Henderson Glass was easy to work with. Kaylee was great when I called for an estimate on windshield replacement. She explained pricing and worked within my schedule to have someone out to my home to replace my windshield. The morning of Josh called and gave me a window of when he’d be arriving, was on time, polite and explained the replacement steps. They took care of everything quickly and my new windshield looks great. They were also following Covid safety protocols which I appreciated.

Not impressed. I came for a replacement windshield calibration. They finished job 2.5 hours late with one hour notice to pick up car before close. Then asked if I would be able to make it on time without any apology or acknowledgment that this was late. I’ll be looking for a different calibration servicer next time. Windshield looks good

The service for a chip repair that I have been procrastinating to get done was quick and easy thanks to the great people at Henderson glass in Okemos. Ashley took my order and walked me through everything and scheduled appointment she was great to work with. Dillon was the tech and he did a really really good job chip is taken care of and he did it so fast.. the other two girls were also super friendly Penny checked me in and Kaylee checked me out every single person was fast, friendly and made me very comfortable. It was so easy and they showed me how much it would be if I have to replace my windshield and told me all the information I needed for that. Terrific service thank you Henderson, I’ll be back!!

Over the summer I broke a side window on my travel trailer. I brought the frame in to Herderson and they were willing to put new glass in it. They did a good job and the price was much better than any rv store. I dont plan to brake anymore windows but if I do I will come here again. Highly recommend.

I had insurance issues with the replacement on our Class C RV which Henderson took on all of the fighting and being extremely patient waiting for payment from my stupid insurance company. Our maintenance technician broke one of our company vehicles windshields. Called 3 places and Henderson Glass was the best price and they were able to get our vehicle in the next day! Upon picking up the truck, Penny informed us that we still had an active account there (must be from a previous maintenance tech breaking a vehicle window) and invoiced us which was certainly beneficial for us as we can mail a company check. I want to start off by saying I’m not a person that gives bad reviews often but this issue has to be addressed. Just purchased a 1984 almost mint condition Monte Carlo SS from the original owner that was damaged by this location putting the windshield in. Whoever was working on this car damaged the outside trim, molding clips, scratches from tools on paint and urethane. Not to mention that the windshield is in crooked with window sealer everywhere. This was a show car that has over $2,000.00 in damages. The dash was ruined by a pry bar. A shop and person should never touch a car like that and do a job like that ever! I am not sure how this shop could let this go out the door like that. I have pictures and receipts to prove this was done there and damages were done at this location. We have a work order number if you need it. If you cared so much about your customers you would have never let this car go out like it did.

Kaylee was great in helping me out! The whole process of repairing my dad and my car was super smooth and quick. I came in on Saturday and they were able to get me in on Tuesday and in a short time, repaired the windshields of both mine and my dads cars. I am happy with the exceptional and quick service I had here. Also Id like to thank Dillon for repairing the windshields to our cars! I had the windshield replaced on my X-terra. I called and spoke to Penny who ordered the windshield so it would be there when I came in that next Saturday. When I arrived Penny helped me with my insurance claim and answered all my questions. Dillon installed my new windshield quickly and did a great job. So far no problems. They replaced my drivers side glass after my car was broken into and did a quick, good job. But this last week, I went to put my window up, and it slipped sideways down inside my door. They were able to get me in the next morning and secure it. They determined the clips on the glass at the bottom had broken and were able to replace it for free under the warranty. The service was fast, friendly, and efficient.

When my car was broken into I thought I was going to have to wait days for replacement and repair, but Henderson Glass ordered the glass they needed and were ready for me the next day! Over the phone the office told me it would take an hour and half to repair (a lot shorter than I had expected), but my technician Josh had my window replaced in under half an hour and also vacuumed all the glass from my car for me! The office lady Kaylee was very nice and patient with me and my insurance company trying to get everything figured out! Everyone was so kind and they did a GREAT job replacing my window!! Update:Attention, reptile & amphibian hobbyists! I recently went to Henderson for a custom hexagonal glass top for a gecko vivarium. Again, I was blown away by their quick & friendly service! Not to mention how affordable it was. I was expecting to pay at least twice as much as I did. My geckos are thriving in the humidity that the glass top provides. Thumbs up once again!Original:This is my second time getting a stone chip repair on my windshield and I couldnt be happier! It took less than 30 minutes from the moment I told them I needed a repair to the moment I drove off the lot with the chip repaired. They called my insurance company and filed a claim for me; all I had to do was get on the phone with the insurance agent briefly to confirm the details. I didnt inspect the vehicle when picked up, took back next day he corrected what he could, what he couldnt cosmetically looks sloppy, when I came in with keys the Customer Care lady didnt say apologized you have some concerns about work, instead she said keys OK will get someone to look at, I replied no I want to talk with him, he said Ill pull in right now shouldnt take but a minute, I almost drove off which returning was a grave inconvenience all by itself, please acknowledged workmanship to make sure its satosficatory, can save a trip

Stopped by after completing my work in East Lansing to check on getting two stone chips repaired. Kaylee, in the office, said they could do it immediately, and it should take 20 minutes to a half an hour. She processed the insurance claim within minutes and had my company vehicle in the shop in record time. Dillon, the technician, had my truck back to me in about 10 minutes. Overall, Im so glad that I stopped in, as they were so nice and overall I was there about 25 minutes. Best customer service Ive ever received!! Would recommend them highly.

