Purchased my 3rd and final vehicle from Blevins this year. Sales staff was exellent at first. Once the order was placed for a new vehicle, sales staff went very unresponsive. It was like pulling teeth trying to get answers sometimes. Everything was great again when the vehicle arrived until picked up.The only requirement I had when ordering this 60 thousand dollar vehicle was it needed to had mud flaps installed. I even chose a cheap 58 dollar set. Told time and time again that they were ordered... but here we are... its been over 5 months and the only response Ive gotten is, ill look into it.Overall, Sales staff are exellent when trying to make a sale... but fail the follow through when they think theyve already sealed the deal. Youll probably do alright if just picking a vehicle on the lot and taking as is.

Ive visited this dealership about 5 times in the past few years. Even bought a new Wrangler from them a 5 years ago. You never get greeted and it seems like such an inconvenience for you to be there. NEVER ONCE have seen anyone smile. No salesmen, not the guy that made commission off my Wrangler, nor the service guy i spoke with today that i wanted to BUY accessories for my truck. Which is why i chose the better Blevins in Potsdam to purchase my vehicle from, will be going to for my accessories, and will forever be recommending.

Parts and sales were extremely interested in whatever way they could help. Very friendly and kind, truly wanted our visit to be a good one, I only wish they had the camper were looking for.

Bought both vehicles there. Always return there for our oil changes. Always top off our fluids, no charge. Never a problem getting vehicles in for the oil change, not a problem with the vehicles. If this continues, just may buy next ones from there also.

I bought a 08 jeep grand cherokee from here and with in two months I had to replace transmission lines power steering lines shocks for the rear end replaced everything that has to do with the a/c so it would work and we had told them no more then four years to finance the jeep and they did it for five instead. I will not buy from them again.

This is a two part review for sales and then service. I have purchased my last 3 vehicles through Blevins and have worked with several salesman who have been phonomenal to work with. They deserve several stars higher but considering the. Uying of the vehicle is only the initial and smallest portion of vehicle ownership the low rating lies upon the service department. Over the three vehicles service periods there have been a lot of changes, at one point it took a 2 week out appt just for an oil change which has since changed (great) but the service itself is not friendly and not helpful it willing to fulfill anything asked by the customer. My radio needed an update and I was told simply I could do it myself. Thats fine but when its a security update Id prefer it done right. Second instance by truck is at northern truck with block heater but unbeknownst to me no heater block plug (why?) So of course ordered one after returning from foreign station for two years only to have to reschedule 3 times for what should be a half hour ordeal that should have been there to start with...apparently this isnt part of a diesel winter package. Last service call I explained that the seat memory was not working....I was told there was a childs toy under my seat so they moved it.....thats funny because the seat functions worked properly and without hesitation and big surprise the seat memory still does not hold correctly. Same service call I had an issue with the cruise control where it would not turn on and once it even turned in and began to accelerate....answer for that was there is no code and its not doing it now! Again same service call I explain the heater fan started clicking and making a ton of noise several days prior....answer again its not doing it now. Its rediculous I guess to ask them to look at an issue and possibly come up with an answer for a cause. This is the last vehicle and the last time I visit them

I would not buy a vehicle there again the car was disgusting when we picked it up and their excuse was it was a used vehicle when we brought it back a few days later to hsve it detailed likevthey were supppsed to do they vacuumed(which my husband had already pre vacuumed before dropping it off) it and slapped a tree on the mirror to take away the cigarette smell from the previous pwner that they covered up well with an orange scent in the vents and on the seats along with only having it for a few weeks and stuff has already gone wrong with it it took them all week to get back to us and when they did they were completely rude and continue to be that way

Bought a car. Had it 4 days when it started acting up. As of today (3 years later) the problems still continue and were never fixed. Cost me a lot of money and time.

Nice service. My father bought his past two trucks here. I suggest buying a car here.

Never informed me of what the problem was before fixing and charged me for an expense because they could not fix the issue. Will not recommend anymore.

They are great to deal with very reasonable cars. There mechanics are not to trust worthy for repairs but this is only my experience.
