Not 1 star but Zero. I bought a Ralph Lauren sunglasses and I was charged twice. The lady (I think her name is Michelle, not sure) told me to re-insert my card because it didnt go through the first time but when I got home, my bank shows two charges from Sunglass Hut. I went back to the store right away and the lady said Oh it did that again and she said shell email the customer service and I should get my refund in 7 business days. Well, its been more than a month and I still havent gotten any refund. Their customer service is horrible too. They told us to contact our bank which we did but our bank told us to reach out to Sunglass Hut instead. We emailed back their Customer Service and they said well get a refund in 10 days. Still no refund after 10 days. Emailed them again and they said wait for 11 days. 11 days passed, still no refund. WTH. I was never charged twice before and I never had an issue with my bank getting a refund. Prior to Ralph Lauren, I got a Prada (which I love so much) from this store and I never had any problems with that. Well, I guess I will never get anything from this store again.PS. To customers, make sure that youre not charged the first time you insert your card.

Exchange policy👎...dont let them adjust, they end up worse. Had better policies and customer service at a different sunglass hut, located in a different city.

I had purchased some glasses a while back and I just didn’t like the way they fit after wearing them for a little bit. The young man at the counter was very polite and said that he could try a couple things and see if it would help. After he worked his magic they fit great and I couldn’t be more happy. Thank y’all for your customer service.

Sunglass Hut is really cool. The Employees where really good and honestly I love that! I don’t care what anyone else is saying about the store, the store has great potential. As soon as I walked in, I felt very welcome!

I had originally bought a pair of shades for my husband in midland but when I got home realized I didn’t have a box and that the sales lady had just given me the pair of shades that were the display. So instead of driving back to midland I came to Odessa to exchange and tell her what happen thought it was just a mistake. I was wrong I went in explained the situation and she laughed at me and asked why I thought I would get a new pair of shades that they never give you a new pair. I have shopped here for a while and they have always given us new glasses. I explained this and she preceded to be little me and tell me she bought way more expensive shades than me and she got the display so who did I think I was. She was going to take the shades back that were scratch mind you I had never even taken them out of the bag. When just because I didn’t care to do business with them she refused to take my return. So I left and drive to midland In Hopes the sales lady would be honest and own up to selling me scratched used glasses. I don’t know what the requirement is to work here but she started yelling at me telling me to stop throwing attitude. I told her I wasn’t and that I just wanted my money back and I would never shop her again I told her what happen in Odessa and I don’t like to be treated like this and that I was sorry that I apparently don’t get paid what they get paid to afford used 500.00 glasses. I finally just quit speaking apologized and told her to just order some new ones because this was the only way I was going to get my money back. I have never been so embarrassed in all of my life and can’t believe this is what customer service is now. We won’t shop here again.

The staff were helpful, one of them came off a little to obvious on his sale tactics. I am surprised on the lack of z87 saftey glasses especially because of the location!
