This place is great with good prices and decent employees. The food is cheap and delicious. I enjoy the samples they give and the food court. Good meats too. The only thing that lost a star was when my dad was trying to get into a handicap mobile cart. One of the employees placed a row of carts in front of his mobile cart right when he was about to move. I know the employee saw him because my dad was right in front of him when he placed the carts in front of my dad already sitting. One of the people that were entering actually had a brain cell and said why would they place these carts here when those mobile carts are blocked by them while the others in his group tried to counter-argue. When you have a such a great establishment you expect great customer service and they missed a mark that day. Overall, great place and usually great customer service but I cant give five stars for such a rude moment.

This location is always stocked well, has super friendly staff, and are great at getting you checked out quickly. Costco is also great at taking any returns and never have any issues with customer service. Love coming here!

I always love it when costco has my favorite Superfood Juce. This time it was hard to find but it is in the pharmacy.

Bulk shopping made fun. lots of great deals. best advice for Costco shoppers: go on a weekday evening. its open later than weekends and far less busy. parking lot and checkout lines can be kind of a mess, so I definitely dont go on Saturdays if Im looking to make my trip short. And remember: Costco only accepts Visa in-store, so plan ahead for that.

This is literally the busiest Costco I’ve ever been in! The parking lot is a nightmare and the store is a nightmare to navigate. Northern Utah definitely needs another Costco built. But you’ll find all your usual and wonderful Costco finds here. We LOVE Costco but think ease of access needs to be improved for a better quality experience.

I love this Costco! They have all the things I need. Although it is odd that the bountiful Costco seems to have a lot more keto and gluten free products. But dispute that they do have so many great products! From home decore to Halloween costumes, you can find most of the products you need at a reasonable price!

I like their selections. Kirkland Brand is good. I just get frustrated when shopping here. To crowded. I dont like the check out process. I have membership with Sams Club where I end up shopping at the most due to their shop and pay same time. I get out of store faster without issues! I wish Costco would follow suit.

Sams club doesnt ask for your membership card at the entrance. Even if you dont have a membership; they still let you shop.They also stopped be because it was before 10am. They said only senior citizens were allowed until 10am. Sams lets you shop starting at 8am and they dont discriminate about who gets to come in. That usually works for me since I have a special needs son and I have to run errands early morning due to me being a mother of 4. They dont have as much groceries as they do at Sams and its tons cheaper too. Their muffins at Costco are awful, yuck. Not to mention the peaches that we bought had hand lotion on the bottom of it, gross.. As I was paying, I knew one of the helpers there so we started talking. The cashier overheard us talking and heard that I usually shop at Sams and I was there with my brothers card to see if Costco was even worth opening up a membership. The cashier then budged into the conversation and said, we are better then Sams. I replied, actually youre not. You guys dont have as much stuff as they do. She says with an attitude, Well our customer service is better. I said, with that attitude it aint.Yeah, Ill stick to Sams club. Wincos foods is bigger than Costco.

I love the food and the prices and how friendly the staff is. I buy at least 1 item of clothing for myself with every visit because the prices are so affordable. Quality items and decent prices everywhere.

Its a Costco. Nothing stands out here. Some products suck, others are great. Some of the meats are good, most arent priced better than regular stores. Ive never had a salami from them thats actually good.

Love the variety and quality of products at Costco. The produce and meat are always reliably excellent. Getting our favorite/most used products in bulk is so convenient. And of course saving money at the Costco gas pump is very appreciated.

I’ve never had an issue at any Costco returning rotten produce before. The woman expected me to have it? Um I threw it away? Im not going to hold onto rotten food and stink up my house. Especially when I only go to Costco once every few weeks. I didn’t even get refunded from bad food 3 weeks ago when it was bad the day after I got it? Super disappointed..I had higher expectations. I probably won’t be returning to this location again. She wasn’t nice about it either!

Staff is always so friendly and helpful. Sure people are insane in the parking lot and basically run you over with their carts filled sky high while eating samples and having 6 kids hang off their carts … but the customer service and employees here are truly class Acts .

As much as Costco doesn’t care about one member I will make the complaint regardless. Wouldnt let my handicapped daughter in to use a restroom while I rushed to the front of the store to show my membership. Holly the manager said it was due to theft prevention. Not really a very family friendly place.

Trips me out that this Costco is a different layout than most others, but they have all the things still. Also really enjoy the eye glasses staff.

Costco is the best place to get good food for your whole family. I wish they would hurry up and build the Costco Ive heard about thats coming to Catch Valley.

I love buying my fruit and berries here. Things are always so fresh. They also have beautiful cut flowers. I buy a bunch every week for my entryway. Just avoid shopping here on Saturdays. Its nuts!

Costco is my favorite store. They sell a lot of stuff, all of them big. You can buy things from their bakery. And their rotisserie chickens are amazing. Im a big fan of the pizza from the food court as well.

They dont always have what Im looking for but I really like this warehouse.

I love to get the blueberry muffins here. They also make very good fresh baked bread.

