They are the worse place to get a mobile home, first they said they will pay closing cost but end up asking us for more money so they can cover it, when they delivered our home there was a lot of fixing to do and i told them when they were done with all the issues I will call the bank to release the money to them, of course I have a lady calling me and making threats telling me if I don’t call the my bank ASSP they will send their people to removed the mobile home from my land, then she’s telling me that they will not fix anything till they have their money, I told her to go ahead and get it that her threats didn’t scare me and they needed to fix all the problems in my home and then they’ll have their money.... well a few weeks later the bank informs me that my husband already called them and told them that all the problems were fixed and to release the money to them, we never made that call so we figured it out they call saying it was us!!!! Is been 5 months and still have a toilet tank without cover, a back door that wasn’t new to begging with and now a bathroom full of water because the roof is leaking.... so if you want to get a cheaper price go there just be ready to pay the consequences later on!!!

If you buy a home here demand that they purchase your appliances locally where you can get your appiance repaired or replaced locally because they use crst and nal group 8 weeks and still getting the runaround they will answer your call at the 1 hour and 25minute mark

Buyer beware...Once they get your money is the last time they will call you back We were lied to repeatedly by Big Al during the process. He will tell you what you want to hear to get your money. Im about to make my second payment on my new place and the skirting is not done and they still dont know when it will be. There is a lot of other choices out there...do your self a favor and pick them.

Very rude !!! Will not ever go to them again. The person we had was very noisy and thought she could tell me what to do .... never again that place was horrible.

I never make reviews but what they have made me go thru im definitely going to inform others so they know what they are getting themselves into.. yes they may be the cheapest in town but how they say cheap ends up coming the most expensive.. i have had my mobile home for a month already and have not received my a/c unit so cant live there.. i call dor for updates and no one answers or never can give me dates when they are going to fix them..i had to personally speak to there 3rd party people so they could get started on my project. I did my first house payment with no a/c no skirt a list of 10 or more things falling apart o and delivering my house they hit the trash can and dont want to be responsible they are depending on the driver to fix it for me...THINK ABOUT IT TWICE before going to them.

Great at getting you in a home but when it comes to repairing what they say they will doesnt happen. Would of chosen a better place if I could go back and do it over.
