Over all good experience. They are short staffed from the looks of it. So be patient and kind

For them having a 3rd shift while closed to make the store better it was a disaster. Shelves empty, product in disarray, and just plan dirty.

Where I go for a quick pick up of things, dont buy a lot because it self check out. No one pays me to do their job nor do I get a discount. Will visit mom and pop stores first and get friendly service

They were awesome considering the store was soon closing. The sales associate was very helpful and the cashier BEYOND patient with my many requests. The store was clean and although I have never been there before, I found everything in on my list fairly easy. Thank You Walmart!!

This walmart would be better if they had a normal grocery section, other than the fact they dont have a full grocery section this walmart is great for quick in and out trips when you only need one or two items. Its quick and easy and convenient for one item grabs if needed. They are fully stocked on all other house hold items that arent food related so thats pretty great!

Walmart is better then Meijer all day

Had a nice experience. First time there and I found everything I was looking for. Decent prices. Helpful employees. The store was nice and neat. This is the Walmart that I will be going to from now on. I found a super nice chair for my music room, great price !!

Have been to a number of Walmart stores across several states, I would say that some employees of this store probably do not have the service skills or the kind of attitude that is serviceable. As an Asian woman myself, I did not quite get the attitude displayed by the young Asian employee who is supposed to greet customer at the self-check out exit. During my visits at this store recently, I noticed that this employee only greeted other customers, however, simply ignored me, no greetings at all, not a word or smile. This happened consistently during my two recent visits in which this person served as the greeter. During my other visits, other employees are generally displaying a serviceable, courteous attitude. As a customer-oriented business, technical glitches or minor mistakes can be fixed easily, however, the attitude of this employee, does reflect badly on the values of this organization. I wouldn’t infer any potential ethnicity-related complex that this young person was having; the behavior itself, however, was troublesome and reflected negatively.

A smaller walmart. Doesnt have the large selection of food but what they do have is very organized and clean and I enjoy shopping here.

Used pickup service. Very happy w processing, fulfillment, notification of order and quick service. Only problem was that parking space A has a non-working phone number

Walmart is famous for allowing aggressive pet dogs that can cost service dogs not only their career in helping their disabled handler but their life, they need to change their polices and education, and do better.

Fraud purchase by walmart. I received an email from walmart of purchasing a sony digital gift card which I have never order. I immediately cancelled the order and Walmart is not refunding my money. After lot of escalations they are saying to file a police complain. When I asked the supervisor that if Ill get my $20 refund which my child won in a competition she responded as NO and they are not going to refund my money. Please be aware of Walmart.

Limited items on certain products. Doesnt even stay open 24hrs. Every now & then have some good buys. Good pillows on sale right now for $8.

Weird entry, got the eyeball treatment when entering.. The computer i bought was as advertised online.The electronics section had great input, helped finding a suitable bag.Over all good experience.

I had one young man help me find and item and he was very nice and then I had another young man check me out at the register and he was very nice as well.

No one come to help you when you need assistance and especially when youre handicapped and you need something on the top shelf. You probably couldnt pay someone to help. Employees off chatting with other employees.they dont have time to help even when you find someone in the department that you need help in.

Gets you what you need most of the time. Maybe a timing issue but often times, items are out and not restocked.

The store itself is fine, most staff is nice, but this one goes out to the man that was greeting people at the door. My boyfriend and I are 18 years old and getting on our feet, we bought an air conditioner($400). And when we went to leave this man gave us a super dirty look and tensed up like the theft sensors were going to go off. It was super blatant and derogatory. I also sprained my ankle on the potholes in their parking lot.

There’s literally nothing in this store and I waited for like 20 minutes for them to bring me one bag of groceries 👹 and I had to call like 3 times just for them to answer me

This store is actually really good, usually pretty stocked. But BEWARE> THEY DO NOT ENFORCE MASK whatsoever. I refuse to shop where my life doesnt matter as much as the person choosing not to wear one. All employees are wearing mask but literally 1/4th - 1/3rd customers do not wear mask and walk right next to you without a care in the world disobeying social distancing. Walmart does absolutely nothing to ensure safe shopping!

This customer that works there named Daniel Schmidt the roofer hes a hard worker he does everything for the store I think you should get a feedback extra bonuses or something he works hard he changed the signs he blew out the front lawn yesterday in front of the store cleaned it up they can look nicer very hard worker I think

I had a great experience tonight in Walmart at the photo kiosks/department.When youve lost hope in the world, cling to the fact that there are good people left in this world like Roxanne and John in the Walmart photo department ❤My son graduated yesterday. I was printing off pictures preparing for his open house when I stumbled across pictures of my cousins daughter who had just passed and I began to cry. Roxanne comforted me while John rocked the photos.Thanks for making my day just a little brighter and for taking the time to be human when I needed it ☀️ Walmart is blessed to have you.