Stopped in with a Shower issue. Spoke to Rob, and scheduled a meeting at my house. He arrived on time, we discussed solution to my problem and he provided a number of options and we eventually arrived at a very viable solution. I had gifted myself a new windshield for my 39th and scheduled it for 8-noon on my actual birthday. I hadnt heard from them by 11 and called to verify. There was a mix up and they informed me it would be closer to 4pm. I let them know I was annoyed as I had plans, but understood. Kaylee was very apologetic.Josh and Evan showed up at 12:15 and had my windshield in before 1pm. Im not sure if they worked thru lunch or what, but they were fast, clean, knowledgeable, aware of their surroundings, etc. I cannot say enough good things about them or Henderson glass. Kaylee was instrumental in making sure I was able to keep my bday plans and the guys did an amazing job. They even gave me a discount for the annoyance. Ive never written a review online for a service- but this group went way above and beyond. Will recommend to everyone in need of glasswork.

One of the worst businesses that Ive ever had to deal with. Over 3 appointments, I had 5 different grown men fail to even start work on a shower, over the course of a month and a half. Ive never seen the level of lazy, unprofessional work and excuses that have come out of this company. They flat out refused to start work on a shower, that had a small drip on it, when the work they were doing was not even related to that job. On my last appointment, one of the employees was far too large to do the job, and thus told me it needed to be rescheduled. Their manager was dismissive and would not listen to logic at all.Stay away from this company for any type of home repair work. Incompetent and lazy.

I was the winner of a contest and when calling to set up my appt i spoke with Penny and she set it up right away and Dilon did a great job. I would highly recommend both of them for future jobs.

My dad called Henderson Glass and was told they could fix his Bobcats broken windshield. The two technicians who arrived were untrained and unprofessional (ex. The one mans shoes were untied). They admitted that they had never even seen a Bobcat windshield before, let alone installed one. My dad ended up directing them through the entire process. They didnt clean up after themselves and left glass all over the barn floor. My dad paid them, but was frustrated and called to let them know what happened. He just doesnt want those guys to end up at another job site.

They did a good job estimating then installing the window.But they measured wrong on the first visit so we waited 5 hours on the first install date only to find out the glass was the wrong size.On the second trip the glass was installed well and looks good.

I recently had a bad experience with Henderson Glass, my wife called to see about getting a stone chip fixed on our vehicle, they told my wife that no appointment was necessary for stone chips but unfortunately after we drove 15 miles to get the stone chip repaired, the lady at the counter now said you DO need an appointment. WASTED TRIP! So if you should happen to go to Henderson Glass for repair make sure you get the name of the person you are speaking with and confirm the details required to get your repair done.

I went in as a walk-in the representative went outside checked out my windshield and said it was repairable would I like to have it done now. I was in and out within a half hour. Shows a small chip. Happy with the service 😁

Took my truck to get a passenger side window replaced and now I have a electrical problem and the window dont even roll down!!! THERE TRASH!!!!!

I had to have my windshield replaced a few months ago, and seeing as Hendersons had the best prices, I called them to set up an appointment. I scheduled at their Okemos location (Pollack glass) because they had the quickest opening. When I arrived to my appointment, they didnt even have my windshield in stock. To make it right, they agreed to come to my job to do the repair at no additional cost. The following week after the repair, I could hear air seeping in while I was on the highway. We scheduled another appointment and had the window resealed. Here we are again, months later, I can hear the air seeping in. I only gave 3 stars because the prices were good, the staff was friendly, and they did go beyond a little to make it right the first time, but the the quality of the work is questionable, and I am not excited about having to go back there to have them fix this AGAIN.

So I have never really had to deal with a cracked or broken windshield. When my windshield cracked I googled windshield repair and Henderson glass popped up. I called and spoke to a young lady named Kaylee Ferris who was an ABSOLUTE pleasure to speak with. She answered all my questions and gave very detailed information as to what I needed to do. I will most definitely recommend Henderson glass to anyone that will listen.

Driving home a car in front of me threw a rock that hit my windshield. My drive took me right past Henderson Glass in Okemos. I stopped and within a couple minutes someone has looked at car, determined there was a crack and took it to their shop to repair. The whole process took less than 15 minutes and I was on my way!
