When hiring employees, I believe they at least minimum should have enough basic knowledge about vechiles and repairing vehicles and other stuff that pertains to the job.

I live closer to Potsdam but they were out of stock. The Ogdensburg store had them so I ordered them online. When I went to pick them up my daughter had fallen asleep. I called the store to see if someone could possibly bring the parts out to my car. Sure enough they said theyd be right out! Thanks Mike!!

Teriable service I bought a brakd caliber yesterday and left in back of my truck and brought the old one back and it was leaking and they said they couldent take it back ...they have inconvenience me 3 times 2 day and have gave me wrong parts inconvenience me makeing me spend more time and money and iv spent thousand dollars there and I tell you Im never going there again theey sit on there fines and do nouthing and dont know anything about parts always bad service everytime

Pretty helpful staff. Prices on some things were much cheaper, even with the conversion to Cdn $ but not everything. You need to know your prices to make the most of the trip across. Very similiar stock to Part Source. I did find a generic horn kit that saved me about 50$ so it was worth it for me.