Love this place. Miss their apple streusel muffins though....they were this families favorite!They check your items out pretty quickly. lines move fast even when they are long.That parking lot though!! Ugh!!! If they had just one more access to wall nearer to the fuel station, it would be so much easier to get out!!

Excellent place to find so many fabulous items. Fantastic food and a great place to take a family.  It’s a clean, spacious atmosphere fit for anyone. The lines inside move rather quickly.  Ordering online is very intuitive For about any product.   Food is consistent, and the staff listens to what I am typing. They are never out of food that I want.  Have the excellent quality of meats, cheeses, yogurts, and frozen items—incredible clothes selection at reasonable prices. The store sells gas, and the pump areas are typically clean wish they had disposable gloves, not just sanitizer. I have saved a lot of money coming to COSTCO for years and plan to be an ongoing customer. I will keep visiting this place because the staff gives excellent customer service. I have never had a bad experience coming here. Great views Outside of the distant mountains.  Lots of other businesses in the area to visit. Lots of young families seem to go here. The staff at the counter are always so pleasant.

It was filled to the brim with goods today. I didnt find everything I needed, maybe next time.

I will avoid this Costco in the future. It’s way too busy. I forgot my Costco card at home. They wanted me to wait in line for 30+ minutes at the member services desk to get my Costco card. The employees were nice. The store was insane.I attached a photo of the line at the service desk. It starts on the other side of the orange flag and then comes up near the car and then back towards the service desk.I’ll likely never come back.

Has most things youd want in bulk, meaning cheaper. You can find things on sale which is great. Things they sell are usually heavy duty and last for awhile.

Love this store I just wish there were no restrictions on toilet paper and water

A busy place on Saturday. This Costco has many different items from our nearest store. Everything was well stocked. Checkout lines moved fairly quickly.

The Costco on Riverdale is one of my favorites. Very clean, super helpful and friendly employees. Very organized and well stocked. I definitely love Costco more than sams club. The prices are amazing compared to Sams club, and I love their elite membership because you get cash back.

This location is always a hot spot, especially on the weekends. They keep things well stocked and the new self checkout lanes really help customers with only a few items get out faster. There are two entrances and exits, the one to the north is usually easier to get out of.

Well stocked, not too happy about prices going up on meats tho.

Great selection, great prices and able to get prescriptions filled nation wide. Consistent from store to store and state to state. Excellent for full time RVers. Highly recommended.

It is a good place to buy bulk in things you enjoy if course. The trick is to try to come at times when it is not so congested.

The Ogden Utah Costco is my favorite location. Ive been to a few, especially in the state of Utah. Hands down the best is the Ogden location. Everyone is friendly and Ive never had a bad experience shopping there. I appreciate that each employee smiles and goes above to make your shopping experience a great one.

All the great things about Costco are true here except their Deli food. Ive had it good a few times, but the pizza I got today was literally soaked and dripping in grease. The toppings started sliding right off! I wish I could say this was the first time, but its typically the norm!

Very Poor Customer Service! Tried to get a receipt printed from an expensive item for a warranty claim. Drove quite a ways to get here because the phone conversation with the store prior said it’d be no problem to print the receipt. They couldn’t email it to me for some security reasons. When I got here I thought it’d be easy. But nope! They wouldn’t print the receipt because it was my spouse’s card that was used. However they were quick to use my spouse’s card over the phone to confirm the purchase of the item. Stupid companies with arbitrary policies. Wasted my time and effort and only irritated me! Costco policy does nothing positive for the customer. Makes me NOT want to shop at Costco anymore.

Very popular place so it has its busy times! But it almost always has what I want or need. Sales floor and restrooms are clean! Highly recommend!

Well organized, wide variety of products, low prices, and great tire service. Leave a little time, though, when working with the tire center as they are extremely busy. Best to make appointments.

Not surprised at all. I have a cast on my foot and wanted to use an electric cart. The lady at the main entrance said they only have 3. If you’re injured and in need of an electric cart you won’t be able to get one. I went to sam’s club instead. Found quite a lot there!

I appreciate that they are still keeping the senior shopping hour. Its makes it so much easier to navigate the store. The addition of self checkout registers has also made a huge difference in facilitating the checkout process and eliminating the traditional bottleneck upon checking out..

Been awhile since I have been in Costco. For bulk items some of the drinks are a steal. The employees are very helpful and friendly as are other customers.

Clean and well kept warehouse store. Selection of items is good and staff is friendly. The only criticism I have with this location is the parking lot. It seems as though the planning committee played a game of pick up stix to design the parking lot. There really is no rhyme or reason to it. However the food options are fresh and there is a great variety. This location also has a gas station which is nice.

Great to shop at Costco.At this Costco all the employees were super friendly and helpful.Also, since I am from Canada I cant believe the size of some of the items at the Costco in Utah! A massive pumpkin pie for $5.99! A massive rotisserie chicken for $4.99!

Food was generally OK. Service was great. For what you get it is a bit overpriced. ($10.00 burger) And the buns were a little dry.

Love the products and set-up better than Sams club. Still can only get my favorite pot stickers and Gortons fish sticks at Sams though

I’ve always enjoyed this store. Compared to the other Costco stores I’ve shopped at this one seems to have a better selection of inventory. It’s always a disappointment when they stop carrying a product I love; but, that is going to happen at any of them. The employees are always polite and the store is always clean and organized.

