. Every time I visit this location I have been treated amazingly! Keep up the great work even in a crazy time I will continue to stop by and know I will be taken care of !

I love to go to Starbucks but this one has its problems. One of which being closing 30 or more minutes before it’s supposed to close. This is extremely annoying. Other than that they nail the drinks most of the time.

Not the best Starbucks; decided to go here instead of Pewaukee so my 5 month old didn’t have to be in her seat as long but it honestly took longer. Waited almost 15 minutes for our drinks with only 2 people in store while they worked on piling up mobile orders. Delafield & Pewaukee are much more efficient

Ordered a vinti cookie crumble with no whipe, got the wrong size and had whip cream on it. This is my 3rd time using the app and EVERY TIME it is wrong.

I’ve tried to be patient the past few months with mobile pick up as we’re all trying to adjust to things, but it seems that this location just can’t get it figured out even after almost 9 months. Having to wait for minutes for a barista to acknowledge you so that they can hand you your drink that you can visibly see but they need to guard it begging a piece of plastic 🙄 heaven forbid you want a straw with your order. You’ll have to wait for an adult to get you that too! Please stop treating us like children and just let us grab our own drinks.

I dont know whats going on with this Starbucks. It used to be my go to but now Ill drive to Delafield over this one and I live in Oconomowoc. For some reason they can never make my drink right Im finding myself having to come home and fix my drink after paying almost $6.00 but my upcharged items are never added to my drink! Im over it and will not be returning to this Starbucks

Tried oat milk in my americano it was delish!

I had an order in, was the only one in the lobby, and had to wait because one the staff had brought up something comical that was a register option (baby ice?). Suddenly all but one if them left to go search through both terminals to find baby ice. One gal was left doing mobile orders. And Im here ... waiting... my order sitting there waiting to be made while the other 3 sit in front of both terminals, basically in a side conversation. Seriously you guys? Next time Ill take the time to drive to Stone Creek. I bet I dont get ignored there, and I bet they can incorporate that shot before it turns bitter. I havent had a latte that bitter since I was training behind a Starbucks counter and taste tested freshly pulled shots and ones that had sat for a minute.

They have very weird hours and are closed frequently.

Need staff. Also, now that they dont have to hand you your order, theres no acknowledgement that youre there.. Not sure if I like that or not yet

This place just keeps going downhill. Its always such a cluster F in there, so many people behind the counter but you will forever stand in line for your order. I just dont understand how the SAME drink can taste different every.single.time, everytime!!!!! It has two ingredients and somehow it always taste different even when I ask for my specific lite so and so. Target in delafield starbucks is the way to go!!!! Never a line, clean, friendly and your drink comes out good!

I wish they would be better about posting modified hours or closures ahead of time. Just seems like every other time I try to order something they are outright closed, or they are not accepting mobile orders.

We ordered 2 coffees and 3 sandwiches...took 30 mins from time we ordered. 5 people working so it should have been quick, poor time management and our order was forgotten.

Not a huge our of the house coffee kinda person, but if its had to choose this is one of my top best coffee stops, they have seasonal coffee that is to die for, all of the staff that I have meet is so nice and welcoming. If you know what you like but not sure what to order your more than welcome to ask for help and they are always spot on with the best things to order, weather its coffee or breakfast foods. All of the staff always call you by name once you give them your name. You also have the option to sit down inside or outside (depending on the weather) or you are free to take your coffee and breakfast to-go.I would say this place is the best at customizing your order exactly to how you like it, if you are unsatisfied they even have a sign that says if you dont like your coffee they will remake it for you. How awesome is that!? One of the top best places to go, highly recommend if you havent been here!

The staff are truly what keep me coming back spending over five dollars on a coffee. I mean, the coffee is good too, but it’s the people working there they keep me loyal! Keep up the good work guys!

Absolutely Love the Caramel macchiato. The baristas are all very well trained on all there choices. They demonstrate a nice welcoming guest service experience.

I feel this one is going down hill a bit. Its always a really long wait, drinks are forgotten, not always the cleanest. But the staff is usually pretty friendly! Not a bad spot, its just not one of my more favorite locations. I never know what Im going to get.

0 stars. 6 mobile orders were made in front of me while I waited and no one was there to pick them up. Ordered the simplest drinks possible and both were messed up. Kid at the register was very confused about “cream and sugar.” Waited 10 minutes the first time around, didn’t want to wait around for remakes.

Slow, rude teenagers working today. Back talked when I asked to please stop talking and make some orders. I was told HOW only hot drinks, then when done will start on cold drinks. 3 people working to make 3 orders. Waited 20 minutes for fraps. Will never go to that one again. Calling manager on Monday.

Great shop. We come every other day to get food and beverages. Weve had great experiences other than one staff member. Isabella is completely rude to my girlfriend and I every time we go in. She needs to realize that saying things like, what else? Is not the proper way to talk to customers. Especially ones who spend hundreds of dollars a month at her store. The only other issue I have is the sense of urgency. When customers 5 people behind us get their drinks first its completely frustrated. When these two issues are addressed I will switch to five stars.

