This place has the newest toys that normally cost more then other retailers, but it is worth the visit.

Less staff than preferable, but the store was very clean, and organized. It would be easier to find things if the aisles labelling was more separated and noticeable. There is a lot of variety and unique items in there. The staff was extremely pleasant! I look forward to returning.

Every kids dream place to visit, even the adult kids. Staff is very helpful. The store is easy to navigate departments and the store is really clean. Prices are reasonable, good ad prices.

Just an average toy story. Some areas have nice variety but others are lacking in not only variety but having the latest and greatest. Staff is friendly but sometimes hard to find someone for assistance. There is a counter at the front though offering help. Prices are typical but even with store card, the points I earn seem to fall into a hole. After checking many times, I never seem to get anything for racked up points. During the Christmas season they have had adequate staff, restock quickly and have additional items. Generally during the year, Store Buyers need to get up on the latest products in all areas.

A great stock of toys. The staff have always been helpful. They host an occasional Lego event build for free, usually to promote a movie or game. Go early, they are fun, but crowded during events.

Has a great selection of things. Thats about all i can say positive. Extremely overpriced even during their crazy sale the sign says up to 30% but the entire store is 10% which is completely unhelpful when buying items that are more expensive than any place else you go. Staff is uninterested and scarce, probably busy finding a new job. Sad to lose iconic childhood toy store but i honestly wish they would just close already.

That didnt have the things I needed like model cars toys that have been around for 60yrs and that dont carry them. And ya call that a toy store. And remote control motorcycle none very dissatisfied.

Its was good,its really nice that you have staff that will walk you to the section you want to go to, instead of them pointing or just saying the isle number. Thumbs up on that. Your staff is always very friendly.

I was looking for Legos, but they were pretty much sold out. There were several drones at 50% off that were pretty cool.

Went into the store because sign said 30% off everything. Got inside to find only certain things were 30%off, most was only 10, 5 or none at all. So sad Toys r us is going out of business. Iconic toy store being taken away.

Sad to see toys r us go, despite everyone complaining & the deceptive discounts they lure you in with 10% off its still a deal on certain things!! Im sure better discounts will be starting around June, its supposed to be closing in July.

Going out of business very soon, so its nothing like it would have been in its glory days. They are presently (as of 5/2018) selling off equipment used in the store as well as their going out of business sale. The staff were very helpful and friendly when I visited. Too bad they are going out of business, but its a good place to shop until they close!

Whenever I go here it always seems dirty to me. Also, everything is super overpriced. Youre better off buying things online or at different stores because youre almost certain to find a better price.

This store is a typical toy store. Nice selection on toys. Ok deals around Christmas. I finished my Christmas shopping for all the kids there. Staff is friendly, but pushes the credit card hard. Even when you say no they act like you didnt and jeep talking about it.

Called three times to find out if they had a bike in Stock before driving all the way there and no answer. Each call was over 3 minutes. Customer service at its finest.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Since deciding to close they have lost all costumer service skills. They have misdelivered two of my items and when I go to buy them again they are no longer in stock. And they won’t honor their rewards anymore. I spent about $1500 on my baby registry and was told that their store closing would not effect my registry rewards. I have been calling for 3 weeks trying to find out when they will be releasing those and they kept telling me within the next week. Now that it is too late to enter anything in their system they decide to tell me that there is nothing they can do. I am extremely disappointed in how dishonest this company has become just to hurry up and make a quick buck before anyone can come collect the benefits they have been so generous with in the past.

10% off only?! For that cheap plastic junk that sold at $60 you get a $6 rebate, which means that the ridiculously priced stuff, TrUs sells and that the industry makes the kids like, is still way too expensive. Hate to see an American store go, but I was expecting a bigger incentive from a close-out sale. Check out the second hand shops instead, their toys are pre-loved and you get only what survived the first use. Yay for sustainability! (As far as it gets with kiddos).

Workers were all over and made sure we could find what we needed and saw to others as well. Absolutely wonderful time!

Its ok toys store, little pricey than major stores like Target and Meijer. They do price matching. I not 100% satisfied most time because they dont have I wants. Rarely see Lego on clearances.

A post-humus review of ToysRUs. Because, YES, they are closed now. The memories from my childhood of going to this store plus the one in Grand Rapids made long trips to visit family worthwhile. I didnt always get something, but just walking through a store built for kids was awesome. You could see pretty much every option and accessory for each toy franchise out there. I remember seeing replacement lego parts for old themes and being impressed that it even existed, let alone available right there. So now its gone. Yeah, the VC firm that bought them are the ones to blame for their closing because they charged the stores for the buyout money they spent to buy them out. They made a ton of money through the process and killed a store for kids. So what do we look forward to? Maybe the IP of Geoffrey and the stores gets sold and they reopen. Maybe.

Why oh WHY is this only a toys r us (and a pretty crappy one at that) instead of a TRU/BRU combination? Yes, they carry 2 kinds of formula, 3 types of diapers and 5 strollers, but I get a better selection from meijer and target than I do here and really, who needs to go to toy shopping more than twice a year? Attention Toys R Us corporate: We need a Babies R Us on this side of town!! This Toys R Us is dirty and depressing with poor product selection. Please make the smart business decision and convert this to a TRU/BRU combination.

Grandchildren where excited to go, however, where disappointed at the prices being higher and the gift certificates couldnt be use on PlayStation cards. not gets certificates again.
