Hello people looking for reviews!! I am one of you, someone who searches the reviews and hope that what Im reading isnt fake. Well, this isnt fake. I am just reviewing the service department, not the sales experience (although I would have written a positive experience on that too).I bought my Legacy two years ago at this dealership, and every experience I have had with the service department has been excellent. They have always treated me with respect and kindness, which is getting kind of rare in the service industry (at least my experience with it). They keep me updated on whats going on with the car if I am waiting for it, and at other times have helped me get a loaner when repairs would take longer than expected. We always talk about price up front, so I am not surprised when the bill comes.And a shout out to my past two service reps, Elizabeth in April, and Lawrence in November, who I felt went above and beyond. Thanks!
Wonderful facility with beautiful inventory and top notch service. Dennis took excellent care of me. He got me in a gorgeous 2020 model and helped get my finance rates to somthing I was comfortable with. The procedures were transparent and fast! 5 stars to Dennis who went above and beyond and the support staff that took the extra time to clean the interior and exterior, and make sure my car play was connected before I drove off.
I am extremely pleased with the service we received from All American Subaru. Mel took the time to explain everything in detail. The repairs were done quickly and very reasonable. I was pleased with the whole experience and will not hesitate to use them again.
I did all of the preliminary research and calculations via email text and a quick phone call before I even stepped foot into the dealership. In under two hours I handed over the keys to my 2017 trade in and was driving home in a freshly delivered 2021 upgrade.What a kind, attentive and energetic group! A pleasure from start to finish! My salesperson, Dennis Pustylnikov, was excellent. He listened to what I was saying, showed me exactly what I wanted to see, and made the process of finding and buying the right car for me go as smoothly as possible. He is knowledgeable about the product he is selling, exceedingly patient, and very personable. In addition, the business manager, who handled my financing, Corey Bean, is very friendly, helpful, and efficient; he is a true gentleman who inspires confidence and makes purchasing something thats relatively expensive much less intimidating than it might be. I will definitely recommend All American Subaru to everyone I know.
If I could I would leave a negative star! I would never go back to All American Subaru nor would I ever recommend them to anybody. I schedule an appointment online for my Wifes forester to check on a slight whine she was hearing at above 60mph. So I got there for the appointment and the service person told me that they only do routine maintenance on Saturday. That would have been nice to know but was never posted on the online scheduling. Next she goes on to tell me that I scheduled it early enough that they can take a look at it. She also asked if I was gong to wait or if I was leaving the vehicle, I told her I would leave it she then proceeded to make sure they have the right number to contact me, which they did. This was 7am and I didnt get a call so I called them when they were about to close, the service person that took the vehicle in had already left for the day and informed All American that I was leaving it until Monday. Why would I schedule for an appointment and have it sit there for couple of days. And they didnt even take a look at it. If that was the case I would have just made an appointment for Monday. So with that being said. I wasted my time. Very disappointed at All American.
They were so thorough and helpful. Respected my position, offered solutions and apologized for any delays. Truly a great experience. So thankful for that. Ive dealt with other dealers and this one is the best.