The people who work at Papst Farm Statbucks seem very Organization and disrespectful. Its dirty and unsanitary... my feet stick to the floors when ever I walk in there!

What can I say... love the drive through

Easy on, easy off from the interstate highway. This is a small Starbucks without a lot of seating available. The usual Starbucks menu and amenities. Industrial design, no plush seating.

I love starbucks dont get me wrong but i hate this location for one simple reason. If you order more than one drink they bring them out at separate times rather than making them after each other. So for today as an example i stopped to grab my sister and i coffee but i waited 10 minutes then got one coffee then waited another 7 for my other drink while they were putting out drinks. My order was not even complicated. It was a cold brew which they pour out of a spout and a plain latte. I used to be a barista and i cant understand why they skip around orders rather than making each full order all at once.

This location is so-so. It’s super clean but does not allow for much seating. So, sometimes if it’s busy and you bring your laptop with the intention to get a coffee and sit down to work...that may not happen!Staff: they are friendly but distracted. I often see them playing around more than taking care of customers or focusing on making a drink. They are younger so I just shrug my shoulders.It’s not a horrible location but I definitely don’t feel relaxed here and prefer to drive elsewhere.

The staff is always friendly and my drinks are always made right. The facility, including the bathroom is always clean. I recommend stopping here.

Not the best or most organized but the only one in the neighborhood.

We waited 30 minutes for a tall chai tea latte and a venti pink drink, at 10:49am on a Saturday. We watched at least 4 people get refunds and leave. The labels were backed up and there didn’t seem to be a good system as to how labels were applied to the cups and which order the drinks were made in. It was an organizational nightmare. The whole store was packed with people and many were unhappy. The 4 young kids working were polite, but none seemed in a hurry or really cared that customers were waiting 30 minutes for their orders. If I were the GM, I’d probably get in that store and do some training and maybe some damage control. Can’t say I will ever waste my time going there again.

Ive been going to this Starbucks since they opened!! The staff a has turned over many times except but a few. They know my drink and if not busy will have it done by the time Im done paying. They greet me by name as I am there soo much, thats awesome in my book. I call this my Happy place with wonderful conversation if needed and not too busy or relax in their some of there comfy chairs. The drinks are made to order and if yours is not how you like it THEY WILL REMAKE IT ALWAYS!!

Ordered my drink on my phone and when I went to pick it up I ran into my coworker. She informed me that before I came into the store the staff had been making fun of my drink order and said it was annoying that I had ordered it. They are paid to make the drinks customers order so nothing should be considered annoying and to say such a thing is awful. On other occasions, I’d come in and the staff are conversing by the bar and I had to wait 5 minutes before someone came and took my order, and then it was another 10 minutes for my drink (even though the store was vacant), and on top of that, my order was wrong when I received it. Used to be a regular customer but I will never go back again.

Mae is an absolutely wonderful worker. Its so refreshing coming in and seeing such a warm welcoming employee, really making me feel at home and welcome at this location!

I go here every morning... many mormings ive come and no one has been there to open the store. Sometimes theyre staffed well, sometimes not. Hannah in the morning is fabulous though and makes most of the issues worth it. Ive waited anywhere from 3 min to 15min for my items when i work at 6 am 15 min is a long time to wait for coffee. I bekieve when they get the staffing and management issues under control this place could be rocking! :-)

This particular location looks and feels discombobulated on a very regular basis. they are often out of the basic containers... For example, today, my sous vide egg bites were served in a bag because they didnt have the paper tray or plate for them and, in the pastzvIve had them served to me on coffee cup lids at the same location because they didnt have the paper. I sat at the high counter right next to the coffee bar and worked for about 30 minutes this morning and I heard at least for mobile customers who it ordered something online come in and be told that what they ordered was not in stock. Overall, it seems like this location has major inventory management issues.

Staff should be a bit quicker, my drink was wrong, but depends where you go waiting for 20 min asking for a skinny...then they add two mounds of whipped cream....also added extra mocha when I said only 2 pumps.im very irritated.😤

I understand mornings are busy but seriously you only have two people making drinks and one person who takes the orders. Which both of my drinks were wrong and disgusting. Which I couldnt get fixed because I waited 20 minutes and would be late for work due to their lack of staff.

Awful experience. I went to pick up an order for a friend. When I said I was there to pick up something I was cut off and told to wait in line where they called orders. I stood there for about 20 minutes. No one ever asked me what I was there for and the order was never called despite the fact I had arrived exactly on time for the pickup. Will not go out of my way to patronize this particular business

Staff was cold, like they never learned that eye contact and smiles go a long way. Sat down at the bar and not one staff member said hello, much less, even acknowledged my presence. Was informed that the original strawberry smoothie was no longer available only after they had made the strawberry lemonade smoothie. I gave two stars because the place was at least clean, and had napkins stocked. The person taking my order was decent enough to try and correct the smoothie ordeal and let me grab two small cups for my kids. The barista had a crabby stink face on the whole time. Got the heck out of there.

Unfortunately drinks were over done and the espresso tasted burnt in both of our drinks. Ordered White mocha and they put dark chocolate in it. Additionally, the chai with espresso had a bad bitter taste to it. $11 drinks down the drain.
