Nice family owned diner. I like their breakfast.

Had breakfast at the Mosaic Cafe and the food was great! I love the paper cups and plates as I can take my coffee with me. Also the paper products are biodegradable. Great idea!

Had brunch with the family here after our original destination fell thru.our waitress Patricia was super sweet and very attentive.She was especially sweet with my grandson and made sure he had an endless supply of bacon.Food was good and portions were big. Would defintly come back

Was in a somewhat hurry. Food came fast. Ordered two Greek salads. A good portion of feta cheese. Worst part I found a bug in my food. It halted me eating it. I was on a time limit. Didnt want to cause a scene. I just paid and left.

Fantastic breakfast options. Two items that stand out.. The French toast and their omelettes. Last item, I should not forget.... Their eggs Benedict with Canadian bacon....Its refined to the level of some very upscale restaurants.

Went for take-out, first time, was not disappointed. Great Reuben -- didnt know it would be open-faced, but no problem. Huge, nice pastrami, and their cole slaw is good. Two meals for me (or anyone). Pot roast dinner for my parents -- same result -- generous portion, nicely prepared, including the veggies. I also got a slice of cherry cheesecake, after checking out the dessert case. Im sure all home-made. Will be back again soon to try more food and dessert options.

Very good service. Food always prepared to liking. Best pancakes in NJ. Always greeted with a smile. Plenty of parking. Prices are very fair and specials have so much food you leave with extra.

Really mixed on this place. Its been around a long time and gone through different management. The wait staff are hit and miss as is the food. Ive had some pretty gross stuff here, especially if its cold (egg salad for example). They are sticklers on substituting things sometimes too. If you can go to another diner, Id recommend just about anything over this one. They do have really good waffles though.

The food at Bridge-Way Diner is above par as compared to other NJ diners, and the prices are very competitive. I have been going there for years and I cant recall a time that I had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seated. The diner is nicely furnished and the booths are spacious. The staff is knowledgeable and the service is quick and spot on. My only wish is that the menu would include an expanded offering of Greek food, such as Spanakopita.

Great food! Went there today for the first time. Was seated promptly. Although they had a full house, my order came out quickly. Lentil soup was excellent; really homemade and not salty! Chicken wrap was perfect. Service was good, waitress brought extra napkins without asking for them. Overall very good experience for a diner. Check it out if youre in the area. :)

Been a while since we have been here. Came in about 6:30 on a Friday and were seated right away. We had burgers with sweet potato fries. I had the French onion burger, medium rare. Lots of onions with a little brown sauce. The other person had the California burger, well done. Burgers were tasty, fresh and juicy. Sweet potato fries were standard diner fries. Service was good.

Server was friendly and pleasant. Food was usual diner breakfast fare served hot and fast. Would return the next time Im in the area.

Me and my gf came here last week for the first time and were very happy. Our server was new but extremely nice and really good with the menu considering there’s so much to remember on it. The manager was very nice as well. I loved the atmosphere and food/service were great. We will def be back ! :)

Eat at your own discretion. The food is very good depending on who cooks. Management and certain waitresses need to be replaced with good people with real customer service experience. Personally I wouldnt go back unless I was desperate to sit and have a drink after a long drive, there are other places that are much better in terms of actual service and employees.

My wife and I met family here for brunch and have enjoyed eating here on several occasions. The meals are always very good with generous portions. The service is always friendly and quick. I would rank this as one my top 5 favorite diners so far.

The food has been really good lately. The service which used to be bad a few years ago has improved so much. They now greet you with a smile which I love and will keep me coming back.

Hey there...I love Bridge-way Diner, the food is good & the atmosphere too! The prices seem to be creeping up, inflation everywhere. But the servers are always pleasant & serve you with a smile! My favorites is breakfast, yankee bean & lentil soups I really love! I also love their BLT & grilled cheese & bacon sandwiches. Youll find something good there & they will try to accommodate a special way you may want it cooked, just ask them. Anyway, I love visiting this place. Enjpy!🤗

A old bridge staple for many years. Been their many times.Food no matter what I order is always good. A large menu plently to choose from.Table service is good never an issue.

Ive been coming to this diner for 5 years now, every Sunday. Service here is always great, the servers are extremely attentive to your needs and the food is always good. I love their soups! Cream of turkey, pea soup, lentil, tomato basil, chicken soup. All Delicious. Stop by, you will not be disappointed.

The breakfast is great there. I wanted to give it 5 stars but I didnt because the soda always tastes flat there. Its been that way for a long time, even still it is a great restaurant and captures the spirit of Old Bridge. A must go to.