Everyone is always really nice. Today Lawrence was my service advisor. He couldn’t have been nicer or more professional. He also gave me a heads up that my next routine service was going to be more expensive due to the nature of the work needed, and I really appreciated that. Nobody likes being blindsided by additional costs. I’m always happy with the work done on my car and it’s never an issue to get an appointment. Scheduling service in the app is super easy and convenient!
Okay, I absolutely hate bringing my car to the dealer and literally will no bring it unless it needs warranty work. With that being said, Liz from service is always super easy to work with is super friendly and understands how crazy I can be lol. I bought my current vehicle from them and it was smooth sailing and the parts counter is always super helpful also. For not liking a dealership, I’ll give this one a five and will continue to bring my car there when needed.
The service department is great accommodating and wonderful, I deal with Lawrence for regular service. Never had a problem with him and he explaines everything perfectly, but the situation/problem is other. A while ago was at the dealership for service (for my wifes car)a few days after I noticed that there was a few deep marks like tools or something heavy enough to gouge the paint all the way through was dropped on the hood, my car is parked at home in a garage with noting near or close to it. Went back and showed where the marks were and the service supervisor took down information and said he had to review the tape to see what if anything had happened, cool no problem.Few days later was told to bring the car in again, upon getting there and talking with him (name skips my mind). Was told that nothing could be seen on there end, even though the weak around they had put no markings, which meant that no blemishes, dents, scrapes, etc could be seen. And I was refused to be allowed to see the footage with them, so they used the touch up paint to put over the places and was given some for usage for myself. .Its now a year or so later and whatever they did or didnt do has shown up, went to use the touch up paint and even though its supposed to be the matching color it shows up darker that the factory paint.Pictures below 1st is the paint that they gave, 2nd is when I applied it which you can see is way darker. 3rd are the gouged marks
DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! GO ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR SUBARU NEEDS!!!!Went here today to help my uncle pick up his new certified car after having to wait 2+ weeks for them to finish fixing the car after getting it back from a lease as it required some cosmetic repair.Customer service: a disgrace to say the least. I wasnt the one who bought the car here but the customer service here was atrocious. My uncle already paid for and did the paperwork for the car so this was just to pick up the car but a few things I had issues with.1. Barely any staff available here to help.2. The salesman who sold the car was off today, not a big deal but the person who was left in charge to help us tossed us the keys and said have a great day.3. We were left to figure out how to use the functions of the car by ourselves which is not good service.4. The car we were supposed to pick up was not detailed 😡 and was given to us with an empty gas tank (30 miles left on the range)5. After several delays was finally told to come get the car and were treated like 3rd world peasants.After I took a look at the car quickly after being given the keys the first time, I noticed that the car has 30 miles of range left. I had to go and tell the receptionist that the car needed gas and she let a salesperson know to go fill the car. The salesman that was assigned handed us keys and said bye after he filled the tank. He did not bother to offer how to show us any of the functions and features of the car which was pretty much what I expected from a 3rd grade dealership who does not care about their customers.In conclusion, please do not shop here and find another dealership that actually cares about its customers and wants to give you a 5 🌟 experience.
Speedy check in, very thorough explanation of service to be provided, pricing and communication procedures between customer and service dept. Ashley was extremely polite and attentive to customer needs, inquiries and matters concerning my car. Loner vehicle was a plus b/c I didnt have to kill time in a waiting room and my car was clean when picked up. Recieved the same courtesy and attention when I purchased my car at All American Subaru 6 yrs ago.
The service team at All American is amazing. Very courteous and professional. The communication was very detailed and kept me updated on the service process. The Service Manager, Mike and Service Advisor, Lawrence are top notch!
Mrs. Elizabeth Toriola never fails to take excellent care of me whenever I take my car and my husband’s car in. They are always so flexible, friendly, efficient, caring and courteous. No questions asked for a loaner for my convenience. I do know my cars are in good hands when taking our vehicles there. This time there were two recalls on my car but it was done by the early evening so I could pick it up on the next day no problems. Now I feel much safer driving my car thanks to your excellent services. I’ll see you guys in 2000 miles! 😝😊
I switched to using All-American Subaru after using another Subaru service center in the area at my moms recommendation. She said the mechanics were excellent and could not stop raving about her service advisor, Lawrence. This week when my check engine light went on, I was reminded about just how awesome Lawrence is. He is knowledgeable, efficient, communicative, and incredibly honest. I value his opinion and feel immense trust in him and the mechanics that work there. Now that Im a mom of a toddler and were getting back out on the road post-pandemic, it means a lot to know that my car of 10+ years is well taken care of and safe for my child. Thanks, guys!
Jessica went above and beyond to make my lease experience seamless and pleasant! I’ve never been in a dealership where I felt like it didn’t matter what gender I was. I walked in the dealership and left in my new car in under 2 hours! I can’t compliment the staff and service I received enough. I was spoken down to and treated poorly. The sales rep seemed annoyed by my presence and question—perhaps he was annoyed that we came in on a Saturday afternoon? I walked away feeling very upset. Went to a different dealer and got a far better deal and actually had a pleasant experience and was treated with respect.Word of advice to your sales people, don’t use phrases like “it’s basic math” with your customers.
Had my motor replaced under warranty due to previous owners poor driving skills on a certified pre owned. Mike and Liz were awesome about the whole process which took almost a month. The wait was not their fault as everything must go through corporate. They kept me involved throughout the process. Mike and his crew did a stellar job putting the new motor together and honestly the car has NEVER felt this smooth. At no point did I feel like they were trying to pull one over on me like some of the dealerships I’ve dealt with in the past. And this is coming from a person who does their own work rather than taking it to the dealership under most circumstances. It was simple and straight forward here’s the problem, these are the steps we need to take, and bam new motor. Mike went above and beyond to get my car back on the road again. Seriously top quality work guys!
This was the best experience Ive had with ever purchasing a car! Our salesperson Connor was a hands down saint! From the time we called in and spoke with Cindy to inquire ... down to when we were with Nicole from Finance it was absolute perfection! Great experience! Spacious, well staffed facility with helpful and kind employees. Service department is especially well run and the sales area has ample cars to view as well as reps to help you out. I have leased my car from here as well as used the service department.

