I asked for a strawberry cheesecake and got a normal cheesecake smoothie I asked multiple times if that was right or to fix it and the guy nodded his head and rolled his eyes. Then after asking if he was gonna make a new one he went to pour the strawberry liquid on top instead of making the strawberry cheesecake smoothie like I asked. I had proof that I ordered the right thing this is truly unbelievable. The pink one in the photo was for my grandma which is what I also wanted to order but I got the normal cheesecake one this is so upsetting.

Gas attendant was hanging out inside ( place was not busy). Had to go in and get him. Seemed slightly annoyed I was interrupting his conversation.Returned to my car to find another car who got tired of waiting ( attendant was inside again), and just filled it up themselves.With having to pay 15 an hour youd think WAWA would be on top of worker productivity.Guess not.

I come here minimum 2 times a week and this place is the best! They always make my orders right and the staff is so friendly. Id like to shout out the staff making the food because whenever there is a rush of people theyre always quick and efficient. Its my go to place and Ill always come back here.

This is your Standard wall Affair and sometimes just location can get backed up and not be as fast as you want them to be. However some of the employees here are fantastic for example the middle aged woman that runs the main counter. Shes very friendly very helpful.even some of the folks at work behind the sandwich counter will go through extra way to make the sandwich the way you like it.

Still a great place, go there all the time five stars otherwise. Solely based on my ordering the sandwich platter in November, only just seeing Im able to leave a review. I had clearly ordered the Platter of 15 sandwiches which are $45.99, I came to pick up the order the night of a road trip and saw they prepared 15 full sized sandwiches for $99. I was in no place to argue and get my order corrected since I needed to hit the road so I just took it, however it was completely disappointing. Didnt anyone read the platter form??Just dont recommend anyone take them up on the sandwich platters, this seems to confuse people.

Some of these reviews seem questionable. I have been here many times and always receive pleasant and quick service, even during the busy lunch hour. Lunch is always tasty and fresh. Hard working employees all around. Thanks

I love you, Wawa! I dont know the name of the manager that is super awesome, but he is super awesome! Hes friendly, professional and so astute! He complimented my husbands Minor Threat Pro-pit bull shirt AND offered me almond milk based on the veggie hoodie I wore. Super awesome! Great service every time!

In general its awesome place to get fresh drink or grab a tasty sandwich. Today I had a bad experience with chicken caesar wrap. I love rare steak but I will assure you I will never eat rare chicken. It was way to much undercooked.

Place is fast paced and always get my order right. I like seeing regular faces there because theyre always kind.

I go to get gas often and the guys are always on their cellphones and dont help you. Then when you finally get help they forget to close the gas cap and door because they go right back into the booth and go on their cellphones. Cellphones should not be allowed when its busy.

No salads though. 😒

Always a bad vibe at this location. Morning register employees seem to hate life. Takes 20 minutes to make a drink because employees are having a conversation which is beyond unprofessional. FYI customers come first. Ill be going back to the wawa on union hill. Even though its out of the way at least the workers are postive and friendly....

They have a Very rude employee!I ordered 2 strawberry cheesecake smoothie and 1 chocolate cheesecake smoothie. And she gave me 3 strawberry cheesecake smoothie. And i said i ordered 2 strawberry and 1 chocolate, she answered no, its all strawberry. Then i showed her my receipt. And while shes making the chocolate smoothie she seems so mad that shes bangging the things that shes holding. Its not that how you will treat customers. Its her fault for making the wrong order! Hope you can do something about the attitude of some of your employees.

This was a good place for getting breakfast and go.. fast and easy.. but now... OMG 15 min to get a latte and the worst part was the first 10 the empoyees were there just having a conversation about Rita whoever she is.. so unprofessional..almost get late for work because of them. I Will Never go back in the morning

June 2017 I had to cal the WAWA complaint line about this WAWA - at that time the gas attendant refused to put gas in my tank because I challenged his tone of voice with me. I’m not Caucasian and at the time I was working on an outdoor project wearing Carhart Overalls ... he changed his tone of voice once he saw whom he was dealing with ... long story short I complain to the corporate customer support team - the GM calls me tells me the employee is or will be suspended for his racist behavior and I am given a $20 wawa gift card.Fast forward to today - JACQUELINE, shorter lady with brown longer hair was myCashier tonight. I asked for two tobacco products and total was $14.16. I gave her a $100 bill. She went to each register looking for change to break the bill. She said if I didn’t have change that she will need to give me all$5’s back. I suggested for me to run outside to change the bill at the gas attendants register.She completely ignored me. Gave me a million bills back. I asked her did u hear me? She said yes but that “they don’t do that” with an unreal tone. I laughed at her and said “do u always treat people like you are treating me?” The manager or shift leader (assumed that this is her position based on the keys she was handling) didn’t say a work. I grab my items and said wow this is the only wawa where I’m made to feel like a degenerate.. as I exit they are both laughing.This wawa needs an overhaul. Incredible how rude and racist some of the employees are. It better change or I’m going to help make it change.

430am 9/26/17 Brian was very obnoxious and rude. Touched my food with gloves that he was handling money with. Tossed my change at me without picking it up. I got upset and tossed the wrapper on the floor and walked out. Brian proceeded to come outside and act like he wanted to fight. I will spend no more money at WaWa. Ever.

Stopped by to grab coffee and to use the rest room. The mens stall had two empty rolls of toilet paper inside of the dispenser and an almost empty one on top of it. Also in the mens restroom the hand sink used to wash hands had a very noticeable amount of debris, dirt, mold and grime. Lastly, upon my exiting the restroom, a staff member walked in to use the stall, and he was still wearing an apron. Before leaving the store I did notice that staff member then come out of the restroom, and went back over to the salad and sandwich station. Clean up that mess in the bathroom, and please dont allow staff to enter restrooms with food aprons on.

I mostly stop in for expresso drinks, I.e. lattes, etc;. Its a hit or miss, depending who makes it. But you cant beat the price! Better than Starbucks and DD!

Friendly staff, and ordered are completed in a timely matter. Just wished you guys had 93 octane gas, usually your prices are a hit higher than other places and I can only get 91-92 from you guys.

Rudest gas station attendants and the only gas station in the area where the attendants dont all have masks on.

The girls making the sandwiches made them poorly and just threw them on the counter to the point that everything came apart