I come here to get bulk ice bags for my work since our ice machine needs fixed. The workers here are super condescending and rude, is difficult when you ask simple questions or ask for help. Customer service can and should be improved upon.

I love Costco! The only place I get my milk and my bread and my eggs. I do get other stuff from there like razors and stuff but I definitely love Costco. I can never get out of there without spending a lot of money though but its okay cuz I usually stay stocked up. I only get my toilet paper in my laundry soap from here too

What can I say? It is a Costco. You spend a ton of money and almost hit people in the parking lot, but they have good quality stuff!

Its been a while since I was in Costco (before the pandemic), and I remember the lines being fairly long usually. But now they have self check outs, which I think is amazing for people, who like me, like to run in and grab one or two things before leaving.

This place is good. Parking lot is a huge joke. Everyone rushing and being pushy with parking spots. After 10 minutes of driving around just to find handicapped parking because my friend is on oxygen, they went in the store. I didnt go in so I cant really give a good review for today. I can rate it from months ago when I went with a friend. That day the store was clean, staff friendly and helpful, good quality products, the prices were a bit too much for me but if I had the money, I would definitely shop there. I walked around the jewelry and wow. Stunning, beautiful, expensive but probably worth it. The problem I have is with the parking and the amount of people around. I felt so claustrophobic and uncomfortable that I will shop at a store where I feel comfortable and I dont feel like everyone is rushing me.

Standard issue experience for Costco. Extremely long lines, very crowded aisles (both by customers and employees with stocking carts), and general chaos from dodging unsupervised children. Adding a few more checkers would help a little with the checkout lines being backed up probably 1/3rd of the way through the warehouse, I would think, but that might not be possible for them right now.

They have fresh sushi everyday and fresh fruit.

Always a great place to go!! Everyone employed is happy to help customers, and Costco brand is amazing!

Left my new reading glasses in the cart and Greg walked thru the store where no one had seen them. He kept on searching all the cart racks and finally found them in the locker where a worker had left them. Great customer service!

We love the kirkland brand and what is sold at Costco. They have some of the best deals we can find. Weve bought things for the outdoors, home, and vehicles there. The only downside is how crowded it always is. We wish there was one closer to us so we didnt have to go to Ogden for Costco runs, but maybe that is a good thing since wed probably be there all the time if one was closer!

Costco is awesome. They did a pretty good job of keeping us in supplies during this Covid-19 crisis. They did not keep us in cleaning supplies, which were critical, but Walmart did. But still, Costco did a great job too.

One of the cashiers had a horrible attitude. My mothers debit card would go through probably because it is old. She rolled her eyes and was so inpatient. I asked her if she could put in the numbers? The Smiths store we went to before did and had a lot more patience then here. She ignored me and said nope it is not going through. I had to pay for my mothers groceries and we figured it out later. Then the person checking the groceries pretty much snatched the receipt out of our hands. I rather go to another location then this one again. If I do come back to this one. I will not stay quiet if we get treated poorly by a worker.

DONT USE THEIR DELIVERY SERVICE! Its the worst. The delivery customer service is the worst. They cancelled the first delivery day, rescheduled 10 days later then no called, no showed! Now theyre telling me the 16th? Experience tells me they wont show up again! COSTCO LOGISTICS is the worst!

I am appalled about the verbal  and mental abuse your employees are pushing on your customers.  By having them pull me aside before I can enter because I am not wearing a mask. And then not letting me in with out one. As a member I never agreed to being masked. That was not a policy when I got my membership and I would of never got one if that was the case. I thought when our state mandate was up then I would go back to being a choice to wear one or not, but not in Costco.

I have pros and cons about this face I really like the value they have in there the chickens the rotisserie chickens are amazing quick dinner fixes. its just the parking is insane and can cause major panic attacks

They need more help in the tire center but the shopping was great and the employees that checked me out were very kind and courtesy.

There’s several problems with this store. To start, it’s very small for a CostCo, with smaller selections and stock levels than other, larger stores, no garden center, the non-sensical parking lot design, a comparatively mediocre food court, understaffing, hounding members for executive memberships when it’s very busy, holding up the lines, an undersized and poorly-located fuel station location, and especially the overzealous, non-customer focused employees at the service desk and at the entrance and exit doors. This store really needs to better train their poor performing or slow employees and cashiers to do less talk and more work when it’s busy. Bobby Jo hasn’t been properly trained that pharmacy customers may enter without a membership and allows a huge line 30 people deep to pile up at the exit while she chases them down.

Costco does not allow registered ESA dogs. The lady at the front door would not give me even a second to show legitimate papers and identification. Not allowing service dogs into a business is completely understandable, but rude and disrespectful confrontation is not. I will be canceling my membership.

You spend $100 just walking in the door, I swear. Warehouse shopping at its finest, though without the wine because, Utah.I hope theyve fixed the tire place, because I sadly bought a set of tires there, and its not worth the return trip to get them rotated and balanced.