Great service. They were upfront about all expected costs and fees. We were in and out fairly quickly considering we were not planning to buy a car but we could not walk away without the car.
I also experienced several pricing issues with this dealer including: forgotten sales tax until day of delivery, additional $100 under NJ Doc fee with no explanation as well as final amount being categorized as Amount Financed rather than available option of Amount Due upon delivery (order also included personal info such as DOB and SS despite non financing). Final outcome dealer decided to cancel sale of vehicle rather than provide appropriate explanations. Reported this incident to NJ Consumer Affairs
Went in for a recall service. Courteous staff. Efficient check in. No issues. A free car wash was included. Nice.Clean waiting area. Good coffee -- individually brewed. Not very spacious but adequate.
Purchased my 2020 Subaru Forester here and continued to bring it for regular maintenance. They are all so kind and helpful. The waiting area is a cool and comfortable. Highly recommend for a new Subaru or for maintenance/service

Lawrence Chan is an excellent Service Advisor. I went in for an oil change and a few things to be looked at and estimate my cost. The service tech was very thorough and gave Lawrence a list of things that needed to be taken care of, some right away and others can wait a little bit. I got extremely overwhelmed and upset.. explained the things that I really could only get done in the next few weeks because of my financial situation at the moment. Lawrence was very compassionate in listening and assured me he completely understood, but to try my best to get the certain things done ASAP. He walked away to tell them to finish my oil change and to seal another item up. Not too long after, Lawrence came to get me to let me know my Forester was done for today. He also turned to me to tell me that the Service Manager had waived my oil change fee and a diagnostic fee (for having to check something on my horn). I didnt know what to say, I was very grateful for them going above and beyond for me!!! So a HUGE Thank you to Lawrence, the Service Manager and Subaru for making my overwhelming day not so bad. It is greatly appreciated more than you know!! Ill be back soon to get other issues taken care of.
I have a little experience dealing with buying and leasing from dealerships. This was one of the eaiser times for me. My sales person Jon was knowledgeable and friendly. The accounting person to finalize the deal was friendly and thorough. Part of the experience was on me to be honest. We called ahead to check that they had the car and model we wanted. We were trading in a car to buy the new one, so we emptied out belongings ahead of time. I expected this to take all day, it took about 6 hours.I like that they didnt try to haggle me with different prices at the end. They told me the MSRP. the gave me the tax estimates, they made clear all the transfer fees. They told me an ammount, and it didnt change. They didnt try to sell me any useless warranty I didnt want or add a bunch of ridiculous dealership fees at the end. It seemed very fair and positive.I would recommend All American Subaru. Ive been a Toyota owner for the last 4 vehicles my family has owned. This is my first Subaru. We love it, and were excited. I would use them again to purchase another If i needed.

