We stay away from a washing machine for 6 months a year. Somehow we found this mint of a place. I see it opened in 2016? Hard to believe when it is on such great shape. Washers clean our clothes great. And drying is awesome. The mat is roomy with plenty of spaces for allLove that the door opens on its own so easy in and out. I would highly recommend this laundromat...

My review 06/09/2021 7:00 am Overall above average laundromat. I would put it at 4.5 stars. The decor is welcoming and nice. The outside landscaping in the parking area is also welcoming. A big plus is the pay with card option which adds to the sense of security not having to carry cash. Couple things kept me from putting 5 stars 1. As soon as you walk in the mats were dirty and not vacuumed, the floor in entire business was not swept. 2. Top of some machines and window sill was not dusted. So overall an above average laundromat definitely worth continuing to give business to this establishment.

I had the pleasure of talking with Chelsea Sorensen; who was the cleaning lady there at the time of my visit. She was making the place absolutely spotless. It made me feel feel better; knowing that such care was given to keep the place clean. Made me comfortable to do my laundry! I will be coming back because of her!

The business is very clean and the atmosphere is nice. Chelsea explained the multiple ways to pay and showed us to the right sized machines for our needs. Great staff and very convenient!

This place is always clean. All the machines are brand new. And their laundry app is fantastic to work with. No need to carry change with you or quarters, work seamlessly over the your app on your phone. Takes laundry to the next level

Anthony the man! He is attentive to everybodys needs and questions, he is super friendly, and he make me feel like OTown where i will always do my laundry. . . Love it here! I refuse to do my laundry elsewhere.. I definitely recommend this place for you to do your laundry.

Highly recommend this laundromat. Its clean, great up to date machines, you can clean out the lint screen yourself on most dryers which is nice and reasonable priced.I did have issue with machines taking my change and not crediting me but Tom the attendant referred me to the refund request form and box. Waiting to hear back. They do offer a $5.00 credit for first time users for the app you can use instead of carrying change around which is really convenient.And I think its great they require everyone to follow current health guidelines regarding mask wearing. They clean really good too, wiping everything down and such.Only recommendation Id make is for them to add more baskets, there are only a few and if you dont get one its kind of a pain moving your clothes from washer to dryer.

I have been disappointed with this laundry mat the last 3 weeks with the cleanliness on how it use to be as it is not been the same.The customer service has completely gone downhill. My experience this evening was unbelievable as in the worst experience that I will never come back here. The lady that was working tonight gave no recognition that I needed help with the atm machine. She was on her phone chatting away with her legs over the chair and she was high on some sort of drugs. I had to approach her and she still barely wanted to help me out as she was to busy on her phone. I ended up leaving with my clothes. To top it off is what kind of management lets their employees come to work high, in pajamas and slippers and lounging out to not even care that a customer needed help and didnt care that I walked out.

I am very impressed with this laundry mat. Not only does it have new machines but it also has a kiosk to pay by card and an app. It is definitely the cleanest laundry mat I have ever been to. Holly was by far the most generous attendant that was able to help me with all of my needs. She is very knowledgeable on all the machines and the process of the app to download. I would definitely be coming back here again. I am so glad O town has an employee like Holly working there to help customers like us out.

My first time here. Now I can see why this place is getting such good ratings. It is spotless the prices are fantastic. And the machines are awesome! I have traveled the last almost five years. This is the nicest laundromat I have been to yet!

We needed to come here because we had so much laundry and wanted to get it done in one load.I am very impressed! Its clean and masks are required, which I love. Kennedy, the employee working, was so helpful and keeps this place spotless. This laundromat is new and accepts credit or debit cards. That is a huge bonus.If you are looking for a clean, reliable laundromat, look no further.They have large and small capacity washers and dryers, free WiFi and a bathroom. There is even an ATM.

Very very clean. This is by far the nicest, cleanest, nice atmosphere laundry facility Ive ever been to. They actually have on-site attendants that are there to help you with every thing,no matter how big or small. Kennedy(the attendant that was there)is so nice and keeps everything so clean and safe feeling. This is the first time I have ever actually enjoyed coming to a laundromat. We came down from Malad Idaho to wash some comforters. We knew this was a new laundromat so we stopped in and were very impressed. Nice and clean and everything worked.

We are vacationing from Arkansas, and chose to come here because of the positive reviews. It did not disappoint. Nice and cool inside, very clean, lots of large washers and dryers that are easy to use, and loved that we could pay with a card at the kiosk. We tried using the laundry boss app, but we couldnt get it to download on our phones. So glad we found this place! Had our laundry done in no time, and back to enjoying our vacation in your beautiful state. Thank you!

As soon as I walked in, I noticed the place was immaculately clean. It was the cleanest place I have ever seen. Tom answered every question I had and was very knowledgeable. I saw that he helped everyone that walked in and was very kind.

Seriously! I just noticed this next to a Maverick gas station I go to. I have used their 24th street location in the past and its an oasis in downtown. This will be nice cause it looks like its brand new. Sign says its opening by year end. I found the Facebook page of this new location and it looks like it will actually have some huge machines, which is the only reason I go to a laundromat anyways. Its just nice to go to a laundromat that is nice and not crawling with bugs like all the others in the area. Otown does a good job and I hope this location is even better.
