Steve Hinman made my day! After almost 2hrs, he was able to FINALLY(I hope) fix a billing problem with my account. This was the third time I’ve had to contact Verizon myself to get this issue settled. Steve kept at it and voilà! By 4:00 it was done. I am so grateful to steve because I couldn’t spend another 2 hrs on the phone.

Steven and Nate were fantastic and friendly! I brought them a challenge with a new phone, and within 15 minutes had me back up and running. Thanks again!

Great customer service. Went in with a $1200 Apple phone that Watertown Verizon wanted to replace, it was broken beyond repair. Went to Ogdensburg Verizon and it needed to be rebooted, nothing wrong with it. I highly recommend this Verizon, they had my phone working and I was out of there in under 5 minutes!!! Will now buy all phones, tablets etc here. Thank you!!!!

We stopped in right at 10am to get my father a phone since his quit working while we were vacationing at Black Lake. Mikayla was the only one working for Verizon along with Nate from EZ Repair. She greeted us and helped us. We decided on a phone to upgrade to but the system would not let it process through. She called support and was transferred to at least 5 different people. At one time, the tablet she was using froze up on her. As time went on, more people came in the store as she was still on the phone working through the problem. She was multi-tasking helping me and the customers that were coming in the store. If it wasnt for her persistence, I wouldve left within two hours. She was determined to solve the problem and I felt obligated to stick it through with her for an issue I knew wasnt her fault. I left and she stayed in constant communication with me until she was able to solve the problem a few hours later and I went back to the store to get the phone and thank her. Thank you Mikayla for your amazing customer service. Thats not a trait you see much these days!

Linda was amazing! She was so helpful and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend that everyone go see Linda at the Verizon next to Tim Hortons! She is so personable and kind. I really appreciated all her insight and knowledge! Wish I could give more then 5 stars!

The people here will take very good care of you. They have the knowledge and will give you good service. They also have an in-house repair shop on case your phone needs fixing. Altogether, a great place tobuy a phone.

Nolan Geary is an outstanding sales person glad we had the good fortune to have him waiting on us. He was very knowledgeable about the products he was selling as well as charismatic. He tried to get us to buy a tablet and we would have if we did not already own two.

Cody was very knowledgeable, patient and freindly. He explained plan options and changed me to a less costly plan and was able to get me a new phone at 50% of the price. He also transferred contacts and apps.

The staff at the Verizon store near Valero is the best. I am a very high tech challenged senior and every time I go to them for assistance they are top notch! There is never a time that I feel frustrated nor any problem that they havent been able to solve for me! I recommend them highly!!