I was passed to this Subaru dealership to handle the air bag recall. I was given to a service representative names Liz who made an appointment for the next day Since this repair would take the entire day, she made arrangements for a loaner car for the day. Since I had been having issues with my remote key, I requested she order a new set for me. The next day when I was dropping off the car, she said the keys would be in the next day & suggested they keep my car to handle the programming of it to my car. I also had ordered a replacement lens for my tailgate & even though I had ordered for another company they installed it for me. Im extremely happy with the service I received here & Liz took take of everything for me.
Had an outstanding time buying a car at All American Subaru in Old Bridge. It was a smooth, comfortable, straightforward process for me but it means more that my father agrees it was the best since hes comparing it to at least 6 other car buying experiences at other dealerships. We were in good hands: Iryna was patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and stayed way past closing to make sure everything was in order once we were ready to buy. She listened to what we were looking for, and gave a better offer than we expected on top of the 0% financing special going on this month. We had a specific package in mind based on what we saw on the website. She helped us understand what all the options meant without pressuring us to pick something else. Since Ill be coming back for service and maintenance Im glad to know this is the caliber of service provided.

I just want to say how happy I am with All American Suburu. Let me start: we bought a pre-certified 2017 pre-certified subaru with a Gold extended warranty for my son Anthony so he can commute to college from Saleswoman Christina Klingenberg. Christina is a honest and caring salesperson. She is nice and loyal to her customers. If you want a Subaru, go see Christina!!! Then today 8/21/21, I took ther car for service. They fixed a part under my gold warranty and also gave a me a complimentary car wash and oil and filter change. I am so happy. Thank you service center staff for being so nice. The better you maintain the vehicle, the longer you have it. I know my college son will be safe driving a Subaru.!!

Exceptionally good service from this Subaru team for an out-of-state driver. My car broke down on GSP on a Sunday night. Had it towed to Subaru Service. They had me fixed with new axle and boot by Tuesday morning.

Had a wonderful experience with All American Subaru, from my online inquiry (which Cindy responded to) to my test drive and purchase with Iryna. Iryna explained the various car details to me, took time to address all my questions, and helped setup my account and link my phone to the car. She followed up with me after my purchase to see how things are going and if I had any questions. Great service all around.
I have dealt with this dealership for over 10 years. I have always been treated well. The salesman, Frank Pedi, has sold me my three fusions. Today he assisted me with my first Subaru. The staff for Subaru was very polite and gave me very good instructions. I am very grateful for their help and courtesy. I hope to deal with them again.
I was in and out with no hassles or issues. Jessica my salesperson said it would take two hours for the whole process of my purchase and it was exactly two hours. Based on my experience I would definitely recommend them for your Subaru purchase.
Great experience. Mark was very helpful and knowledgeable. We were able to see the vehicle and test drive the vehicle. There were a couple of items that needed to be addressed and Mark was quick to ensure those items were taken care of in a timely fashion.Great service, great price, highly recommend!Update- 3/31/2021 - had service performed here. Went to all american for my first oil change today on my subaru forester sport showed up at 7am my appointment was at 9am my mistake but no problem Lawrence the service teck got me in and was out the door 815am always good job by all american
BEWARE!!! I bought a car here and my car ended up being totaled out 6 months later. I had purchased a car warranty which was not completely used due to the accident I filed to cancel the warranty and get a refund for the remaining amount. The car was totaled November 2020, I didn’t get my refund until July of 2021. When I received my refund check it was for 2/3 of the total amount I was supposed to receive. I did not receive my total refund until 8 months after the accident.