It is very convenient. The workers are nice, the store is clean. One thing I dont like is that this store doesnt offer any fresh fruit, like bananas or lettuce, like they used to. This forces me to go to a different store. But otherwise, a great place to go.

Location: 5110 Times Square Pl. There are 3 Walmart stores in metro Lansing. This smaller one near Marsh Rd in Meridian Twp. Another in Eastwood Mall. And a Walmart Super store on West Saginaw St. Walmart has many national brands and competitive pricing. Generally, their quality and selection of goods is smaller than Meijer. However, there are notable exceptions. The many Meijer stores vary greatly in size and selection. Walmart carries some items Meijer does not. Notably, Walmart has some tire sales and other auto service. Meijer does not.Some examples: pet food more brands at Meijer, tools/automotive more at SOME Meijers, shoes/boots more at SOME Meijers, etc.Over time have learned some idea of where to shop for certain items.

Typical Walmart, Never have what you want in stock and the employees dont know what theyre doing lack of training.

I had to go get my headlight fixed. The lady there thought it was going to be an easy job but it turned out to be a big job. She kept apologizing because it was taking so long. Yes it took two hours but they have to take the tire off just to get to the light. Everyone was so nice. I will come back for anything car related.

Friendly cashier, one of 2 available per the normal poor practice of Wal-Mart. Self checkout is open, also with minimal availability. If I have to wear a mask into the store due to the virus at least have the employees cleaning the self checkouts kiosks. I usually use them because its faster. I dont really think any of the protocols make sense but might as well keep up the charade all the way around. 😊 thanks to all the workers showing up every day. I hope they are being compensated!

Truly a joke. I purchased 4 tires online & scheduled an appointment to have them mounted the same day. When I got there for my appointment, they had no record that I scheduled the appointment, and they only had 2 tires. I paid online for 4. So, basically now my money is in limbo because they charged me for something they didn’t even have in the first place. My money in limbo AND no new tires! My family and I have always done auto business with Walmart, but I can assure you we will never return.

NOT A SUPER STORE!!With that being said so you know they close earlier than normal. I am used to a super store and was surprised to find out this stores closing time. Not a bad thing though it is something to be aware of when making a trip.The store is always clean and stocked. We buy a lot online and pick up in store and haven’t had any problems. I feel with how the world is right now this location is not as busy and keeping everything going as it should.

Customer service there is a joke. Return lines are long and slow. They have one person doing everything and then they have to scramble to find one other person who knows how to work the help desk, while literally four employees are standing by the door. I get the one person who is cleaning carts, but do you need two greeters and a third that seems to stand there with a radio, doing nothing? After a long wait, I only was able to return half my order, even though I had current receipts. The clerk scanned my clothing items wrong, threw one of my items into the back before it was returned and then stuffed the rest in a small bag saying I would have to come back tomorrow since their computers were suddenly down. When I asked if they could manually type the order in, she basically pushed the bag at me to get out of line. I had to ask them for my non-returned item back. My partner wanted something in electronics after and I asked nicely if that clerk could try returning the rest of the items there but he said he could not because they were not electronics. As I finished up my statement, he just stopped talking to me. I noticed that employees here tend to stop talking to you if you have a problem until you go away. It made me feel really bad. I spent a half hour in line for a simple return and never got it. How are you supposed to get clothes there if the fitting rooms are closed but you cannot return something that did not fit you tried on at home? Plus, the clerk I saw was rude to a person on the phone that called during my return and also, acting like they could not understand a person in front of me because he was from Africa and needed to mail something. I normally do not complain much, but none of the employees seemed to care when I said I probably would not shop there anymore. I filed a complaint that was also overlooked but the corporation eventually refunded me online. I honestly do think their main problem is too much staff at the door and no one trained enough to do simple returns and help desk stuff when a line forms, while being rude to customers if they are stressed by too much work. I find good deals online but they are not good deals if I feel stressed out going to the store, knowing how they are. I felt that when I needed to return something the time before this, but at least they returned my items ok enough after a long wait. I would try another local Walmart but hear worse things about Delta and Eastwood. The Okemos Target and Kohl’s have good service...why not this store?

Very Small And The Floor Plan/Lay Out Was Horrible. And this is the worst Walmart that Ive been to of my pet peeve of Walmarts most of the people that shop at Walmart are heavy set and underpaid or low income yet they dont have anything bigger than a 3X ever sometimes if you have a superstore they will have Haynes up to a 5X but the store had nothing over 3x. I couldnt find a seated vibrating heat pad for relieving back pain or anything close to it other than just the heat pad. I just dont understand why a store doesnt stop clothes that fit people that shop there. They need a big and tall and a short and fat section. And in that section have five Xs that are long enough to go over a fat belly like mine and wide enough to be comfortable and not feel like youre swimming in the shirt or jacket or hoodie which you could never get there anyway.

The store was absolutely packed with customers and only 1 register open beside the self check out. People were lined up in the clothing waiting in line.

Did not have anything I was shopping for, so i left without buying anything.
