Excellent customer service. I was unsure if something was in stock, so I called they were able to find me some, and ship it out to me. Great selection of dinnerware for party usage. I highly recommend.

Have spent 30 minutes being transferred from person answering the call to proper extension for my problem to be met with a full mailbox. I guess there is no customer service at this company so wouldnt bother with them.

Really wanted these plates and silverware for my engagement party, but they shipped to the wrong address. I spoke with them on the phone to see if they could send a new shipment and they promised they would overnight it, only to flake on that shipment. I then was frantically searching for plates and silverware the day before my event. I also had to email and chat them 4 separate times to get my refund for the shipment that they sent to the wrong address. Seems like a very new company that doesnt have proper operations in place.
