I have moved cross country several times. This was by far the best experience I have ever had. Greg and his crew in both cities were completely professional and exceeded out expectations.I highly recommend Jaquelyn as well. She was our salesperson and was on top of everythingGreat company.

Worst movers ever. Lied, broke items, didn’t pay for them. Lots of missing valuables. Don’t trust them. Save yourself the headache and hire someone else.

Packing was the worse I’ve ever seen! They should have labeled the boxes “ it’s anyone’s guess but it won’t make any sense!” Sooo many things broken! I’ll be contacting them Monday to see what they say!The company was very responsive and sent me direct links to the claim for first thing Monday morning, as well as a follow up call. Pretty impressive response for me! Also I should note that the boxes with some of the broken things I know for a fact were packed by the day labors NOT the Permian crew. The driver and his helper were great!

John Willis has put together a team that is truly unbeatable, from the supervisors like Jazmyn Johnson to all of the packers and drivers. Everyone was so thoughtful and professional. It made the moving process a pleasure and seem-less. I would recommend Permian Movers to anyone whether it be local or across the country. A+ - ALL THE WAY!!!

This company overcharges, as well as has very poor customer service. They are unprofessional and allow things to go on within there company that are not allowed in any other work place. When confronted about these issues they covered it up and continuously get rid of honest hard working employees.

I cant say enough good things about this company. Tucker is literally the best. He was super friendly, personable, accommodating, and helpful. He went above and beyond to make our moving experience the best possible. Highly recommend this company!

Willis Movers did an outstanding job moving me from Odessa to Dallas! They were very professional, friendly and efficient! I highly recommend Willis for any moving job! They are fantastic!

HORRIBLE! ATROCIOUS! THE WORST!I called the company 3 weeks prior to our planned move and they had a surveyor come out and physically look at our house. She gave us an estimate of 4 hours to move and pack and then goes to the office and sends me a quote for 6.5 hours. Upon calling she changed it back to 4 hours since we literally didnt have enough stuff. I called her in between twice to update her and make sure everything was good. The owner (John Willis) calls me on July 3rd (our move was scheduled for July 5th) and starts saying that he wouldnt send the movers if I didnt agree to the 6.5 hours proposal. I kept telling him that there wasnt anything to break apart like bed frames etc and we had packed the kitchen and clothes ourselves but he kept backing out unless I agreed to the 6.5 hours proposal which eventually I had to since I couldnt find anybody, it being 4th of July long weekend.The guys show up on time and they move our stuff in only 1.5 hours. They broke 2 of my lamps in the process. They gave me a ticket for a minimum of 2 hours move time and drive off. I called their office and tell them about the lamps and they said they would look at those on July 8th and I said that wed pay up on July 8th as well. They were supposed to meet me today but the owner (John Willis) texts me this morning and starts getting mad about me not paying the ticket. When I told him about the lamps, he gets all mad and starts threatening me like lets meet up and settle this man to man. I asked him to come meet me at the police station and settle the invoice. He finally agrees to discount the price of only one lamp and not the other lamp which is now discontinued at rooms to go. I will have to buy both new matching lamps out of my own pocket.The mover guys worked good but the owner is a bully and literally threatens you for his own mistakes. We were going through so much stress as it is and he made it an absolute nightmare with his screaming and threats.I want to WARN everybody to please stay away from them. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS AND AWFUL EXPERIENCE.DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL.

This company quoted us $3222.58 to move a two bedroom apartment.... outrageous