Horrible experience. Ordered take out soup for my sick 7 year old. When she started eating it she found 3 dead gnats. When I called the diner, the girl who answered thought she put me on hold and told a waitress what happened. Her ignorant response was tell her no charge for the bugs DISGUSTING - will never eat or order there again!

Honey is the best waitress!! Made our morning. We live in Northern NJ and my parents live near Great Adventure - this is our halfway meeting spot. We are always happy with the service and the food is excellent!!!

Typical American diner. Nothing special. Parking lot can be completely crammed during the Friday and Saturday night dinner times.

This was my 1st time eating here & Ill definitely be back. 😀 The staff was pleasant & attentive. The prices seemed a little high at 1st glance but the portions were large, so it was worth it. I had a chicken & cheese quesadilla Yummy!! It was huge & no skimping on meat like Ive had elsewhere. My sisters burrito was equally large with ample meat. Everything was delicious.

I placed my to go order last night and when I went to pick it up they all stated to me maybe you called another number. Did you call 679-1599? Typical NJ diner... getting in and out of the parking lot can be a little tough sometimes as its a quick right off of Rt. 9.... Never had a bad experience and the food is pretty good... They make good breakfast items but Ive had several lunch items and was just as satisfied...

This is the BEST diner Ive ever eaten at. Im really picky about diners. Hands down the food was delicious. Portions were huge. I ordered an omelet. I had to take half of it home. Highly recommended.

Ive been coming here since I was 10 years old. This is your classic NJ diner we are known out of state for. Great diner food. I love the OBPD burger. They have waffle fries too. Once I asked them to build a custom burger (ruben burger I called it) pastrami, sauerkraut, and swiss on a burger and rye toast. Not only did they do it but it was INCREDIBLE!They have a great dessert menu too. So if you have a sweet tooth, they have something for you. I’ll continue to go for as long as I live in the area. Highly recommend

We usually go to the Bridgeway Diner after attending Church service for breakfast or brunch always have a very pleasant experience. The service is fast and friendly and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this diner to share a delicious meal with family and friends.

They actually put chemicals on the floor while we were eating, I went home, got sick from either the food or fumes. The owner didn’t discount my bill and it turns out another friend got sick when they did the same thing a different night. Eat there if you dare.

Breakfast is okay, lunch not so much, coffee...meh. Coffee in a diner, any diner, should be impeccable. They should work on that first. Next they should work on their burgers. Even a well done burger should be juicy, and they should dress up the plate and make it look more appetizing and create the illusion that you are getting a ton of food. And it should be a delicious diner cheeseburger. People should be floored by how good Bridge ways burgers are. They should work on this.

Food was a mess. A burger smothered in cold bbq sauce. Obnoxiously rushed at 745pm on a Sunday night. Waitress looked like she hated her life. Unpersonable, first thing she told me when we sat down is that the kitchen is closing.. they dont close until 930 and it was 745pm. Totally overpriced. $55 for grilled cheese, a burger, and gyro wrap. Nobody there looked like they cared about their job or cared about anything they were doing. A seriously depressing atmosphere. Manager looked like he was falling asleep. Food was gross, service made the food look and taste grosser. Managment is definitely running this place into the ground. The young host was nice though, the only one that smiled and was polite .I recommend Wendys over this place..seriously.

We just returned from an awesome Sunday breakfast at Bridgeway. The good was fresh, hot, and fast just as you would expect from a diner. The waitress was attentive without being pest. Everything was perfect.

I have certain expectations of NJ diners....and this one certainly fits the bill. Exactly what any person from Jersey would expect....clean, fast service, friendliness, price point, fresh coffee 😁

Every time my wife and I go to the Bridgeway Diner everyone is so very nice the food is great the people are very nice all the time waitresses never have an attitude you got to try the obpd thats my favorite burger the next time I go Ill take a picture I forgot last time I just couldnt wait to get my teeth into it my wife and I could afford to go to the diner more than once a month you can bet we would go every week thanks for the Bridgeway diner for the great food and the great atmosphere give it a try when youre in the area******** update February 7th 2020 I just posted a couple pictures. Two of the pictures are of the obpd Burger you got to try this thing. It is unbelievable. Oversized sourdough bread toasted with a half pound burger on it. That fits the whole bread. Sauteed onions tomatoes cooked and American cheese You got to try this. Its really really good. I also added a picture of a Max Cobb salad. My wife got it. She loved it.
